In order to solve the complex wiring and low reliability of conventional light control system,an automobile contactless switch light system is designed combined with Hall element and controller area network (CAN) bus technology.The processing system of electromagnetic compatibility controlled by CAN bus is improved to reduce the electromagnetic interference from the controller and other sources of interference.With Freescale's high-performance single-chip MC9S08DZ60 and CAN transceiver TJA1050,the overall circuit design and software design are presented.The test results show that the designed light control system is feasible. 展开更多

Due to the bus characteristics of large quality,high center of gravity and narrow wheelbase,the research of its yaw stability control(YSC)system has become the focus in the field of vehicle system dynamics.However,the tire nonlinear mechanical properties and the effectiveness of the YSC control system are not considered carefully in the current research.In this paper,a novel adaptive nonsingular fast terminal sliding mode(ANFTSM)control scheme for YSC is proposed to improve the bus curve driving stability and safety on slippery roads.Firstly,the STI(Systems Technologies Inc.)tire model,which can effectively reflect the nonlinear coupling relationship between the tire longitudinal force and lateral force,is established based on experimental data and firstly adopted in the bus YSC system design.On this basis,a more accurate bus lateral dynamics model is built and a novel YSC strategy based on ANFTSM,which has the merits of fast transient response,finite time convergence and high robustness against uncertainties and external disturbances,is designed.Thirdly,to solve the optimal allocation problem of the tire forces,whose objective is to achieve the desired direct yaw moment through the effective distribution of the brake force of each tire,the robust least-squares allocation method is adopted.To verify the feasibility,effectiveness and practicality of the proposed bus YSC approach,the TruckSim-Simulink co-simulation results are finally provided.The co-simulation results show that the lateral stability of bus under special driving conditions has been significantly improved.This research proposes a more effective design method for bus YSC system based on a more accurate tire model. 展开更多

Essentially, the paper introduces the integration of FCS on I/O layers. Based on a real coal mine safety-monitoring and control system applied with a CAN field bus, the major technology of system relays and extensions is discussed. We believe that one of the most applicable methods is currently replacing the connection between function-stations and field-sensors with a CAN bus on I/0 layers for system integration. 展开更多

A variable parameter self-adaptive control strategy based on driving condition identification is proposed to take full advantage of the fuel saving potential of the plug-in hybrid electric bus(PHEB).Firstly,the principal component analysis(PCA)and the fuzzy c-means clustering(FCM)algorithm is used to construct the comprehensive driving cycle,congestion driving cycle,urban driving cycle and suburban driving cycle of Chinese urban buses.Secondly,an improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)algorithm is proposed,and is used to optimize the control parameters of PHEB under different driving cycles,respectively.Then,the variable parameter self-adaptive control strategy based on driving condition identification is given.Finally,for an actual running vehicle,the driving condition is identified by relevance vector machine(RVM),and the corresponding control parameters are selected to control the vehicle.The simulation results show that the fuel consumption of using the variable parameter self-adaptive control strategy is reduced by 4.2% compared with that of the fixed parameter control strategy,and the feasibility of the variable parameter self-adaptive control strategy is verified. 展开更多

Two-speed clutchless automated manual transmission(AMT)has been widely implemented in electric vehicles for its simple structure and low cost.In contrast,due to the complex response characteristics of powertrain,utilizing clutchless AMT in a hybrid power system comes with complex coordination control problems.In order to address these issues,a power-split hybrid electric bus with two-speed clutchless AMT is studied in this paper,and a coordinated control method based on model predictive control(MPC)is used in gear shifting control strategy(GSCS)to improve gear shifting quality and reduce system jerk.First,the dynamic model of power sources and other main powertrain components including a single planetary gear set and AMT are established on the basis of data-driven and mechanism modeling methods.Second,the GSCS is put forward using the segmented control idea,and the shifting process is divided into five phases,including(I)unloading of drive motor,(II)shifting to neutral gear,(III)active speed synchronization by drive motor,(IV)engaging to new gear,and(V)resuming the drive motor’s power,among which the phases I and V have evident impact on the system jerk.Then,the MPC-based control method is adopted for these phases,and the fast compensation of driving torque is realized by combining the prediction model and quadratic programming method.The simulation results show that the proposed GSCS can effectively reduce shift jerk and improve driving comfort.This research proposes a coordinated control strategy of two-speed clutchless AMT,which can effectively improve the smoothness of gear shifting and provides a reference for the application of two speed clutchless AMT in power-split hybrid powertrains. 展开更多

To guarantee bus priority with a minimum impact on car traffic at intersections, an optimal control system of the intermittent bus-only approach (IBA) was proposed. The problems of the existing system are first solved through optimization: the judgment time of the IBA system was advanced to allow a bus to jump car queues if the bus was detected to arrive at the intersection, and the instant that the IBA lane became available to cars was controlled dynamically to increase the capacity of the IBA lane. The total car delay in one cycle was then analyzed quantitatively when implementing the optimal control system. The results show that in comparison with the existing system of the IBA, the car delay is greatly reduced and the probability of a car stopping twice is low after optimizing the IBA system. 展开更多

Proper braking force distribution strategies can improve both stability and economy performance of hybrid electric vehicles,which is prominently proved by many studies.To achieve better dynamic stable performance and higher energy recovery efficiency,an effective braking control strategy for hybrid electric buses(HEB)based on vehicle mass and road slope estimation is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the road slope and the vehicle mass are estimated by a hybrid algorithm of extended Kalman filter(EKF)and recursive least square(RLS).Secondly,the total braking torque of HEB is calculated by the sliding mode controller(SMC),which uses the information of brake intensity,whole vehicle mass,and road slope.Finally,comprehensively considering driver’s braking intention and regulations of the Economic Commission for Europe(ECE),the optimal proportional relationship between regenerative braking and pneumatic braking is obtained.Furthermore,related simulations and experiments are carried out on the hardware-in-the-loop test bench.Results show that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the braking performance and increase the recovered energy through precise control of the braking torque. 展开更多

The configuration of the hybrid fuel cell powertrain was introduced. The safety of hydrogen storage and delivery system, the hydrogen leakage alarm system were developed. The real-time distributed control and diagnosis system based on the Time Trigger Controller Area Network (TTCAN) with 10 ms basic control period was developed. The concept and implementation of processor (or controller) monitor and process (or task) monitor technique based on the TYCAN were applied in this paper. The fault tolerant control algorithm of the fuel cell engine and the battery man- agement system were considered. One problem with the existing dynamic exclusive bus lane strategies is that bus signal priority strategies with multi-phase priority request at intersections are not adequately considered.The principle of bus signal priority level was designed based on the isolated multi-phase structure principle consideration of the bus signal priority,and a new priority approach for the dynamic exclusive bus lane was proposed.Two types of priority strategies,green extension and red truncation,were proposed for current phase and next phase buses,respectively.The control parameters including minimum green time,green extension time,maximum green time and bus arrival time are calculated.The case studies for this paper were carried out using four consecutive intersections of Huaide Middle Road in Changzhou City.The signal control scheme was designed using the conventional,exclusive bus lane method,the dynamic exclusive bus lane without signal priority method,and the proposed approach,respectively.The authors used the VISSIM simulation platform to evaluate the efficiency of each approach.Results showed that the method of approach can significantly decrease delays caused by social and conventional buses and make up for the negative impact social buses have on the bus rapid transit(BRT)operation,which allows the method to complement the dynamic,exclusive bus lane design. 展开更多

Air pollution from bus exhaust (one of main sources of urban haze) in Shantou City, Guangdong Province was surveyed, and the purification effect of a new device for removing soot particulates from bus exhaust was analyzed. The results show that the smoke intensity of all buses surveyed averages 3.59 m-1, exceeding the limit, and the maximum is 5.7 times higher than the limit. Among the buses inspected, the smoke intensity of 37% of buses is not up to standard. The removal rate of soot particulates from various buses equipped with the purification devJce averages 63.6%, and some buses are up to standard after their exhaust are purified, showing that the device has good purification effect. Therefore, installing the purification device in a bus is an effective way to control air pollution from bus exhaust and haze in a city. 展开更多

The drive control system of the permanent magnetic direct current motor with the enhanced magnetism windings used in the electric transit bus is developed. The mathematics model of the drive control system for this motor is established. The new mode that the added exiting magnetism field could be weakened and the speed of the motor could be controlled automatically is proposed and realized. The method of root locus design is applied to analyze the acceleration control characteristic. The results of simulation show that the new drive motor control system has extraordinary response characteristic and adjustable performance. Experiments of vehicle running show that the drive control system's antijamming ability is strong and the adjustable performance is fast and smooth, it can meet the demand of power characteristic very well. 展开更多

Based on hybrid dynamical system theory and the concept of finite state mechanism,power split hybrid connected structure hydraulic hybrid system was proposed and described. In order to meet the demand for driving,the layered advanced control strategy was proposed in this paper,which referred to vehicle driving experience. Using Matlab /Simulink /Stateflow hybrid modeling method, the economy performance and the acceleration performance of the vehicle under the typical city driving cycles were carried on the simulation analysis. The results show that the proposed topology and control strategy can obviously improve engine output characteristic,effectively enhance the vehicle's instantaneous power performance and economy,and also has a better adaptability in different traffic environments. 展开更多

SHARC DSP (Digital Signal Processor) bus is an example. It has functions of nearly entire master/slave interface of VMEbus, and can act as DMA (Direct Memory Access) controller and perform block transfer in DMA or master processor initiative way without length limit. External circuit of the design is very simple. Event triggered mode is added to the communication way of CAN bus, and the communication control strategy of the vehicle is made. This article proposes a method of management and control of a continuous bus powered by renewable energies for autonomous applications. The DC bus is obtained from two systems of renewable sources (the solar system and the wind system) and storage battery (Lithium Ion). The continuous bus control and management procedure require efficiency in the control of the charge and discharge of the battery according to the load energy demand (DC Motor). The battery charging process is non-linear, varying over time with considerable delay, so it is difficult to achieve the best performance on control with energy management using traditional control approaches. A fuzzy control strategy is used in this article for battery control. To improve battery life, fuzzy control manages the desired state of charge (SOC). An Adaptive Control Strategy for Energy Storage Interface Converter Based on Analogous Virtual Synchronous Generator

In the DC microgrid,the lack of inertia and damping in power electronic converters results in poor stability of DC bus voltage and low inertia of the DC microgrid during fluctuations in load and photovoltaic power.To address this issue,the application of a virtual synchronous generator(VSG)in grid-connected inverters control is referenced and proposes a control strategy called the analogous virtual synchronous generator(AVSG)control strategy for the interface DC/DC converter of the battery in the microgrid.Besides,a flexible parameter adaptive control method is introduced to further enhance the inertial behavior of the AVSG control.Firstly,a theoretical analysis is conducted on the various components of the DC microgrid,the structure of analogous virtual synchronous generator,and the control structure’s main parameters related to the DC microgrid’s inertial behavior.Secondly,the voltage change rate tracking coefficient is introduced to adjust the change of the virtual capacitance and damping coefficient flexibility,which further strengthens the inertia trend of the DC microgrid.Additionally,a small-signal modeling approach is used to analyze the approximate range of the AVSG’s main parameters ensuring system stability.Finally,conduct a simulation analysis by building the model of the DC microgrid system with photovoltaic(PV)and battery energy storage(BES)in MATLAB/Simulink.Simulation results from different scenarios have verified that the AVSG control introduces fixed inertia and damping into the droop control of the battery,resulting in a certain level of inertia enhancement.Furthermore,the additional adaptive control strategy built upon the AVSG control provides better and flexible inertial support for the DC microgrid,further enhances the stability of the DC bus voltage,and has a more positive impact on the battery performance. 展开更多

目的 评价MINDRAY BC-5500全自动血细胞分析仪的性能.方法 检测仪器的精密度、携带污染率、线性范围,并与美国BECKMAN COULTER LH-750全自动血细胞分析仪做可比性试验.结果 ①精密度试验:WBC,RBC,HGB和PLT的CV值分别为2.08%,1.16%,1.22... 目的 评价MINDRAY BC-5500全自动血细胞分析仪的性能.方法 检测仪器的精密度、携带污染率、线性范围,并与美国BECKMAN COULTER LH-750全自动血细胞分析仪做可比性试验.结果 ①精密度试验:WBC,RBC,HGB和PLT的CV值分别为2.08%,1.16%,1.22%和2.43%.②携带污染率试验:WBC 0.68%,RBC 0.99%,HGB 0.62%和PLT 0.57%.③线性范围:相关系数r分别为:WBC 1.000 0,RBC 0.978 5,HGB 0.993 9和PLT 0.998 1.④与BECKMAN COULTER LH-750全自动血细胞分析仪可比性试验:WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT和HCT差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),以上检测指标均在允许范围内.结论 MINDRAY BC-5500各项检测指标均符合要求,每日对仪器保养及室内质控,定期与参考机进行比对试验,可保证MINDRAY BC-5500检测数据准确可靠,能满足临床需要. 展开更多
