Benzothiazoles(BTHs)and benzotriazoles(BTRs)are an important group of industrial chemicals.Due to large scale and long-term applications,they have been released to various environmental media,including indoor dust,and...Benzothiazoles(BTHs)and benzotriazoles(BTRs)are an important group of industrial chemicals.Due to large scale and long-term applications,they have been released to various environmental media,including indoor dust,and subsequently elicited a variety of toxic effects.In this study,the concentrations and composition profiles of BTHs and BTRs in indoor dust from Suizhou and Beijing,China,were investigated.The median concentrations ofΣ_(6)BTHs in indoor dust samples from Suizhou and Beijing were 133 and 439 ng/g dw,respectively,whereas theΣ5BTRs concentrations from Suizhou and Beijing were 28.4 and 40.1 ng/g dw,respectively(dw=dry weight).BTH,2-OH-BTH,1-H-BTR,and 5-Me-1-H-BTR were the predominant compounds in the dust.Human exposure to such chemicals was further evaluated.The intake for the population in Suizhou(0.163–0.939 ng/kg bw/day)and Beijing(0.0347–0.200 ng/kg bw/day)was minor(bw=body weight).The obtained results in this study will be able to add insight into human exposure to BTHs and BTRs.This study will help to identify the behavior and fate of BTHs and BTRs in the environment,and thus to scientifically assess their risk of exposure.展开更多
The use of fillers to enhance the corrosion protection of epoxy resins has been widely applied.In this work,cerium dioxide(CeO_(2))and benzotriazole(BTA)were introduced into an epoxy resin to enhance the corrosion res...The use of fillers to enhance the corrosion protection of epoxy resins has been widely applied.In this work,cerium dioxide(CeO_(2))and benzotriazole(BTA)were introduced into an epoxy resin to enhance the corrosion resistance of Q235 carbon steel.Scanning electron microscopy results indicated that the CeO_(2) grains were rod-like and ellipsoidal in shape,and the distribution pattern of BTA was analyzed by energy dispersive spectroscope.The dynamic potential polarization curve proved the excellent corrosion resistance of the composite epoxy resin with CeO_(2) and BTA co-addition,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test analysis indicated the significantly enhanced long-term corrosion protection performance of the composite coating.And the optimal protective performance was provided by the coating containing 0.3%(mass)CeO_(2) and 20%(mass)BTA,which was attributed to the barrier performance of CeO_(2) particles and the chemical barrier effect of BTA.The formation of corrosion products was analyzed using X-ray diffraction.In addition,the corrosion resistance mechanism of the coating was also discussed in detail.展开更多

Their structures were confirmed by Fr-IR, 1H NMR, mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Their spectral properties were investigated and compared with that of a common commercial benzotriazole UV absorber Tinuvin 326. It is found that the novel N-heterocycle-containing benzotriazole compounds exhibit sharp single peak in the range of 280-400 nm and have much higher molar extinction coefficients than that of Tinuvin 326. Their anti-UV protection properties on polyester fabric were also evaluated and compound 4 was much superior to compound 2 due to its higher exhaustion.展开更多

The compound crystallized in a triclinic space group P 1 with a =1 8378(4) nm, b =1 9078(4) nm, c =2 1037 (4) nm, α =\{63 41(3)°\}, β =64 31(3)°, γ =68 38(3)°, V =5 803(2) nm 3, Z =2, R 1=0 0486, wR 2=0 1357. The X ray crystallographic study showed that the crystal structure was constructed by electrostatic interactions and hydrogen bonds between dodecamolybdophosphorate anions and protonated benzotriazole cations. The results showed that afte...The corrosion resistance of the Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloy passivated by benzotriazole was investigated by salt spraying test and electrochemical methods in artificial Ringer's solution. The results showed that after benzotriazole passivation, the corrosion resistance of the Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloy was improved evidently. The anodic polarization current density of the passivated alloy decreased, the mass loss reduced, the anodic passivation accelerated, the anodic active dissolution was inhibited effectively, and the surface tarnishing was reswained. Infrared reflection spectrum test showed that Cu(Ⅰ)-benzotriazole or Cu(Ⅱ)-benzotriazole complex layer was formed on the surface of the Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloy after passivation. This layer appeared plane, well adhesion, and presented homogeneous golden metallic luster. The corrosion resistance of the Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloy passivated by benzotriazole is improved for the formation of an electrochemical stable baffle layer on passivated surface. This layer separates the metal substrate from the outside corrosion medium effectively and retards the corrosion process of dezincification.展开更多
The corrosion behaviours of naturally aged and artificially aged AA2024 aluminium alloys in 0.5 mol/dm3 NaCl solution in the presence of environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors of 10 mmol/dm3 CeCl3, 10 mmol/dm3 ...The corrosion behaviours of naturally aged and artificially aged AA2024 aluminium alloys in 0.5 mol/dm3 NaCl solution in the presence of environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors of 10 mmol/dm3 CeCl3, 10 mmol/dm3 BTA and the inhibitor mixture (5 mmol/dm3 CeCl3 + 5 mmol/dm3 BTA) were analyzed. The goal of this work was to determine the level of the synergistic effect of the inhibitor mixture and to explain the nature of this effect. Corrosion properties of the inhibitor layer were studied using the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), while the resistance to pit formation and pit growth was studied by applying potentiodynamic polarisation tests. The results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM/EDS) showed that the size of pits formed in naturally aged aluminium alloy was smaller than that formed in artificially aged alloy. The synergistic effect of the inhibitor mixture on corrosion properties of naturally aged alloy was observed throughout 96 h, and in later phases of testing of artificially aged alloy. The synergistic effect of the inhibitor mixture was not noticed on pit formation and pit growth.展开更多
The rational design of polymer acceptors with strong and broad absorption is critical to improve photovoltaic performance.In this work,a new polymer acceptor PY9-T based on heptacyclic benzotriazole(Y9-C16)as a buildi...The rational design of polymer acceptors with strong and broad absorption is critical to improve photovoltaic performance.In this work,a new polymer acceptor PY9-T based on heptacyclic benzotriazole(Y9-C16)as a building block and thiophene unit as the linking unit was synthesized,which exhibited a low bandgap(1.37 eV)and a high extinction coefficient of the neat film(1.44×10^(5) cm^(−1)).When PY9-T was blended with the wide bandgap polymer donor PBDB-T,the all-polymer solar cells(APSCs)showed a high power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 10.45%with both high open circuit voltage of 0.881 V and short-circuit current density of 19.82 mA/cm^(2).In addition,APSCs based on PY9-T show good thermal stability,as evidenced by slight changes morphologies when annealed at 100℃.These results suggest that Y9-C16 provides a new building block to develop efficient and stable polymer acceptors.展开更多

文摘(E) -2- ( 1H-Benzo [ d ] [ 1,2,3 ] trlazol-1-yl) -3- (4-chlorophenyl) -3 -hydroxy-N-phenylprop-2 -enethioamide ( compound 1 ) and (E) -2- ( 1H-benzo [ d ] [ 1,2,3 ] trlazol-1-yl ) -3 -hydroxy-N, 3 -diphenylprop-2-enethioamide ( compound 2) were synthesized and their structures were confirmed by means of IR, MS, ^1H NMR, and elemental analysis. The structure of compound 1 was determined with single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The results of the biological test show that the two compounds have a certain antifungal activity.

文摘A new compound, (C 6H 6N 3) 7(PMo Ⅵ 12 O 40 )(PMo ⅤMo Ⅵ 11 O 40 )·2CH 3CH 2OH·5H 2O, was synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, 1H NMR spectroscopy and single crystal \{X ray\} diffraction. This is the first example of benzotriazole polyoxometalates species. The compound crystallized in a triclinic space group P 1 with a =1 8378(4) nm, b =1 9078(4) nm, c =2 1037 (4) nm, α =\{63 41(3)°\}, β =64 31(3)°, γ =68 38(3)°, V =5 803(2) nm 3, Z =2, R 1=0 0486, wR 2=0 1357. The X ray crystallographic study showed that the crystal structure was constructed by electrostatic interactions and hydrogen bonds between dodecamolybdophosphorate anions and protonated benzotriazole cations. The electrochemical behavior and the reduction of nitrite and hydrogen peroxide electrocatalyzed by the title compound were studied.

文摘It is observed by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) that theadsorbed Benzotriazole (BTA) on copper is long in shape and has anirregular rectangle. The growth of BTA on copper is in the form ofpolymeric chain and mainly in one dimension rather than twodimensions. The copper surface covered by BTA becomes flatter,smoother and the roughness was smaller than that of bare copper, sothe corrosion is largely decreased. However, many grooves can be seenbetween BTA polymeric chains in which corrosion may exist to adegree.
文摘A practical synthesis of symmetrical vicinal diamines with broad chemistry scope is described. The key step is the ultrasonicwave promoted tandem-reaction, two-step reaction sequence combining Mannich double condensations with benzo- triazole, glyoxal and primary or secondary amines and reduction of the bis(benzotriazole)-adducts with sodium borohydride proceeded smoothly in tetrahydrofuran in high yield at room temperature.

文摘The corrosion resistance of the Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloy passivated by benzotriazole was investigated by salt spraying test and electrochemical methods in artificial Ringer's solution. The results showed that after benzotriazole passivation, the corrosion resistance of the Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloy was improved evidently. The anodic polarization current density of the passivated alloy decreased, the mass loss reduced, the anodic passivation accelerated, the anodic active dissolution was inhibited effectively, and the surface tarnishing was reswained. Infrared reflection spectrum test showed that Cu(Ⅰ)-benzotriazole or Cu(Ⅱ)-benzotriazole complex layer was formed on the surface of the Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloy after passivation. This layer appeared plane, well adhesion, and presented homogeneous golden metallic luster. The corrosion resistance of the Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloy passivated by benzotriazole is improved for the formation of an electrochemical stable baffle layer on passivated surface. This layer separates the metal substrate from the outside corrosion medium effectively and retards the corrosion process of dezincification.

文摘The corrosion behaviours of naturally aged and artificially aged AA2024 aluminium alloys in 0.5 mol/dm3 NaCl solution in the presence of environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors of 10 mmol/dm3 CeCl3, 10 mmol/dm3 BTA and the inhibitor mixture (5 mmol/dm3 CeCl3 + 5 mmol/dm3 BTA) were analyzed. The goal of this work was to determine the level of the synergistic effect of the inhibitor mixture and to explain the nature of this effect. Corrosion properties of the inhibitor layer were studied using the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), while the resistance to pit formation and pit growth was studied by applying potentiodynamic polarisation tests. The results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM/EDS) showed that the size of pits formed in naturally aged aluminium alloy was smaller than that formed in artificially aged alloy. The synergistic effect of the inhibitor mixture on corrosion properties of naturally aged alloy was observed throughout 96 h, and in later phases of testing of artificially aged alloy. The synergistic effect of the inhibitor mixture was not noticed on pit formation and pit growth.

文摘The rational design of polymer acceptors with strong and broad absorption is critical to improve photovoltaic performance.In this work,a new polymer acceptor PY9-T based on heptacyclic benzotriazole(Y9-C16)as a building block and thiophene unit as the linking unit was synthesized,which exhibited a low bandgap(1.37 eV)and a high extinction coefficient of the neat film(1.44×10^(5) cm^(−1)).When PY9-T was blended with the wide bandgap polymer donor PBDB-T,the all-polymer solar cells(APSCs)showed a high power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 10.45%with both high open circuit voltage of 0.881 V and short-circuit current density of 19.82 mA/cm^(2).In addition,APSCs based on PY9-T show good thermal stability,as evidenced by slight changes morphologies when annealed at 100℃.These results suggest that Y9-C16 provides a new building block to develop efficient and stable polymer acceptors.
