Cultivating the marine bio-industry cluster is a key industrial strategy for Zhanjiang to seize the manufacturing position of Guangdong's marine economy. By deconstructing the overall scale,characteristics and industrial composition of marine bio-industry cluster and the development status of the industrial parks and bases in Zhanjiang,the resource misallocation coefficient was used to analyze the problems in the marine bio-industry cluster and the resource allocation in Zhanjiang. It is found that in the cultivation of the marine bio-industry cluster in Zhanjiang,the leading effect of leading enterprises needs to be upgraded,the key technologies needs to be broken,the scientific and technological service system needs to be improved,and policy support needs to be strengthened. Moreover,there are serious resource misallocation and high efficiency losses. By optimizing resource allocation,the healthy development of cultivation of marine bio-industry cluster in Zhanjiang will be promoted. To this end,the policy paths that the government can implement are as follows: improving the market access system to appropriately guide medium and small-sized marine enterprises to enter the marine bio-industry,inspiring the marine bio-industry market demand with the industrialization of innovation results as the guide,improving the legal guarantee system to create an innovative atmosphere for the marine bio-industry,and promoting the deepening of the division of labor in the industrial parks. 展开更多

Considered as a top priority of industrial devel- opment, Industry 4.0 (or Industrie 4.0 as the German ver- sion) has being highlighted as the pursuit of both academy and practice in companies. In this paper, based on the review of state of art and also the state of practice in dif- ferent countries, shortcomings have been revealed as the lacking of applicable framework for the implementation of Industrie 4.0. Therefore, in order to shed some light on the knowledge of the details, a reference architecture is developed, where four perspectives namely manufacturing process, devices, software and engineering have been highlighted. Moreover, with a view on the importance of Cyber-Physical systems, the structure of Cyber-Physical System are established for the in-depth analysis. Further cases with the usage of Cyber-Physical System are also arranged, which attempts to provide some implications to match the theoretical findings together with the experience of companies. In general, results of this paper could be useful for the extending on the theoretical understanding of Industrie 4.0. Additionally, applied framework and proto- types based on the usage of Cyber-Physical Systems are also potential to help companies to design the layout of sensor nets, to achieve coordination and controlling of smart machines, to realize synchronous production with systematic structure, and to extend the usage of information and communication technologies to the maintenance scheduling. 展开更多

围绕当前餐饮业湿热除油厨余垃圾(FORFW)厌氧消化甲烷产率不高、“酸积累”和“氨抑制”导致过程不稳定的问题,基于生物-非生物协同强化湿热除油餐饮业厨余垃圾厌氧消化的课题组的前期发现,通过三因素三水平中温厌氧消化正交试验系统探... 围绕当前餐饮业湿热除油厨余垃圾(FORFW)厌氧消化甲烷产率不高、“酸积累”和“氨抑制”导致过程不稳定的问题,基于生物-非生物协同强化湿热除油餐饮业厨余垃圾厌氧消化的课题组的前期发现,通过三因素三水平中温厌氧消化正交试验系统探究并优化接种比、铁类添加剂添加量和酵母菌添加量3个条件参数,同时借助高通量测序阐明生物-非生物添加剂协同促进FORFW产甲烷的内在微生物机理.研究发现,3个条件参数对FORFW厌氧消化的甲烷产率影响由高至低为接种比>酵母菌添加量>铁类添加剂添加量.接种比1.5、铁类添加剂0.5%(质量分数)、活化酵母菌3%(质量分数)为较优的使用条件.在上述条件下,FORFW的挥发性固体(VS)去除率为40.1%,累积甲烷产率为237.5mL/gVS.体系中甲烷鬃毛菌属(Methanosaeta)、互营单胞菌属(Syntrophomonas)和Syner-01属相对丰度明显增加,实现了乳酸来源的丙酸高效转化.其中,甲烷鬃毛菌属与厌氧绳菌科细菌互营产甲烷,互营单胞菌属参与互营丁酸氧化,Syner-01属参与互营乙酸氧化和氨基酸氧化.因此,FORFW的甲烷产率得到了切实保证. 展开更多

The deep learning models hold considerable potential for clinical applications, but there are many challenges to successfully training deep learning models. Large-scale data collection is required, which is frequently only possible through multi-institutional cooperation. Building large central repositories is one strategy for multi-institution studies. However, this is hampered by issues regarding data sharing, including patient privacy, data de-identification, regulation, intellectual property, and data storage. These difficulties have lessened the impracticality of central data storage. In this survey, we will look at 24 research publications that concentrate on machine learning approaches linked to privacy preservation techniques for multi-institutional data, highlighting the multiple shortcomings of the existing methodologies. Researching different approaches will be made simpler in this case based on a number of factors, such as performance measures, year of publication and journals, achievements of the strategies in numerical assessments, and other factors. A technique analysis that considers the benefits and drawbacks of the strategies is additionally provided. The article also looks at some potential areas for future research as well as the challenges associated with increasing the accuracy of privacy protection techniques. The comparative evaluation of the approaches offers a thorough justification for the research’s purpose. 展开更多

为确定生物油对老化沥青性能的恢复能力,比选出再生能力较强的一种生物油并确定其最佳掺量,采用植物沥青、餐厨废弃油脂和工业用动物油3种生物油作为再生剂,分别对老化SBS改性沥青进行再生,通过测定生物油再生沥青的针入度、延度、软化... 为确定生物油对老化沥青性能的恢复能力,比选出再生能力较强的一种生物油并确定其最佳掺量,采用植物沥青、餐厨废弃油脂和工业用动物油3种生物油作为再生剂,分别对老化SBS改性沥青进行再生,通过测定生物油再生沥青的针入度、延度、软化点和布氏黏度并进行薄膜加热试验,研究生物油种类和掺量对老化沥青各项性能的影响规律。结果表明,3种生物油对老化SBS改性沥青的基础性能和耐老化性均有一定的恢复能力,其中餐厨废弃油脂对老化沥青再生能力较强,并且社会和经济效益较高,植物沥青和工业用动物油次之;餐厨废弃油脂被选为最佳再生生物油,掺量为4%时能够使老化SBS改性沥青的黏滞性和高温性能得到完全恢复,因此被确定为最佳掺量。 展开更多

生物质资源来源广泛,具有可再生性、结构多样性和碳中性等特点。目前,以生物质为原料的林产化工已成为继煤和石油化工之后最重要的化工产业之一。在对中国的林产化学工业发展历史概览的基础上,梳理总结了现代林产化学工业的发展,创新地... 生物质资源来源广泛,具有可再生性、结构多样性和碳中性等特点。目前,以生物质为原料的林产化工已成为继煤和石油化工之后最重要的化工产业之一。在对中国的林产化学工业发展历史概览的基础上,梳理总结了现代林产化学工业的发展,创新地提出了林产化学加工工程学科发展的能源化、材料化、食药化、饲料化、肥料化和基料化6个方向。其中,能源化中的生物质气/液/固体燃料的有效开发是实现碳达峰和碳中和的重要途径之一,而我国林产化工的传统研究领域制浆造纸、木本油脂、松脂化学等则从材料化找到新的突破和发展,相比前两者,食药化、饲料化、肥料化和基料化还有很大的发展空间。林产化学工业已迈入质量和效益持续提升发展新阶段,今后将在生物质资源高值化利用、全质利用技术创新、精深加工与应用、绿色低碳与生物技术融合、生物基材料与化学品创新应用,以及多学科交叉融合等方面实现突破,推动产业转型升级,构建绿色低碳循环发展新模式。 展开更多

湖南省油菜秸秆资源作为生物质产业原料的潜力量化评估

油菜(Brassica napus L.)秸秆作为重要的生物质资源,在环境保护和经济效益方面有着显著优势,具有高纤维素含量、利用成本低等优点,合理的利用可为相关产业原料的供应提供重要保障。湖南省作为中国油菜主产区,理论上具备产业化开发的潜... 油菜(Brassica napus L.)秸秆作为重要的生物质资源,在环境保护和经济效益方面有着显著优势,具有高纤维素含量、利用成本低等优点,合理的利用可为相关产业原料的供应提供重要保障。湖南省作为中国油菜主产区,理论上具备产业化开发的潜力。全面了解生物质产量潜力和原料品质的区域差异是合理利用秸秆资源的前提与基础。因此,该研究对湖南省油菜秸秆资源产量潜力和原料品质空间异质性进行研究,基于此对油菜秸秆作为未来生物质产业原料的潜力进行评估。结果表明:湖南省油菜秸秆年产量为660.47万t,其中以湘北(35.71%)和湘中地区(32.43%)贡献最大,产量潜力分别达到了235.84万t和214.21万t。湖南省油菜秸秆生物质原料品质存在较高的异质性,所有表征指标的变异系数(coefficient of variation,CV)值均很高(>0.50)。生物质原料品质差异主要表现在重金属含量方面(CV>5.00)。此外,油菜秸秆生物质在灰分含量(CV=3.02)、木质素含量(CV=1.17)和纤维素聚合度(CV=1.15)方面也具有较为明显的差异。基于测定的多项品质指标,该研究通过构建基于隶属函数的生物质生产潜力指数进行原料品质指标的归一化处理。从生物质生产潜力指数上看,湖南省油菜秸秆最适合生产半纤维素基产品,尤其是湘北地区的油菜秸秆(潜力指数为0.60)。总体上看,具备较高产量潜力和较优原料品质的湘北地区可作为全省油菜秸秆产业的先行原料供应区。 展开更多
