This study investigated behavioral inhibition in female college students with psychometrically defined schizotypal traits using a Go/NoGo task and event-related potentials (ERPs). The schizotypal-trait (n = 15) and normal control (n = 15) groups were selected based on scores of the Schizotypal Personality Questionnaire (SPQ). The Go/NoGo task consisted of Go (requires response) and NoGo (requires no response) conditions. In terms of response time and accuracy rate for the Go/NoGo task, the two groups did not differ significantly. In terms of ERPs, the control group showed greater N2 amplitudes in response to NoGo (NoGo-N2) than to Go stimuli (Go-N2), whereas the schizotypal-trait group showed no significant difference in NoGo-N2 and Go-N2 amplitudes. In addition, the schizotypal-trait group showed reduced NoGo-N2 amplitudes at the frontal site compared to controls, and an association between SPQ scores and NoGo-N2 amplitudes measured at the frontal site. The two groups did not differ in P3 amplitudes. Since the N2 reflects the detection of response conflict and behavioral inhibition, the present results indicate that nonclinical individuals with schizotypal traits have difficulties in detecting response conflict and behavioral inhibition. 展开更多

本文成功制备了一种新型挤压态低合金化Mg-0.5Bi-0.5Sn-0.5Ag合金(BTQ000合金)。在变形温度为400℃、应变速率为10 s^(-1)的条件下,对BTQ000合金进行热压缩实验,研究了该合金在不同应变阶段的变形机制组织和织构演变。结果表明:BTQ000... 本文成功制备了一种新型挤压态低合金化Mg-0.5Bi-0.5Sn-0.5Ag合金(BTQ000合金)。在变形温度为400℃、应变速率为10 s^(-1)的条件下,对BTQ000合金进行热压缩实验,研究了该合金在不同应变阶段的变形机制组织和织构演变。结果表明:BTQ000合金的流变应力曲线可分为加工硬化、动态回复、稳态流变和额外应变硬化四个阶段。合金发生了明显的回复和动态再结晶,随着应变的增大,平均晶粒粒径先增大后减小,孪晶的面积分数逐渐减小,亚晶的面积分数先增后减。当应变为0.1时,亚晶的最大面积分数为76.2%,亚晶对织构类型和强度起着主导作用,而织构强度则表现出先减后增的趋势。当应变为0.4时,大量具有弥散取向的动态再结晶晶粒减少了织构的峰值强度。由此可见,亚晶和动态再结晶是影响合金织构类型和强度的主导因素。 展开更多

A typical nitroimine bistriazole(DNABT) was synthesized with high yield(90.4%) by nitration reaction from DABT in HNO3 and NH4NO3. Furthermore, a novel cocrystal(1) consisting of DNABT, H2O and DMSO in a 1:2:2 molar ratio was analysized on the crystal structure. Cocrystal 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.3124(18), b = 8.233(2), c = 9.775(3) A, β = 98.326(4)°, V = 481.59(74)A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.55 g/cm^3, F(000) = 234, μ = 0.337 mm^-1, S = 1.078, the final R = 0.0609 and w R = 0.2743. Additionally, the crystal structure is built up by four strong and seven weak hydrogen bonds. And the hydrogen bond network contributes to the stability of DNABT molecule. Typical TGA and DSC curves indicate the cocrystal 1 includes one endothermic and one exothermic decomposition processes, and the peak temperature at each process is 164.0 and 245.0 ℃. The nonisothermal decomposition kinetics analysis was performed by means of the Kissinger and Ozawa methods. The apparent activation energy(Ea) and pre-exponential factor(A) of the two decompositions are 96.0 kJ·mol^-1, 108.1 s^-1 and 215.8 kJ·mol^-1, 1018.9 s^-1, respectively. 展开更多

Traumatic brain injury induces secondary injury that contributes to neuroinflammation, neuronal loss, and neurological dysfunction. One important injury mechanism is cell cycle activation which causes neuronal apoptosis and glial activation. The neuroprotective effects of both non-selective (Flavopiridol) and selective (Roscovitine and CR-8) cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors have been shown across mukiple experimental traumatic brain injury models and species. Cyclin-depen- dent kinaseinhibitors, administered as a single systemic dose up to 24 hours after traumatic brain injury, provide strong neuroprotection-reducing neuronal cell death, neuroinflammation and neurological dysfunction. Given their effectiveness and long therapeutic window, cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors appear to be promising candidates for clinical traumatic brain injury trials. 展开更多

研发一种新型低合金化Mg-Bi-Y-Zn合金系,该合金系在673 K的挤压温度下成功成型。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)、电化学试验和拉伸试验研究挤压态合金的腐蚀行为和拉伸性能。挤压后,合金表现出几乎完全的动态再结晶组... 研发一种新型低合金化Mg-Bi-Y-Zn合金系,该合金系在673 K的挤压温度下成功成型。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)、电化学试验和拉伸试验研究挤压态合金的腐蚀行为和拉伸性能。挤压后,合金表现出几乎完全的动态再结晶组织和典型的挤压织构,在晶粒内可以观察到一些亚微米级析出相。在SBF溶液中,合金的腐蚀模式由最初的点蚀为主转变为中间过程的丝状腐蚀为主;最后经长时间浸泡后,腐蚀模式转变为丝状腐蚀和局部晶粒脱落。挤压态Mg-0.5Bi-0.5Y-0.2Zn合金的屈服强度为237 MPa,极限抗拉强度为304 MPa,伸长率为31%,平均腐蚀速率为0.14 mm/a。由此可见,该合金表现出良好的拉伸性能和耐腐蚀性能匹配度,这主要归因于其均匀的晶粒结构和亚微米级析出相。因此本文所研发的Mg-0.5Bi-0.5Y-0.2Zn合金具有在生物医药领域的广阔应用前景。 展开更多

High-Curie-temperature (Tc) lead-free Y-doped 90 mol%BaTiO3-1O mol%(Bi0.5Na0.5 ) TiO3 ceramic with positive temperature coefficient of resistivity (PTCR) is prepared by the conventional solid state reaction in nitrogen atmosphere. The PTCR ceramic exhibits a room-temperature resistivity (p25) of ~500Ω.cm and a high PTCR effect (maximum resistivity (ρmax)/minimum resistivity (ρmin)) of ~4.5 orders of magnitude. A capacitance- voltage approach is first employed to calculate the potential barrier ( Ф ) of the grain boundary of PTCR ceramic above Tc. It is found that the potential barrier changes from 0.17 to 0.77eV as the temperature increases from 180 to 220℃, which is very close to the predictions of the Heywang-Jonker model, suggesting that the capacitance-voltage method is valid to estimate the potential barrier of PTCR thermistor ceramics. 展开更多

The effects of different Bi contents on the properties of Sn solders were studied. The interfacial reaction and growth behavior of intermetallic compounds(IMCs) layer(η-Cu6 Sn5 + e-Cu3 Sn) for various soldering time and the influence of Bi addition on the thermal behavior of Sn-x Bi solder alloys were investigated. The Cu6 Sn5 IMC could be observed as long as the molten solder contacted with the Cu substrate. However, with the longer welding time such as 60 and 300 s, the Cu3 Sn IMC was formed at the interface between Cu6 Sn5 and Cu substrate. With the increase of soldering time, the thickness of total IMCs increased, meanwhile, the grain size of Cu6 Sn5 also increased. An appropriate amount of Bi element was beneficial for the growth of total IMCs,but excessive Bi(≥ 5 wt%) inhibited the growth of Cu6 Sn5 and Cu3 Sn IMC in Sn-x Bi/Cu microelectronic interconnects. Furthermore, with the Bi contents increasing(Sn-10 Bi solder in this present investigation), some Bi particles accumulated at the interface between Cu6 Sn5 layer and the solder. 展开更多

低合金化的Mg-Sn-Bi基合金具有较高的拉伸延展性和挤压成形性,是开发高强韧镁合金的理想材料。为了弥补其强度不足的缺点,本文通过微合金化设计了一种新型的低合金化Mg-2Sn-2Bi-0.5Ca-0.2Mn镁合金,该合金在挤压温度为523 K、挤压比为25... 低合金化的Mg-Sn-Bi基合金具有较高的拉伸延展性和挤压成形性,是开发高强韧镁合金的理想材料。为了弥补其强度不足的缺点,本文通过微合金化设计了一种新型的低合金化Mg-2Sn-2Bi-0.5Ca-0.2Mn镁合金,该合金在挤压温度为523 K、挤压比为25∶1的条件下被成功挤压成形。采用电子背散射衍射仪(EBSD)、X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等技术表征挤压态合金的组织特征和相组成,并利用拉伸试验机测试了挤压态合金的室温拉伸性能,此外,还对合金的强韧化机制和加工硬化行为进行了详细的讨论。结果表明:挤压态合金主要由α-Mg、Mg3Bi2以及Mg2Bi2Ca相组成,且表现出几乎完全的动态再结晶组织和典型的挤压镁合金织构;合金的拉伸屈服强度为287.2 MPa,抗拉强度为353.0 MPa,伸长率为20.0%,具有良好的强韧性匹配度。合金展现出的高屈服强度是晶界强化、第二相强化和织构强化共同作用的结果;合金的断口形貌表现出典型的韧性断裂特征,然而粗大Mg2Bi2Ca相的存在会对塑性产生不利影响;合金的加工硬化行为可分为第Ⅰ阶段和第Ⅲ阶段,第Ⅱ阶段受到抑制。 展开更多

Powder segregation induced by mold filling is an important phenomenon that affects the final quality of metal injection molding (MIM). The prediction of segregation in MIM requires a bi-phase flow model to describe distinctly the flows of metallic powder and polymer binder. Viscous behaviors for the flows of each phase should hence be determined. The coefficient of interaction between the flows of two phases should also be evaluated. However, only viscosity of the mixed feedstock is measurable by capillary tests. Wall sticking is supposed in the traditional model for capillary tests, while the wall slip is important to be taken into account in MIM injection. Objective of the present paper is to introduce the slip effect in bi-phase simulation, and search the suitable way to determine the viscous behaviors for each phase with the consideration of wall slip in capillary tests. Analytical and numerical methods were proposed to realize such a specific purpose. The proposed method is based on the mass conservation between the capillary flows in mono-phase model for the mixed feedstock and in bi-phase model for the flows of two phases. Examples of the bi-phase simulation in MIM were realized with the software developed by research team. The results show evident segregation, which is valuable for improving the mould designs. 展开更多

The tensile tests were conducted along warp direction( 0°) and weft direction( 90°) at quasi-static rate of 0. 001 s^(-1) and high strain rates ranging from 1 450 to 2 540 s^(-1),respectively. It is found that the significant strain rate sensitivity can be observed in the stress-strain curves of BWK composites. The fracture morphologies of BWK composites demonstrate that the tensile failure modes are shear failure and fiber breakage under the quasi-static testing condition while interface failure and fibers pullout are at high strain rates. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor(IGF-1R)is over-expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,the relationship between IGF-1R activation and HCC progression remains unidentified.AIM To investigate the effects of editing IGF-1R on the biological features of HCC cells.METHODS Immunohistochemistry analyzed the expressions of IGF-1R and P-glyco protein(P-gp)in HCC tissues and their distal non-cancerous tissues(non-Ca).IGF-1R was edited with Crispr/Cas9 system,screened specific sg RNAs,and then transfected into Hep G2 cells.CCK-8,scratch wound test detected cell proliferation,migration,invasion and transwell assays,respectively.Alterations of IGF-1R and P-gp were confirmed by Western blotting.Alterations of anti-cancer drug IC_(50)values were analyzed at the cell level.RESULTS The positive rates of IGF-1R(93.6%,χ~2=63.947)or P-gp(88.2%,χ~2=58.448)were significantly higher(P<0.001)in the HCC group than those(36.6%in IGF-1R or 26.9%in P-gp)in the non-Ca group.They were positively correlated between high IGF-1R and P-gp expression,and they were associated with hepatitis B virus infection and vascular invasion of HCC.Abnormal expressions of circulating IGF-1R and P-gp were confirmed and associated with HCC progression.Biological feature alterations of HCC cells transfected with specific sg RNA showed IGF-1R expression down-regulation,cell proliferation inhibition,cell invasion or migration potential decreasing,and enhancing susceptibility of Hep G2 cells to anti-cancer drugs.CONCLUSION Edited oncogenic IGF-1R was useful to inhibit biological behaviors of Hep G2 cells. 展开更多

Perovskite BiMnO_3 samples are successfully synthesized by the co-precipitation method at relatively low pressure and moderate temperature.The temperature dependences of resistivity are measured and systematically investigated.It is shown that the electrical resistivity increases sharply with the decrease of temperature above 210 K and the fitted results demonstrate that the thermally activated conduction model is the dominant conduction mechanism for the electron transport behaviors in this temperature region.A dual conducting mechanism,i.e.,the variable range hopping and thermal activated conduction,is suggested to be responsible for the transport behaviors of BiMnO_3 in the region of 180-200 K.Moreover,the resistivity increases slightly with the decrease of temperature below 180 K and the transport is governed by the variable range hopping mechanism. 展开更多

基于鄱阳湖流域水稻主产区10个县(区)的571份有效样本数据,在有机肥替代化肥的行为分析框架下采用随机效用理论构建双变量Probit模型,实证分析期望收益、风险态度等因素对稻农用有机肥替代化肥行为的影响,并通过分组回归讨论技术培训和... 基于鄱阳湖流域水稻主产区10个县(区)的571份有效样本数据,在有机肥替代化肥的行为分析框架下采用随机效用理论构建双变量Probit模型,实证分析期望收益、风险态度等因素对稻农用有机肥替代化肥行为的影响,并通过分组回归讨论技术培训和成本感知对这一替代行为的调节效应。结果表明:1)减施化肥和使用有机肥行为存在相关性,减施化肥的稻农使用有机肥的概率为0.56,使用有机肥的稻农减施化肥的概率为0.41,稻农用有机肥替代化肥的概率约为0.21。2)期望收益、风险厌恶、小概率偏好越高,稻农使用有机肥替代化肥的概率越低,而损失厌恶程度越高,稻农使用有机肥替代化肥的概率越高。3)参加过施肥技术培训的稻农更倾向于使用有机肥替代化肥,化肥感知成本的提升会增加稻农使用有机肥的概率。据此,从保障绿色施肥收入、降低绿色施肥成本和加强技术宣传推广等方面提出政策建议。 展开更多
