Superior drainage treated by combinational technique of biologic contact oxidation and constructed wetland

The superior drainage was pre-treated by biologic contact oxidation on BOD5 load of 0.72 kg/(m3·d),and then post-treated by constructed wetland. The results about the effect on the constructed wetland post-treatment show that the total nitrogen (TN) is the restrictive index of the combinational technique treatment effect. To meet the reclaimed water quality standard and reuse for waterscape,the peak hydraulic load of constructed wetland is 0.50 m/d in summer (30-36 ℃) and 0.33 m/d in winter (8-12℃),and the load ratio of the peak hydraulic under the two temperature conditions is 3-2. The results are combined of reclaimed water quantity requirements in different seasons of green building. Reasonable scale of the reclaimed water treatment systems can be determined. The treatment efficacy can be well predicted,and both the design and operations can be effectively guided,by which the reclaimed water treatment systems regard superior drainage as the source and are purified by combinational technique of contact oxidation and artificial wetland. 展开更多

The oxidation properties of silver alloy powders and microstructures of oxidized powders have been investigated by thermo gravity analysis(TGA), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and wave dispersive X ray spectroscopy(WDEX). Ag Sn RE alloy powders have been oxidized completely at 610 ℃ within 60 min, with an external pure silver scale forming around each oxidized particle. It is useful to produce electrical contact composites. The excellent oxidation properties of Ag Sn RE alloy powders are attributed to the ideal microstructure of the oxidized powders. 展开更多

The results indicate that CuLa alloy exhibits superior oxidation resistance and arc erosion resistance. The contact resistance and temperature rise were obviously improved. The oxidation resistance of CuLa alloy mainly is due to the interface wrapping of La2O3 particles and CuLa alloy phase on Cu atoms. Thermodynamic calculation indicated that La2O3 could form preferentially in the CuLa alloy, which was beneficial for the protection of the Cu substrate. According to kinetics analysis, the activation energy of CuLa alloy was higher than that of pure Cu, indicating the better oxidation resistance of CuLa alloys. 展开更多

During a half year抯 operation, the whole system worked very stably and had good results, as proved by the fact that every quality indicator of effluent met the expected discharge stan-dards; which means that chitin wastewater can be treated by the technique of micro-electrolysis, contact oxidization. 展开更多

The results show that Cu2O is the main constituent when the oxidized film is thin; CuO appears only after the film is rather thick. This paper reports that highly transparent and low resistance tantalum-doped indium tin oxide (Ta-doped ITO) films contacted to p-type GaN have been prepared by the electron-beam evaporation technique. The Ta-doped ITO contacts become Ohmic with a specific contact resistance of $/sim 5.65/times 10^{ - 5}$$/Omega /cdot$cm$^{2}$ and show the transmittance of $/sim $98% at a wavelength of 440nm when annealed at 500/du. Blue light emitting diodes (LEDs) fabricated with Ta-doped ITO p-type Ohmic contact layers give a forward-bias voltage of 3.21V at an injection current of 20mA. It further shows that the output power of LEDs with Ta-doped ITO contacts is enhanced 62% at 20mA in comparison with that of LEDs with conventional Ni/Au contacts 展开更多

In this work, a method based on scanning Kelvin probe microscopy is proposed to separately extract source/drain(S/D) series resistance in operating amorphous indium–gallium–zinc–oxide(a-IGZO) thin-film transistors. The asymmetry behavior of S/D contact resistance is deduced and the underlying physics is discussed. The present results suggest that the asymmetry of S/D contact resistance is caused by the difference in bias conditions of the Schottky-like junction at the contact interface induced by the parasitic reaction between contact metal and a-IGZO. The overall contact resistance should be determined by both the bulk channel resistance of the contact region and the interface properties of the metalsemiconductor junction. 展开更多

Influence of Warm Oxide Layer on Wettability and Contact Angle for Heat Transport Devices

Therefore, high heat-transfer efficiency is required in copper heat exchangers. Improvement ofwettability is reported to improve the heat-transfer efficiency. In previous studies, copper oxide layer improves the wettability. In this study, we focus on a copper oxide layer produced under warm conditions (from 200 to 300 ℃), which are suitable oxidation conditions for improving wettability. Experimental results showed that the surface of the specimens was covered by the oxidation layer and took on a black color. Furthermore, the wettability was improved by the warm copper oxide layer. While, the surface roughness was approximately constant to each warm oxidized specimen. Whereat, the warm oxide layer was observed by SEM (sanning electron microscope). The results from SEM observations showed that the warm copper oxide layer consisted of stacks and combinations of nanoscopic warm oxidation particles. Thus, the warm oxidation layer has nanoscopic surface asperities. It is seemed that these nanoscopic asperities improved the wettability. 展开更多

鉴于平板式固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)电堆对低面电阻、高稳定性阴极接触材料的需求,本研究阐明了LaNi_(0.6)Fe_(0.4)O_(3)(LNF)颗粒尺寸调控对导电和SOFC单电池性能演变的影响机制,优化了LNF预处理工艺,降低了接触组件面电阻,提升了SOF... 鉴于平板式固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)电堆对低面电阻、高稳定性阴极接触材料的需求,本研究阐明了LaNi_(0.6)Fe_(0.4)O_(3)(LNF)颗粒尺寸调控对导电和SOFC单电池性能演变的影响机制,优化了LNF预处理工艺,降低了接触组件面电阻,提升了SOFC单电池性能及热循环稳定性。结果表明:预压造粒的样品(LNF-2)与高温烧结预处理的样品(LNF-3)的面电阻更小,分别为0.074和0.076Ω·cm^(2);在750℃施加1 A/cm^(2)电流负载后,能够更快地进入稳态,并保持颗粒尺寸稳定。其中,LNF-2单电池在750℃下的峰值功率密度0.94 W/cm^(2)较未处理的LNF的0.66 W/cm^(2)高,但在热循环过程中性能衰减较大,下降了20%;而LNF-3单电池在20次热循环后峰值功率密度仅下降了4%。本研究对高可靠SOFC电堆装配及其长寿命稳定运行具有指导及参考价值。 展开更多

针对传统生物膜法对微污染河水脱氮除磷效率不佳的问题,设计了电极生物膜耦合生物接触氧化(BER-BCO)装置,采用单因素敏感性分析方法评估了不同碳源、电流密度、水力停留时间、填料填充比对工艺脱氮除磷效果的影响,并通过红外光谱表征阳... 针对传统生物膜法对微污染河水脱氮除磷效率不佳的问题,设计了电极生物膜耦合生物接触氧化(BER-BCO)装置,采用单因素敏感性分析方法评估了不同碳源、电流密度、水力停留时间、填料填充比对工艺脱氮除磷效果的影响,并通过红外光谱表征阳极附近沉淀物表面特征官能团,探究系统除磷机理。结果表明,在使用乙酸钠为碳源、电流密度为0.09 mA/cm^(2)、水力停留时间控制为24 h、填料比为40%的条件下,BER-BCO系统的脱氮除磷效能得到了显著优化;NH+4-N、TN、TP的去除率分别达到了83.10%、56.46%、97.93%;最终出水除TN外均优于《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)中Ⅳ类水质标准;红外光谱分析显示阳极附近形成的含磷沉淀物中含有Fe-O键、P-O键、Fe-OH键,表明铁阳极具有高效除磷的特性。 展开更多

以辽宁农村地区二个典型接触氧化除铁除锰水厂为研究对象,采用16S rRNA高通量测序技术对工艺各单元的微生物群落结构进行分析.结果发现,接触氧化除铁除锰工艺各处理单元中的微生物群落结构显著不同,Proteobacteria(43.86%)是接触氧化除... 以辽宁农村地区二个典型接触氧化除铁除锰水厂为研究对象,采用16S rRNA高通量测序技术对工艺各单元的微生物群落结构进行分析.结果发现,接触氧化除铁除锰工艺各处理单元中的微生物群落结构显著不同,Proteobacteria(43.86%)是接触氧化除铁除锰工艺中的优势菌门,Gallionella和Flavobacterium是主要的除铁锰功能菌属.相关性分析结果表明,Rhodoferax(0.71%)和Sulfurospirillum(0.75%)等菌属与菌落总数,铁和锰浓度之间呈显著正相关关系,说明尽管其相对丰度较低,但仍在系统中发挥着不可或缺的作用.通过分子生态网络与拓扑特性的深入分析以及COGs功能预测,揭示了Gallionella,Flavobacterium,Pseudomonas和Rhodoferax等菌属间的协同作用关系.不同处理单元对微生物群落结构产生了显著影响,但对这些微生物的代谢影响较小,表明形成的微生物共存系统相对稳定,对水中铁锰离子的高效稳定去除有着重要作用. 展开更多

击穿法降低3D电子封装侧壁布线接触电阻的研究

由于工艺原因,以侧壁布线为互连方式的3D封装结构,其侧壁再布线端头表面不可避免地会产生一层铜氧化膜,导致互连界面接触电阻升高。采用击穿法处理不同前处理条件下的样品,通过X射线能谱、选区电子衍射、高分辨透射显微镜对样品击穿后... 由于工艺原因,以侧壁布线为互连方式的3D封装结构,其侧壁再布线端头表面不可避免地会产生一层铜氧化膜,导致互连界面接触电阻升高。采用击穿法处理不同前处理条件下的样品,通过X射线能谱、选区电子衍射、高分辨透射显微镜对样品击穿后的互连界面进行了表征。结果表明:对于在不同烘烤环境、烘烤时长和清洁工艺下制备的样品,击穿法均可实现95%以上的降阻效果,并将接触电阻均降至1Ω以下。其中采用真空烘烤10 h并进行等离子处理制备的样品,在经过击穿处理后,样品的接触电阻达到最低,为0.26Ω。击穿法通过在铜氧化膜处施加电场,使铜离子沿电场方向迁移,随后还原为多晶的Cu和Cu_(2)O,形成低电阻的导电通路,从而降低互连界面的接触电阻。说明击穿法适用于降低侧壁互连工艺中互连界面的接触电阻。 展开更多

多孔结构可磨耗涂层抗氧化性能评价方法

防钛火可磨耗封严涂层的抗氧化性能是决定其服役寿命的重要因素。然而,当涂层呈现孔隙率高达50%量级的多孔结构,经典的氧化增重评价方法不适用。为构建多孔结构涂层抗氧化性能的合理评价方法,以防钛火可磨耗封严涂层为典型的多孔结构合... 防钛火可磨耗封严涂层的抗氧化性能是决定其服役寿命的重要因素。然而,当涂层呈现孔隙率高达50%量级的多孔结构,经典的氧化增重评价方法不适用。为构建多孔结构涂层抗氧化性能的合理评价方法,以防钛火可磨耗封严涂层为典型的多孔结构合金涂层研究对象,通过系统研究涂层氧化动力学规律、氧化膜分布特征,揭示了多孔结构涂层内表面氧化机制,建立合理考虑涂层实际氧化表面积的多孔结构涂层抗氧化性能评价方法。结果表明,孔隙作为环境氧的快速扩散通道,使涂层与环境氧的接触面积增大2个数量级,导致根据经典氧化增重法所得氧化膜厚度比实际表面氧化膜厚度高2个数量级。据此,通过建模计算包含外表面和内表面的多孔涂层实际氧化面积,构建基于实际氧化表面积的涂层抗氧化评价方法。采用该方法评价NiCrAl-膨润土可磨耗封严涂层,得出600℃空气氧化条件下该涂层平均氧化速率为1.8×10^(-2) g·m^(-2)·h^(-1),达到标准HB5258—2000规定的完全抗氧化级。上述评价方法为准确评价多孔涂层抗氧化性能从而保障涂层可靠服役提供方法支撑。 展开更多

Oxy-combustion is a promising carbon-capture technology,but atmospheric-pressure oxy-combustion has a relatively low net efficiency,limiting its application in power plants.In pressurized oxycombustion(POC),the boiler,air separation unit,flue gas recirculation unit,and CO_(2)purification and compression unit are all operated at elevated pressure;this makes the process more efficient,with many advantages over atmospheric pressure,such as low NO_(x)emissions,a smaller boiler size,and more.POC is also more promising for industrial application and has attracted widespread research interest in recent years.It can produce high-pressure CO_(2)with a purity of approximately 95%,which can be used directly for enhanced oil recovery or geo-sequestration.However,the pollutant emissions must meet the standards for carbon capture,storage,and utilization.Because of the high oxygen and moisture concentrations in POC,the formation of acids via the oxidation and solution of SO_(x)and NO_(x)can be increased,causing the corrosion of pipelines and equipment.Furthermore,particulate matter(PM)and mercury emissions can harm the environment and human health.The main distinction between pressurized and atmospheric-pressure oxy-combustion is the former’s elevated pressure;thus,the effect of this pressure on the pollutants emitted from POC—including SO_(x),NO_(x),PM,and mercury—must be understood,and effective control methodologies must be incorporated to control the formation of these pollutants.This paper reviews recent advances in research on SO_(x),NO_(x),PM,and mercury formation and control in POC systems that can aid in pollutant control in such systems. 展开更多

固体氧化物电解池(SOEC)中铁素体不锈钢合金连接体和电解池阳极之间存在界面接触、连接体表面氧化以及氧电极“铬毒化”等问题,是导致电解堆性能衰减的重要影响因素之一。本工作利用反应烧结工艺在连接体与阳极之间制备了多孔的(Cu,Mn)_... 固体氧化物电解池(SOEC)中铁素体不锈钢合金连接体和电解池阳极之间存在界面接触、连接体表面氧化以及氧电极“铬毒化”等问题,是导致电解堆性能衰减的重要影响因素之一。本工作利用反应烧结工艺在连接体与阳极之间制备了多孔的(Cu,Mn)_(3)O_(4)导电接触层,形成了粘结强度高的连接体/接触层/电解池界面结构。所得试样在750℃下表现出优异的电性能,整个500 h测试过程半电池的面比电阻(ASR)值稳定保持在20.13~20.32 mΩ·cm^(2)。通过微观结构表征技术证实,多孔(Cu,Mn)_(3)O_(4)接触层与相邻的电解堆部件具有良好的兼容性,并可以抑制连接体表面的氧化薄膜增长,同时阻止铬元素的迁移。(Cu,Mn)_(3)O_(4)接触层也降低了电解池与集流体之间的接触电阻,提高了电池电化学输出性能。 展开更多
