Resolu...In order to set up a simple and effective method for resolution of optical isomers, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was bonded to silica-gel, which can be used for preparation of thin-layer chromatography plates. Resolution of clenbuterol and propranolol were investigated on these thin-layer chromatography plates using different combinations of solvent systems at ambient temperature. The best simultaneous resolution was achieved in solvent system of acetonitrilen-butanol (50:50, v/v). Rst values of resolution of clenbuterol hydrochloride and propranolol hydrochloride are 3.6 and 4.3, respectively. The spots of different enantiomers are separated clearly. The results showed that hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin bonded silica-gel could be successful in resolution of chiral adrenergic drugs. The study offers a direct, rapid and reliable method for separation of this kind of optically active compounds.展开更多

In this paper, a series of synthetic reactions of solid-liquid phase were carried out on silica surface, using a macroporous(30 mu m), microspherical silica (8 mu m) as the matrix and gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as the activating agent, the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD) was bonded through its amino groups to the carboxylic groups of linked phospholipid which was bonded covalently on aminated support. The bonded stationary phase has high thermal stability, and could be used to separate of nucleotides with good resolution.展开更多

SBPPSP was used as a recyclable heterogeneous solid base catalyst for the synthesis of 3,4‐dihydropyrano[c]chromenes, 2‐amino‐4H‐pyrans, 1,4‐dihydropyrano[2,3‐c]pyrazoles, and 2‐amino‐4H‐benzo[e]‐chromenes via the condensation reaction of dimedone, ethyl acetoacetate, 3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5(4H)‐ one, and α‐naphthol, respectively, with aromatic aldehydes and malononitrile in refluxing aqueous ethanol. The catalytic activity of this catalyst was investigated in the cyanation of aryl halides with K4[Fe(CN)6 ] as the cyanide source. A fast and simple method for preconcentration of Ni^2+, Cd^2+, Pb^2+, Zn^2+, Cu^2+ and Co^2+ from natural water samples was developed. The metal ions were complexed with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (Na-DDTC)...A fast and simple method for preconcentration of Ni^2+, Cd^2+, Pb^2+, Zn^2+, Cu^2+ and Co^2+ from natural water samples was developed. The metal ions were complexed with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (Na-DDTC), then adsorbed onto octadecyl silica membrane disk, recovered and determined by FAAS. Extraction efficiency, influence of sample volume and eluent flow rates, effects of pH, amount of Na-DDTC, nature and amount of eluent for elution of metal ions from membrane disk, break through volume and limit of detection have been evaluated. The effect of foreign ions on the percent recovery of heavy metal ions has also been studied. The limit of detection of the proposed method for Ni^2+, Cd^2+, Pb^2+, Zn^2+, Cu^2+ and Co^2+was found to be 2.03, 0.47, 3.13, 0.44, 1.24 and 2.05 ng·mL^-1, respectively. The proposed (DDTC) method has been successfully applied to the recovery and determination of heavy metal ions in different water samples.展开更多
