The Red-Thai Binh River system is an important water resource to the Northern Delta, serving the development of agriculture, people’s livelihood and other economic sectors through its upstream reservoirs and a system of water abstraction works along the rivers. However, due to the impact of climate change and pressure from socio-economic development, the operation of the reservoir system according to Decision No. 740/QD-TTg was issued on June 17, 2019 by the Prime Minister of Government promulgating the Red-Thai Binh River system inter-reservoir operation rules (Operation rules 740) has some shortcomings that need adjustments for higher water use efficiency, meeting downstream water demand and power generation benefits. Through the results of water balance calculation and analysis of economic benefits from water use scenarios, this research proposed adjustment to the inter-reservoir operation during dry season in the Red River system. The result showed that an average water level of 1.0 - 1.7 m should be maintained at Hanoi during the increased release period. 展开更多

Based on both the organization realization of Internet of Things platform and the merging vehicle operation adjustment into the Flow-Shop scheduling problem in manufacturing systems,this paper has constructed the optimization model with a two-lane vehicle operation adjustment. With respect to the large model solution space and complex constraints,a better solution algorithm is proposed based on ant colony algorithm for optimal quick solution. Baoying pumping station is a part of source pumping stations in East Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer in China. Aiming at the characteristics of head varying, and making use of the function of pump adjustable blade, mathematical models of pumping station optimal operation are established and solved with genetic algorithm. For different total pumping discharge and total pumping volume of water per day, in order to minimize pumping station operation cost, the number and operation duties of running pump units are respectively determined at different periods of time in a day. The results indicate that the saving of electrical cost is significantly effected by the schemes of adjusting blade angles and time-varying electrical price when pumping certain water volume of water per day, and compared with conventional operation schemes (namely, the schemes of pumping station operation at design blade angles based on certain pumping discharge), the electrical cost is saved by 4.73%-31.27%. Also, compared with the electrical cost of conventional operation schemes, the electrical cost is saved by 2.03%-5.79% by the schemes of adjusting blade angles when pumping certain discharge. 展开更多

The mixed linear programming model is commonly recognized to be an effective means for searching optimal reservoir operation policy in water resources system. In this paper a multi-objective mixed integer linear programming model is set up to obtain the optimal operation policy of multi-reservoir water supply system during drought, which is able to consider the operation rule of reservoir-group system within longer-term successive drought periods, according to the basic connotation of indexes expressing the water-supply risk of reservoir during drought, that is, reliability, resilience and vulnerability of reservoir water supply, and mathematical programming principles. The model-solving procedures, particularly, the decomposition-adjustment algorithm, are proposed based on characteristics of the model structure. The principle of model-solving technique is to decompose the complex system into several smaller sub-systems on which some ease-solving mathematical models may be established. The objective of this optimization model aims at maximizing the reliability of water supply and minimizing the maximum water-shortage of single time-period within water- supply system during drought. The multi-objective mixed integer linear programming model and proposed solving procedures are applied to a case study of reservoir-group water-supply system in Huanghe-Huaihe River Basin, China. The desired water-shortage distribution within the system operation term and the maximum shortage of single time-period are achieved. The results of case study verifies that the lighter water-shortage distributed evenly among several time-periods can avoid the calamities resulted from severe water shortage concentrated on a few time-periods during drought. 展开更多

The highway capacity manual(HCM)provides a formula to calculate the heavy vehicle adjustment factor(fHV)as a function of passenger car equivalent factors for the heavy vehicle(ET).However,a significant drawback is that the methodology was established solely based on human-driven passenger cars(HDPC)and human-driven heavy vehicles(HDHV).Due to automated passenger cars(APCs),a new adjustment factor(fAV)might be expected.This study simulated traffic flows at different percentages of HDHVs and APCs to investigate the impacts of HDHVs and APCs on freeway capacity by analyzing their influence on fHV and fAV values.The simulation determined observed adjustment factors at different percentages of HDHVs and APCs(fobserved).The HCM formula was used to calculate(fHCM).Modifications to the HCM formula are proposed,and vehicle adjustment factors due to HDHVs and APCs were calculated(fproposed).Results showed that,in the presence of APCs,while fobserved and fHCM were statistically significantly different,fobserved and fproposed were statistically equal.Hence,this study recommends using the proposed formula when determining vehicle adjustment factors(fproposed)due to HDHVs and APCs in the traffic stream. 展开更多

针对自动落布车在使用蚁群算法(ant colony algorithm,ACA)进行路径规划过程中出现的收敛次数多、收敛速度较慢且容易陷入局部最优的问题,提出一种改进蚁群算法(improved ant colony algorithm,IACA)。首先对信息素挥发系数ρ进行自适... 针对自动落布车在使用蚁群算法(ant colony algorithm,ACA)进行路径规划过程中出现的收敛次数多、收敛速度较慢且容易陷入局部最优的问题,提出一种改进蚁群算法(improved ant colony algorithm,IACA)。首先对信息素挥发系数ρ进行自适应调整,令其做动态变化,克服算法的收敛次数过多,加快算法收敛速度,减少算法的收敛时间;其次引入细菌觅食算法中趋化操作的趋化步长因子对信息素更新公式进行改进,削减算法迭代的后期信息素浓度值,使算法在后期跳出局部最优值,提高算法全局搜索能力。利用MATLAB将改进后的算法在3种不同的栅格环境中进行仿真验证。结果表明:相比传统蚁群算法,改进后的算法收敛次数减少81.1%,最小路径长度减少6.3%,收敛时间减少20.7%。最后搭建ROS小车实验平台,利用ROS机器人系统对改进蚁群算法在模拟的织布车间环境中进行实验验证。结果表明:对比传统蚁群算法,改进蚁群算法在寻优时间上减少了8.6%。 展开更多

This study proposes a method for measuring the operational current of high temperature superconducting(HTS)non‐insulation(NI)closed‐loop coils,which operate in the steady persistent‐current‐mode(PCM).HTS NI closed‐loop coils are promising for many easily‐quenching direct‐current(DC)applications,where their performance is determined by magnetomotive forces,total number of turns,and dimensions.As the primary interface parameter in an application system,the operational current must be accurately and rapidly measured.Generally,this is achieved by dividing the measured magnetic field by the coil constant.However,even if the influence of the screening current induced field(SCIF)is not considered,existing methods for the coil constant may be disturbed by the performance and location of Hall sensors,or experience a long measuring period.Therefore,a relatively accurate and fast method is proposed in this study,which is based on adjusting the output current of the adjustable power supply and monitoring the coil voltage as an indicator.The proposed method was validated through experiments and simulations using an equivalent circuit model coupled with a finite element method(FEM)model,and its current accuracy can be equivalent to the resolution of the employed power supply.It was demonstrated that this method reduced the requirements for Hall sensor’s performance and location,and has a more reliable accuracy in contrast to the simulation method.Compared to the experimentally conventional method,the proposed method presents a significantly faster speed.The impact of the SCIF was considered and proven to be negligible for the tested pancake coils.Even for coils whose coil constant vibrates owing to the SCIF,this method can be adapted to directly measure various operational currents.Furthermore,it was demonstrated that the measurement error can be influenced by the current discrepancy among turns when the coil is not in the steady PCM,and a procedure for reducing this error was proposed. 展开更多

针对园区综合能源系统中各个主体的利益难以兼顾及新能源汽车出行计划临时变动会对系统运行带来不利影响的问题,提出了考虑车主出行行为调整的电热氢综合能源系统双层博弈优化运行策略。首先,建立以能源运营商(IESO)、负荷聚合商(ULA)... 针对园区综合能源系统中各个主体的利益难以兼顾及新能源汽车出行计划临时变动会对系统运行带来不利影响的问题,提出了考虑车主出行行为调整的电热氢综合能源系统双层博弈优化运行策略。首先,建立以能源运营商(IESO)、负荷聚合商(ULA)和新能源汽车负荷聚合商(NEVLA)为主体的Stackelberg-Shapley双层博弈框架;其次,将双层博弈框架嵌入两阶段模型预测控制滚动调度模型中,并在第1阶段引入惩罚博弈机制,抑制车主按照个人意愿无序改变充电计划的行为;最后,联合沙丘猫优化算法与CPLEX求解器对博弈模型进行求解。仿真结果表明:所提策略与无惩罚博弈机制的滚动优化运行策略及考虑惩罚博弈机制的单断面优化运行策略对比,能源运营商的收益分别提高了4.43%、7.75%,负荷聚合商的剩余价值分别提高了6.48%、12.18%,电动汽车负荷调度成本分别减少了13.64%、4.43%,验证了所提策略具有更好的系统运行经济性。 展开更多

延误条件下城市轨道交通列车运营调整方法研究

受出行需求、出行时间及突发情况的影响,城市轨道交通列车存在晚点的情况,给出行者与地铁运营部门均带来极大不便。在分析列车延误产生原因的基础上,总结归纳各类城市轨道交通列车延误发生后的调整措施,并对比其优缺点。以青岛地铁9号... 受出行需求、出行时间及突发情况的影响,城市轨道交通列车存在晚点的情况,给出行者与地铁运营部门均带来极大不便。在分析列车延误产生原因的基础上,总结归纳各类城市轨道交通列车延误发生后的调整措施,并对比其优缺点。以青岛地铁9号线为例,假设延误发生在城子站时,以延误恢复时间最短、乘客平均等待时间最少为评价函数,分析赶点及跳站方式的调整效果,赶点方式在延误时间小于2.5 min时可以有效调整,在延误时间大于2.5 min时可以采用跳站方式;在实际运营时根据倾向性选择跳停站点,如果倾向于提高行车效率,在跳站时需要选择客流量较少且尽量多的车站,案例中模式2最优,如果倾向于减少对客流的影响,可以减少跳停站个数,如案例中的模式6至模式8。 展开更多

制造企业可否通过资源拼凑活动的开展来有效提升组织敏捷性在当前研究中存在争议。为弥补当前研究的不足之处,本研究基于“优势来源-位置优势”的理论框架和组织结构的权变视角来探究资源拼凑对制造企业运营敏捷性和市场敏捷性的差异化... 制造企业可否通过资源拼凑活动的开展来有效提升组织敏捷性在当前研究中存在争议。为弥补当前研究的不足之处,本研究基于“优势来源-位置优势”的理论框架和组织结构的权变视角来探究资源拼凑对制造企业运营敏捷性和市场敏捷性的差异化影响,并考虑组织分权的权变影响。通过对208家制造企业的问卷调查数据进行实证分析,本文发现:资源拼凑对运营敏捷性具有显著的促进作用,资源拼凑与市场敏捷性之间呈U型关系;高水平组织分权会增强资源拼凑与运营敏捷性之间的关系,也会增强资源拼凑与市场敏捷性之间的关系。上述研究发现明晰了资源拼凑将如何以及在何种情景下会提升制造企业的组织敏捷性,这将有效助力制造企业实现高质量发展。 展开更多
