利用CoCl_(2)·6H_(2)O和2,6-二乙酰吡啶双(氨基脲)(H_(2)dapsc)在水和乙醇的混合溶剂中回流反应得到一例具有五角双锥构型的单核Co~Ⅱ配合物[Co(H_(2)dapsc)(H_(2)O)Cl]Cl·2H_(2)O(1),其中中性的H_(2)dapsc配体分子提供5个配... 利用CoCl_(2)·6H_(2)O和2,6-二乙酰吡啶双(氨基脲)(H_(2)dapsc)在水和乙醇的混合溶剂中回流反应得到一例具有五角双锥构型的单核Co~Ⅱ配合物[Co(H_(2)dapsc)(H_(2)O)Cl]Cl·2H_(2)O(1),其中中性的H_(2)dapsc配体分子提供5个配位原子构成其赤道平面,1个水分子和1个Cl^(-)离子则占据其轴向位置,同时在其固态结构中包含1个价态平衡Cl^(-)离子和晶格水分子。直流磁化率研究表明,该配合物具有强的磁各向异性;交流磁性质表明其存在慢磁弛豫行为,直接和拉曼过程同时主导其弛豫,自旋翻转能垒为55.55 K。结合理论计算可以得出,导致该配合物慢磁弛豫行为的主要原因是五角双锥结构的面内各向异性,计算得到的D、E值为45.68、-0.32 cm^(-1)。 展开更多

A novel binuclear Cu(Ⅱ) complex [Cu(paba)Cl] (pabaH = 2-(2-pyridylmethylimine)benzenesulfonic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title complex crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a = 6.8165(7), b = 15.3073(16), c = 12.3795(13) A^°, β= 95.0160(10)°, V= 1286.8(2) A^°^3, Mr = 360.26, Dc= 1.860 g/cm^3,μ = 2.074 mm^-1, F(000) = 724, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0252 and wR = 0.0675 for 2395 observed reflections with I 〉 20(I). The title complex is centrosymmetric and a pair of chlorides act as μ2-bridges to link two Cu(Ⅱ) ions forming a binuclear complex. Every Cu(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated by pyridyl N, imine N and sulfonate O atoms of the tridentate paba ligand as well as two bridging Cl^-, constructing the distorted square-pyramidal geometry. In the structure extensive hydrogen bonds and weak π-π stacking stabilize the solid structures, through which the complex builds its 3-dimensional supramolecular structure. 展开更多

Two macrocyclic zinc(Ⅱ) complexes {[ZnL(VO3)2]·0.33H2O}n(1) and [ZnL(H2O)2][Ni(CN)4](2)(L = 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) have been obtained from the reactions of [ZnL](ClO4)2 with NH4VO3 and K2[Ni(CN)4], respectively, and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, XRPD, TG and X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicated that the Zn(Ⅱ) atom lies on an inversion center and is octahedrally coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of the tetradentate macrocyclic ligand in the equatorial plane and two oxygen atoms of [VO4] tetrahedra in the axial positions in 1, and two oxygen atoms of two water molecules in 2. Complex 1 shows a three-dimensional structure, which is constructed by the links of [VO3]nn- chains with [ZnL]2+, forming one-dimensional channels occupied by guest water molecules. The monomers of [ZnL(H2O)2]2+ and [Ni(CN)4]2- are connected through the intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional sheet in complex 2. 展开更多

Trypan blue dye exclusion method was used in experiment. X-ray single-crystal analysis has revealed that compound 1 (C32H32Cu2O10) crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, Mr = 703.66, a = 47.340(5), b = 6.6613(4), c = 22.028(2)A,β = 113.284(4)°, V = 6380.6(10) A^3, Z = 8, Dc= 1.465 g/cm^3, F(000) = 2896,μ = 1.388 mm^-11, the final R = 0.0515 and wR = 0.1172 for 5712 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). X-ray crystal structure analysis suggests that compound [CH2(C7H5O2)4(C2H6O)2] has a binuclear structure with two Cu(II) atoms coordinated by four benzoate groups and two ethanol molecules. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular O-H...O hydrogen bonds. The compound inhibits the proliferation of K562 cells (chronic myeloid leukemic cells) significantly and dose-dependently in 48 h, and IC50 of K562 is 17.3μg/mL by trypan blue dye exclusion method. 展开更多

The novel complex [Zn2(Mba)3(Phen)2EtOH)]·ClO4 (Hrnba = methoxybenzoic acid, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, EtOH = ethanol) was synthesized by hydrothermal reactions, and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group Pi with a = 1.15362(1), b = 1.3655(3), c = 1.61451(1) nm, α= 72.842(2), β = 83.259(3), y = 72.083(2)°, V = 2.3112(6) nm3, Z = 2,μ(MoKa) = 11.71 cm-1, F(000) = 1120, R = 0.0552 and wR = 0.1157 (I 〉 2σ(I)). The two centric zinc(H) ions in the complex locate in a distorted octahedral coordination geometry and a distorted trigonal bipyramid coordination geometry, respectively. Two bridging bidentate carboxyl groups and a μ2-O carboxyl group from three methoxybenzoic acids act as the bridge to link two Zn(Ⅱ) ions. The asymmetric units are connected by π-π packing interactions between aromatic rings to form a three-dimensional supramolecular network. 目的探讨主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)-Ⅱ联合MHC-Ⅰ免疫组化染色在特发性炎性肌病(IIM)诊断中的应用价值。方法收集2010年3月至2018年4月在首都医科大学宣武医院神经内科行肌肉活检患者的标本29份,并通过医院电子病历系统收集患者的临床... 目的探讨主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)-Ⅱ联合MHC-Ⅰ免疫组化染色在特发性炎性肌病(IIM)诊断中的应用价值。方法收集2010年3月至2018年4月在首都医科大学宣武医院神经内科行肌肉活检患者的标本29份,并通过医院电子病历系统收集患者的临床资料,包括4种IIM[皮肌炎(DM)5例,多发性肌炎(PM)5例,散发性包涵体肌炎(IBM)4例及坏死性自身免疫性肌病(NAM)5例]和2种非炎性肌病(NIM)[肌营养不良(MD)5例,dysferlinopathy肌病5例]。将标本进行苏木精-伊红(HE)染色及MHC-Ⅰ、MHC-Ⅱ免疫组化染色。结果免疫组化染色结果显示,PM、DM及IBM患者肌肉标本MHC-Ⅰ阳性率达100.0%,NAM和MD患者肌肉标本MHC-Ⅰ阳性率为80.0%,dysferlinopathy肌病患者肌肉标本MHC-Ⅰ阳性率为20.0%。PM和IBM患者肌肉标本MHC-Ⅱ阳性率分别为40.0%、50.0%,其余类型疾病患者肌肉标本的MHC-Ⅱ免疫组化染色均呈阴性。结论相较于MHC-Ⅰ免疫组化染色,MHC-Ⅱ免疫组化染色在鉴别IIM与NIM中有较高的特异性。MHC-Ⅱ联合MHC-Ⅰ免疫组化染色对不同肌病类型的诊断有较好的临床应用价值。 展开更多

It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1, with a = 8.8199(18), b = 14.278(3), c = 15.269(3) A, α = 76.21(3)o, β = 81.07(3)o, γ = 76.07(3)o, V = 1802.7(6) A3, Dc = 1.636 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 916, the final GOOF = 1.051, R = 0.0556 and wR = 0.1388. The whole molecule consists of two copper ions bridged by two μ2-η^1:η^0-3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole anions. The title complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P with a = 8.2779(8), b = 9.4830(8), c = 12.262(1) ? = 81.079(5), b = 80.620(4), g = 78.960(4), V = 924.4(1) 3, Z = 1, C34H46Cu2Fe2N2O8, Mr = 849.51, Dc = 1.526 g/cm3, l(MoK) = 0.71073 ? ?= 1.954 mm-1, F(000) = 438, R = 0.0297 and wR = 0.0901. Both cyclopentadienyl rings in each dmaf (dmaf = (dimethylaminomethyl)ferrocene, Fe(C5H5)- [C5H4CH2N(CH3)2]) have an eclipsed conformation. The structure of a binuclear cadmium(Ⅱ) quaternary complex, [Cd2(phen)2- Q2(BP)]n 1 (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, BP = biphenyl-4,4′-dicarboxylic acid, Q = 8-hydroxy- quinoline-anion), has been determined by X-ray crystallography and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 13.1906(18), b = 10.9623(15), c = 16.947(2)A, β = 111.3430(10)°, V = 2282.5(5)A^3, Z = 4, Mr = 556.85, Dc = 1.620 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1116,μ= 0.994 mm^-1 and S = 1.056. 泰妙菌素废盐活性炭的制备及吸附EDTA-Pb(Ⅱ)的研究

工业废水中的有机配体和重金属离子结合形成络合态重金属,络合态重金属的排放会导致严重的环境及人体健康问题。采用热解炭化法将医药固体废弃物——泰妙菌素废盐制备成废盐活性炭(WSAC)并用于去除模拟废水中的EDTA-Pb(Ⅱ),利用SEM、BE... 工业废水中的有机配体和重金属离子结合形成络合态重金属,络合态重金属的排放会导致严重的环境及人体健康问题。采用热解炭化法将医药固体废弃物——泰妙菌素废盐制备成废盐活性炭(WSAC)并用于去除模拟废水中的EDTA-Pb(Ⅱ),利用SEM、BET表征WSAC的性质;基于静态吸附试验研究了溶液初始pH、共存离子对WSAC吸附EDTA-Pb(Ⅱ)行为的影响;通过吸附动力学、等温线拟合,利用FTIR、TOC、Zeta电位等表征探究其吸附机理。结果表明:WSAC对EDTA-Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附过程符合伪一级动力学和Langmuir模型,吸附速率受物理过程主导且为单分子层均相吸附;随着pH的升高,WSAC对EDTA-Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附效果降低;共存阴离子的加入会与EDTA-Pb(Ⅱ)竞争吸附位点,对吸附起抑制作用;WSAC对EDTA-Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附机制主要为孔隙填充和静电吸附的协同作用。将WSAC用于吸附工业废水中的EDTA-Pb(Ⅱ),为泰妙菌素废盐的资源化利用提供一种途径,也为工业废水中EDTA-Pb(Ⅱ)的去除提供新方法。 展开更多

A new binuclear complex [Ni2(2,2'-bpy)2(C8H3NO6)2(H2O)4] 1 (2,2'-bpy = 2,2'- bipyridine, C8H3NO6 = 4-nitrophthalate) has been synthesized by a hydrothermal reaction and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. The complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.206(2), b = 10.337(4), c = 12.480(4) , α = 89.887(11), β = 77.033(9), γ = 78.349(6)o, V = 886.3(5) 3, Z = 1, C36H30Ni2N6O16, Mr = 920.08, Dc = 1.724 g cm-3, F(000) = 472, μ = 1.152 mm-1, the final R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.1163 for 3372 observed reflections with I 2σ(Ⅰ). The two Ni(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by two 4-nitrophthalates both in a bis-monodentate mode. Magnetic measurements reveal that the intramolecular exchange couplings in the dimer are ferromagnetic with 2J/k = 2.32 K, D =-1.44 K and g = 2.18. 展开更多

选用N,N,N-三齿席夫碱化合物2-氨基乙基苯并咪唑缩吡啶-2-甲醛(L^(1))和2-氨基丙基苯并咪唑缩吡啶-2-甲醛(L^(2))为配体,与过渡金属Cu(Ⅱ)盐反应合成了4个单核铜配合物:[Cu(L^(1))Cl_(2)](1),[Cu(L^(1))(SCN)_(2)](2),[Cu(L^(1))bpy](Cl... 选用N,N,N-三齿席夫碱化合物2-氨基乙基苯并咪唑缩吡啶-2-甲醛(L^(1))和2-氨基丙基苯并咪唑缩吡啶-2-甲醛(L^(2))为配体,与过渡金属Cu(Ⅱ)盐反应合成了4个单核铜配合物:[Cu(L^(1))Cl_(2)](1),[Cu(L^(1))(SCN)_(2)](2),[Cu(L^(1))bpy](ClO_(4))_(2)·CH_(3)OH(3)和[Cu(L^(2))bpy](ClO_(4))_(2)(4)(bpy=2,2′-联吡啶).通过元素分析、红外光谱、粉末X射线衍射、单晶X射线衍射、热重分析和循环伏安分析等手段对配合物进行了表征.结果表明,在固体状态下,配合物1~4均为单核Cu(Ⅱ)配合物,中心Cu(Ⅱ)均为畸变四方锥构型,结构参数τ=0.088~0.340.以3,5-二叔丁基邻苯二酚为底物,研究了配合物1~4模拟儿茶酚氧化酶的催化活性,采用Michaelis-Menten模型和Lineweaver-Burk图法计算了动力学参数.结果表明,配合物均具有儿茶酚氧化酶活性,催化活性顺序为2>3≈4>1,氧化速率取决于Cu(Ⅱ)配位环境的畸变程度、离去基团与中心Cu(Ⅱ)的键长和配合物的空间位阻. 展开更多

The title complex [(phen) 2Cu(Htcb)Cu(phen) 2]H 3tcb(tcb=1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylato tetravalent anion; phen=1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized by the hydrothermal synthesis method. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group P1, a=1.04174(8) nm, b=1.07119(8) nm, c=1.26360(10) nm, α=98.169(2)°, β=99.679(10)°, γ=93.658(10)°, V=1.37031(18) nm3, Z=1. The two copper(Ⅱ) cations are bridged by Htcb in the monodentate fashion, and have the same five-coordinated environment completed by the four N atoms from the two phen molecules and one O atom from the carboxylic group of Htcb respectively, which can be best described as distorted trigonal-bipyramid geometry. Moreover, the three dimensional network is formed by H-bonding interactions [O…O distance from 0.2506(10) nm to 0.3176(11) nm] and π-π stacking interactions between the phen rings of adjacent binuclear entities with a face-to-face separation of ca. 0.354 nm. 展开更多
