Changli Pomology Institute,Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences is taken as the research object.Starting from the relationship between party building and scientific research,in response to the problems in grassroots party building in agricultural research institutes such as insufficient theoretical learning,single party building activity mode,and lack of incentive mechanism in party affairs work,the"three integrations"approach and"four integrations"model are proposed to strengthen the deep integration of party building and scientific research in provincial-level agricultural research institutes.The"three integrations"approach is the integrated development of party building and scientific and technological innovation,the integrated development of party building and scientific and technological services,and the integrated development of party building and technology talents.The"four integrations"model includes the implementation of party building innovation projects,the implementation of 1+N branch pairing and co-construction,the implementation of the"party building+"work method,and the implementation of"theme intersection"activities.The research aims to promote the deep integration of party building and scientific research in provincial-level agricultural research institutes. 展开更多

In this invention, the procedure of cutting, conveying, threshing and transporting stalks are carried out by a set of conveying chains ( see figure). The axis of the main drum 2 is placed horizontally transverse (vertical to the forward direction). The upper and the lower conveying chains 8, 10 as well as cutterbar 11 are mounted in the lower part of the axial feed opening. Several star well 9 and plastic stalk-pressing rod are filled at the front of the lower conveying chain, and a spring stalk pressing assembly at the rear. The residue after threshing is discharged by star seels 18, 34. The staiks are placed near the cutterbar 11. Once the stalks are cut off by the cutterbar, they 展开更多

This scoping review analyzes the research gaps of three diseases:schistosomiasis japonica,malaria and echinococcosis.Based on available data in the P.R.China,we highlight the gaps between control capacity and prevalence levels,and between diagnostic/drug development and population need for treatment at different stages of the national control programme.After reviewing the literature from 848 original studies and consultations with experts in the field,the gaps were identified as follows.Firstly,the malaria research gaps include(i)deficiency of active testing in the public community and no appropriate technique to evaluate elimination,(ii)lack of sensitive diagnostic tools for asymptomatic patients,(iii)lack of safe drugs for mass administration.Secondly,gaps in research of schistosomiasis include(i)incongruent policy in the implementation of integrated control strategy for schistosomiasis,(ii)lack of effective tools for Oncomelania sp.snail control,(iii)lack of a more sensitive and cheaper diagnostic test for large population samples,(iv)lack of new drugs in addition to praziquantel.Thirdly,gaps in research of echinococcosis include(i)low capacity in field epidemiology studies,(ii)lack of sanitation improvement studies in epidemic areas,(iii)lack of a sensitivity test for early diagnosis,(iv)lack of more effective drugs for short-term treatment.We believe these three diseases can eventually be eliminated in China's Mainland if all the research gaps are abridged in a short period of time. 展开更多

We introduce the concept of Canonical Workflow Building Blocks(CWBB),a methodology of describing and wrapping computational tools,in order for them to be utilised in a reproducible manner from multiple workflow languages and execution platforms.The concept is implemented and demonstrated with the BioExcel Building Blocks library(BioBB),a collection of tool wrappers in the field of computational biomolecular simulation.Interoperability across different workflow languages is showcased through a protein Molecular Dynamics setup transversal workflow,built using this library and run with 5 different Workflow Manager Systems(WfMS).We argue such practice is a necessary requirement for FAIR Computational Workflows and an element of Canonical Workflow Frameworks for Research(CWFR)in order to improve widespread adoption and reuse of computational methods across workflow language barriers. 展开更多
