[Method] Ten Yunnan japonica rice varieties and six Korean japonica rice varieties were selected to investigate the effects of ecological conditions on grain quality characteristics and starch RVA profile characteristic values of Yunnan and Korean japonica rice. [Result] The coefficient of variation of Yunnan and Korean japonica rice reached the maximum in setback viscosity (SBV). The coefficients of variation of brown rice length (BRL), chalkiness rate (CR), amylose content (AC), protein content (PC), alkali digestion value (ADV), final viscosity (FLV), setback viscosity (SBV) and peak time (PeT) of Yunnan japonica rice varieties were significantly higher than those of Korean japonica rice, while other grain quality characteristics were contrary. With the increasing altitudes, BRL, brown rice width (BRW), length-width ratio (L/W), whiteness (WH), AC, ADV, FLV and consistence viscosity (CTV) of Yunnan japonica rice and BRL, BRW, WH, PC, peak viscosity (PKV), hot viscosity (HTV) and breakdown viscosity (BDV) of Korean japonica rice were significantly reduced , while CR, PC, HTV and PeT of Yunnan japonica rice and L/W, AC, ADV and CTV of Korean japonica rice significantly increased, but CR of Korean japonica rice showed no significantly variation. PKV, BDV and pasting temperature (PaT) of Yunnan japonica rice and PaT of Korean japonica rice showed an upward trend after an initial drop with the increasing altitudes, while SBV of Yunnan japonica rice and FLV and PeT of Korean japonica rice were contrary. [Conclusion] This study provided theoretical basis for breeding of japonica rice in Yunnan Plateau.展开更多

[Methed] The characteristics of ecologi- cal water requirement in Maijishan Scenic Spot were analyzed based on,the data of soil humidity and meteorology of the spot. [Result] The result showed that the actual annual ecological water requirement in the spot was 678×10^6 m^3, and the proportion of soil water and evapotranspiration were 21% and 79%, respectively; the minimum annual ecological water requirement quota in the spot was 480.27×10^6 m^3, and the proportion of soil water and evapotranspiration were 16% and 84%, respectively; the minimum annual suitable ecological water requirement quota in the spot was 624.22×10^6 m^3, and the proportion of soil water and evapotranspiration were 18% and 82%, respectively. The precipitation was 614×10^6 m^3, and consumptive water surplus reached up to 78×10^6 m^3. The years when the precipitation was higher than the evapotranspiration accounted for 76%. Since 1980s, the evapotranspiration showed a linearly increasing trend. The precipitation was higher than the evapotranspiration from Jun. to Oct. and less than the evapotranspiration from Nov. to Dec. and Jan. to May. Evapotranspiration water requirement was regulated by soil water. The dis- parity between precipitation and evapotranspiration was huge in spring, thus having certain influence on waterfalls and streams in the spot. [Conclusion] The results of this study provided a basis for the rational use and long-term planning of the water sources in Maijishan Scenic Spot.展开更多

Beidaihe is a district under the jurisdiction of Qinhuangdao and is a famous seaside scenic area. Alliance Peak, located in Beidaihe seashore scenic West. Jinshan mouth is the peak of the Union Peak, located in the easternmost Beidaihe waterfront. In this paper, we use the observed data of air negative ions in the Beidaihe, Qinhuangdao, Jinshanzui and Lianfeng Mountains for seven years to study the distribution characteristics of negative air ions in different ecological environments through meteorological observation. Research shows that the annual mean of air anion concentration fluctuates less. The annual mean is 1730 ind·cm-3, and the difference between the highest and lowest concentrations is 535 ind·cm-3. The average air anion concentration was the highest in August at 7785 ind·cm-3 and the lowest in January at 365 ind·cm-3. Negative air ions have obvious spatial characteristics, and negative ion concentrations of the sea and forest air are significantly high. The average annual mean of the sea is 3902 ind·cm-3, and that of the forest is 5403 ind·cm-3. The concentration of air anion changes daily, and daytime concentration is significantly lower than nighttime concentration. The highest peak appears at night or in the morning, while the lowest value appears between noon and afternoon. Inter-annual features and concentration of negative air ions, as well as annual rain days, total rainfall, thunderstorm days, and average relative humidity, are negatively related to the annual average temperature and sunshine hours. However, in the average concentration of negative air ions, the average correlation test of meteorological elements was insignificant. The air anion concentration is negatively correlated with the PM2.5 concentration of fine particulate matter. The concentrations of nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and carbon monoxide in the fine particulate matter are negatively correlated with the ozone concentration, which is positively correlated with ozone concentration and is tested by significance. Atmospheric discharge (thunderstorm) can produce a considerable amount of air anion. Air negative ions are an important indicator of air quality, which is of great significance to the living environment. The distribution of negative ions in the study space and its influencing factors in order to provide a basis for air quality assessment in the region and provide references for the long-term research on air anion in different urban areas.展开更多

The field research and laboratory analysis were used to investigate Pb content, spatial distribution characteristics and its ecological risk in different farmland soils. The results showed that Pb content was during 18.85 - 41.34 mg/kg in farmland soil of Changchun suburb, and was higher than the background value of Jilin Province at 90% of the sampling sites. The spatial distribution of Pb content in farmland soil had obvious geographical features, and Pb content in southwest and northeast soils was higher. The high-content areas were relatively concentrated, and Pb content gradually reduced from the high-content island- shape center to its surrounding. The soil Pb contents in paddy field, dry field and vegetable field had insignificant difference with the background value, indicating that Pb accumulations in dry field, paddy field and vegetable field were not significant. The order of Pb content in different land use types was showed as follows: vegetable field 〉 dry field 〉 paddy field. Pb pollution of all samples belonged to light pollution. The average potential ecological risk of soil Pb in different land use types presented the following order: vegetable field 〉 dry field 〉 paddy field.展开更多

[Methods] A quadart method was used to investigate plant communitues of Mingyue Park in Jingzhou City. [Results] There were 141 species in the park, including 44 tree speceies, 35 shrub speceies, and 62 herb speceies. The arber-shrub-grass structure was the dominant plant community structure. The Simpson index(D), Shannon-Wiener index(H) and Pielou index(J) of the herb layer were higher than those of the tree layer and the shrub layer, and the shrub layer was the lowest. The results of ecological function research showed that the plant communities had a significant shading effect and a certain ability to reduce noise. The comprehensive conclusion showed that the ecological function indexes of the arbor-shrub-grass structure in Mingyue Park were significantly higher than those of the arbor-shrub structure and the single-tree structure. In order to improve the ecological benefits of plant communities in Mingyue Park, the plant diversity can be increased in the later construction to enrich community structures. [Conclusions] This study evaluated the ecological benefits of plant communities in Mingyue Park, and provides a scientific basis for the plant configuration of parks in Jingzhou and other regions.展开更多

文摘Pb in the farmland surface soil of Changchun suburb was taken as the main research object. The average potential ecological risk of soil Pb in different land use types presented the following order: vegetable field 〉 dry field 〉 paddy field.

文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to analyze species composition, community appearance, plant life-type spectrum, flora distribution, plant community structure and plant diversity indexes of Mingyue Park in Jingzhou City, as well as the ecological functions of plants in cooling, humidification, shading, and noise reduction. [Conclusions] This study evaluated the ecological benefits of plant communities in Mingyue Park, and provides a scientific basis for the plant configuration of parks in Jingzhou and other regions.
文摘In the sea area west of the middle line of Taiwan Straits, 116°40′~120°30′E, 22°22.9′~25°43′N, four cruises of comprehensive survey were conducted by the Third Institute of Oceanography, State Oceanic Administration, from May, 1984 to February, 1985. The data concerned were taken from the quantitative samples obtained by using large-sized standard zooplankton nets, while the values adopted such as hydrological and chemical data of the various stations were from the average values of the field data of each one-meter layer.
文摘Abundance of total bacteria, heterotrophic bacteria, coliform and oil degradable bacteria and their relations with salinity and suspended matter in the frontal waters in the Hangzhou Bay are described. The results obtained show that the highest abundances of total bacteria , heterotrophic bacteria are encountered around the front and near the northern shore of the Hangzhou Bay, where a positive correlation ( r =0. 70) between the total bacteria abundance and the total suspended matter (TSM) is persent. Moreover, the abundance of oil degradable bacteria being an indicator of oil pollution, is also high in that region.
