目的观察胎盘接种建立小鼠巨细胞病毒对仔鼠的听力的影响。方法MCMV Sm ith标准株经小鼠胚肺细胞增殖传毒后,用ELISA筛选无MCMV感染史性成熟期小鼠,雌雄同笼受孕。孕龄12.5天时,模型组胎盘显微注射MCMV,手术对照组注射DMEM培养基,空白...目的观察胎盘接种建立小鼠巨细胞病毒对仔鼠的听力的影响。方法MCMV Sm ith标准株经小鼠胚肺细胞增殖传毒后,用ELISA筛选无MCMV感染史性成熟期小鼠,雌雄同笼受孕。孕龄12.5天时,模型组胎盘显微注射MCMV,手术对照组注射DMEM培养基,空白对照组只手术开腹,清点孕囊,不做任何特殊处理。待母鼠自然分娩后,随机选取4周龄仔鼠,应用听性脑干反应(aud itory brainstern response,ABR)检测听力水平。结果模型组与其他各组比较,ABR I波阈值明显上升,差异有显著意义(F=5.984,P=0.009)。结论经胎盘接种MCMV可以引起仔鼠的听力损伤。展开更多
