Methods:This study retrospectively analysed the ultrasound images of re-epithelialized skin after partial-thickness burns and contralateral normal skin from January 2016 to December 2016. A total of 155 lesions from 148 patients were analysed with ultrasound images, and healing time was documented. The scar status of each lesion was evaluated through medical records and photographs. We analysed the difference in ultrasonographic findings between normal skin and re-epithelialized skin after partial-thickness burns and statistically analysed the relationship between healing time, scar status and ultrasonographic findings. Results: The re-epithelialized skin after partial-thickness burns was significantly thicker than the contralateral normal skin, and the echogenicity was significantly lower. The ultrasound images of the re-epithelialized skin after partial-thickness burns showed the characteristic findings of low-echogenic bands (LEB), and the proportion of LEB thickness is strongly correlated with healing time. In the multivariate analysis of scar status, only the proportion of LEB thickness was statistical y significant. Conclusion:In this study, we found that there were ultrasonographic differences between re-epithelialized skin after partial-thickness burns and normal skin and that an LEB of varying thickness was formed after re-epithelialization. The thickness of the LEB in re-epithelialized skin after partial-thickness burns increased with healing time and was related to scar status.展开更多
秸秆露天焚烧是农业生产的主要碳排放活动。为全面掌握秸秆露天焚烧的时空分布,准确获取秸秆露天焚烧的碳排放量,以2014-2020年Satellite See Fire数据为数据源,提取呼和浩特市的秸秆火点,分析其数量的年际、月际和区域变化规律;基于202...秸秆露天焚烧是农业生产的主要碳排放活动。为全面掌握秸秆露天焚烧的时空分布,准确获取秸秆露天焚烧的碳排放量,以2014-2020年Satellite See Fire数据为数据源,提取呼和浩特市的秸秆火点,分析其数量的年际、月际和区域变化规律;基于2020年Sentinel-2遥感影像,使用归一化燃烧指数(NBR)、燃烧面积指数(BAI)以及改进的燃烧指数(NBRSWIR11、BAI_(Red Edge5)、BAI_(Red Edge6)、BAI_(Red Edge7))提取研究区主要月份的火烧迹地,通过筛选燃烧指数、确定估算阈值,进而得到秸秆露天焚烧的碳排放量。结果表明:2014-2020年呼和浩特市秸秆火点主要集中在土默特左旗、托克托县、和林格尔县以及市区南部,火点数量整体呈下降趋势;春季(3、4月)和秋季(10、11月)为秸秆露天焚烧的主要月份,其中3、10、11月提取火烧迹地的最佳燃烧指数和阈值分别为BAI和78、120与110,4月提取火烧迹地的最佳燃烧指数和阈值分别为BAIRed Edg e5和78;2020年秸秆露天焚烧面积为16万hm^(2),秸秆露天焚烧总量为114.8万t,CH4、CO、CO_(2)和碳排放总量分别为0.25万t、11.73万t、159.62万t和48.75万t。展开更多
目的探讨烧伤后期瘢痕整形儿复合植皮手术的美容效果。方法选择医院接诊的80例烧伤后期整形患儿作为研究对象,根据就诊顺序分为2组,单数为观察组,双数为对照组,各40例,均进行美容治疗,对照组使用自体中厚皮片移植治疗,观察组使用异体脱...目的探讨烧伤后期瘢痕整形儿复合植皮手术的美容效果。方法选择医院接诊的80例烧伤后期整形患儿作为研究对象,根据就诊顺序分为2组,单数为观察组,双数为对照组,各40例,均进行美容治疗,对照组使用自体中厚皮片移植治疗,观察组使用异体脱细胞真皮基质和自体中薄皮片移植治疗,术后均给予常规输液、止血、抗感染治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组二次手术率、皮片成活率,以及两组OSAS瘢痕评价量表评分及瘢痕增生程度。结果观察组二次手术率明显低于对照组,成片成活率明显高于对照组(2.50%vs 22.50%,95.00%vs 72.50%)(P<0.05);观察组瘢痕颜色、平整度、弹性程度得分均明显优于对照组(0.47±0.07 vs 0.69±0.11,0.51±0.06 vs 0.78±0.10,0.42±0.05 vs 0.94±0.14)(P<0.05);观察组瘢痕重度增生发生率明显低于对照组(12.50%vs 42.50%(P<0.05)。结论烧伤后期瘢痕患儿使用异体脱细胞真皮基质复合自体中薄皮片的整形治疗效果显著,可有效修复瘢痕颜色、平整度、弹性程度,减轻瘢痕增生程度,恢复皮肤美观,美容效果优异。展开更多
