This paper focuses on the design of fixtures for NP2 and NP4 cylinder heads on a horizontal machining center of flexible machining automatic lines.It began with an analysis of the diagrams of part processing and working procedure which formed the basis for the design of the processing technology scheme,a selection of suitable machine tools,and the setting of processing parameters.Fixtures tailored to the chosen machine tools were then designed to meet the processing requirements.Additional aspects of the project included the design of part drawings,calculation of working time quota,design of auxiliary guides,support clamping,and hydraulic circuits,all aimed at fulfilling practical production requirements. 展开更多

To study the safety and stability of large slopes, taking the right side slope of the Yuxi’an tunnel of the Yuchu Expressway Bridge in Yunnan Province as an example, limit equilibrium and finite element analysis were applied to engineering examples to calculate the stability coefficient of the slope before and after excavation in the natural state. After comparative analysis, it was concluded that the former had a clear mechanical model and concept, which could quickly provide stability results;the latter could accurately determine the sliding surface of the slope and simulate the stress state changes of the rock and soil mass. The stability coefficients calculated by the two methods were within the stable range, but their values were different. On this basis, combined with the calculation principles, advantages and disadvantages of the two methods, a comprehensive analysis method of slope stability based on the limit equilibrium and finite element methods was proposed, and the rationality of the stability coefficient calculated by this method was judged for a slope case. 展开更多

The aluminum alloy parts used in airbag of car were studied with flow control forming(FCF) method, which was a good way to low forming force and better mechanical properties. The key technology of FCF was the design of control chamber to divide metal flow. So, the design method of FCF was analyzed and two type of control chamber were put forward. According to divisional principle, calculation model of forming force and approximate formula were given. Then forming process of aluminum alloy multi-layer cylinder parts was simulated. The effect of friction factor, die radius and punch velocity on metal flow and forming force was obtained. Finally, the experiment was preformed under the direction of theory and finite element(FE) simulation results. And the qualified parts were manufactured. The simulation data and experimental results show that the forming sequence of inner wall and outer wall, and then the force step, can be controlled by adjusting the process parameters. And the FCF technology proposed has very important application value in precision forging. 展开更多

Most consumers read online reviews written by different users before making purchase decisions,where each opinion expresses some sentiment.Therefore,sentiment analysis is currently a hot topic of research.In particular,aspect-based sentiment analysis concerns the exploration of emotions,opinions and facts that are expressed by people,usually in the form of polarity.It is crucial to consider polarity calculations and not simply categorize reviews as positive,negative,or neutral.Currently,the available lexicon-based method accuracy is affected by limited coverage.Several of the available polarity estimation techniques are too general and may not reect the aspect/topic in question if reviews contain a wide range of information about different topics.This paper presents a model for the polarity estimation of customer reviews using aspect-based sentiment analysis(ABSA-PER).ABSA-PER has three major phases:data preprocessing,aspect co-occurrence calculation(CAC)and polarity estimation.A multi-domain sentiment dataset,Twitter dataset,and trust pilot forum dataset(developed by us by dened judgement rules)are used to verify ABSA-PER.Experimental outcomes show that ABSA-PER achieves better accuracy,i.e.,85.7%accuracy for aspect extraction and 86.5%accuracy in terms of polarity estimation,than that of the baseline methods. 展开更多

Design and optimization of a complete gearbox provide many requirements to the designer. The complex gearbox model consists of many machine elements (shafts, gears, bearings, housing, seals, and shaft-hub connections). The gearbox must be understood as a system with interactive parts. Next to the calculation of kinematics, load capacities and life times of single elements, aspects of load distribution and efficiency and noise excitation of gearboxes become important. The wide range of knowhow needed mostly cannot be covered by a small number of engineers. The development of automated calculation routines with understandable and comprehensive results is the goal for these research projects that lead to sottware-realizing solutions for engineers to efficiently design, calculate, optimize and verify gearboxes with minimal resources in terms of calculation experts and time. 展开更多

二甲醚是一种理想的发动机清洁燃料,在碳中和背景下,国内外积极开展了以二氧化碳(CO_(2))为原料制备二甲醚的研究。CO_(2)催化加氢制二甲醚的方法主要包括一步法和两步法,对基于不同方法的工艺流程展开热力学分析,可为工艺流程优化和相... 二甲醚是一种理想的发动机清洁燃料,在碳中和背景下,国内外积极开展了以二氧化碳(CO_(2))为原料制备二甲醚的研究。CO_(2)催化加氢制二甲醚的方法主要包括一步法和两步法,对基于不同方法的工艺流程展开热力学分析,可为工艺流程优化和相关催化剂开发提供参考。基于一步法构建了流程一,基于两步法分别构建了流程二(以甲醇为中间体)和流程三(以CO为中间体),在原料气组成为n(H_(2)):n(CO_(2))=3:1的条件下,对反应温度(150~350℃)与反应压力(1.0~9.0 MPa)对各流程中相应的平衡常数、CO_(2)平衡转化率和二甲醚收率的影响进行了研究。结果表明,在150℃、9.0 MPa下,与其他两种流程相比,流程一更具优势,其CO_(2)平衡转化率为94.61%,二甲醚收率为85.31%。对于以CO为中间体的两步法工艺,未来需加强高效逆水煤气低温催化剂的开发。对于一步法工艺,将反应体系与分离体系进行耦合的复合体系是未来主要的研究方向。 展开更多

It is provided with multiple functions, such as laser scanning information management for goaf, cloud data de-noising optimization, construction, display and operation of three-dimensional model, model editing, profile generation, calculation of goaf volume and roof area, Boolean calculation among models and interaction with the third party soft ware. Concerning this system with a concise interface, plentiful data input/output interfaces, it is featured with high integration, simple and convenient operations of applications. In recent years three-dimensional laser scanning technology has been effectively applied in goaf detection [3 4]. 集料是水泥稳定碎石的主要组成材料之一,集料化学组成特性对水泥稳定碎石初期水化存在潜在影响。该研究初选石灰岩、白云岩、玄武岩、片麻岩和闪长岩5种不同来源集料,并基于CemGEMS在统一环境和水泥条件下进行水化模拟分析。在此基础上... 集料是水泥稳定碎石的主要组成材料之一,集料化学组成特性对水泥稳定碎石初期水化存在潜在影响。该研究初选石灰岩、白云岩、玄武岩、片麻岩和闪长岩5种不同来源集料,并基于CemGEMS在统一环境和水泥条件下进行水化模拟分析。在此基础上,以石灰岩集料为例对比分析水泥水化过程中各类水化产物的生成演变规律,进而比较不同集料条件下钙矾石、水化硅酸盐等关键产物的生成速率,并统计分析集料化学成分与水化产物生成之间的内在关系。结果表明,相比玄武岩、闪长岩等酸性集料,石灰岩、白云岩等高碳酸盐类集料条件下钙矾石生成速率相对缓慢,且水化硅酸盐生成量相对较少;集料SiO_(2)含量与水化硅酸盐生成量呈线性关系,SiO_(2)含量越高则水泥水化生成的水化硅酸盐越多。 展开更多

大规模加砂压裂完井工具冲蚀定量模拟计算及工具优化

须家河致密砂岩气藏120 MPa超高压、长时间大排量加砂压裂作业对管柱冲蚀影响,导致完井管柱出现变形、断裂、球座磨损、分段球不到位等问题。基于冲蚀磨损理论,选择出分段管柱中四处冲蚀严重部位,利用Ansys软件进行建模,采用动静态结合... 须家河致密砂岩气藏120 MPa超高压、长时间大排量加砂压裂作业对管柱冲蚀影响,导致完井管柱出现变形、断裂、球座磨损、分段球不到位等问题。基于冲蚀磨损理论,选择出分段管柱中四处冲蚀严重部位,利用Ansys软件进行建模,采用动静态结合方法,计算得到了大规模加砂压裂施工管柱变径处的冲蚀程度定量值,明确了油管短节与滑套球座为冲蚀严重位置,有针对性地对冲蚀最严重位置进行了结构优化及材质优选。油管变扣短节优选Q125钢级管材可兼顾强度及经济性;改进滑套上接头变径处台阶倒角控制在30°以内,滑套球座顶部优化设计为弧形结构,球座采用硬质合金材质,优化改进后的滑套冲蚀程度比原结构降低66.5%,经川东北须家河组YL15、YL171、YL6等多口井成功应用,优化改进的压裂管柱满足了超高压加砂压裂长时间施工需求。 展开更多

The Polar Regions are rich in natural resources but experience an extremely cold climate.The surfaces of offshore platforms operating in the Polar Regions are prone to icing.To develop solutions to this problem of surface icing,the influence of both the liquid water concentration of the surrounding atmosphere and the average water droplet diameter on the formation of ice on two major structural components of offshore platforms was analyzed using a combination of Fluent and FENSAP-ICE.Results showed that at a wind speed of 7 m/s,as the concentration of liquid water in the air increases from 0.05 to 0.25 g/m3,the amount and thickness of the icing on the surfaces of the two structural components increase linearly.At a wind speed of 7 m/s and when the size of the average water droplet diameter is 20–30(30–35)μm,as the average water droplet diameter increases,the amount and thickness of the icing on the surfaces of the two structural components increase(decrease)gradually. 展开更多

针对传统加工方式会损伤大直径HRB500高强度钢筋强度性能等问题,考虑加工要求及形状特点,设计能够完成铣端面、剥肋、倒角的剥肋倒角机整体结构和加工工艺。根据高强钢筋材料的性能,选定刀具具体参数,确定复合刀具的加工工艺参数。设计... 针对传统加工方式会损伤大直径HRB500高强度钢筋强度性能等问题,考虑加工要求及形状特点,设计能够完成铣端面、剥肋、倒角的剥肋倒角机整体结构和加工工艺。根据高强钢筋材料的性能,选定刀具具体参数,确定复合刀具的加工工艺参数。设计钢筋轴向定位夹紧装置,并对夹紧力进行计算。采用以伺服电机作为动力源的传动系统,进行传动系统的主要参数计算和电机的计算与选型。利用ANSYS软件进行切削过程的有限元分析,获得了切削过程中刀具的应力变化曲线及其应力变化云图。实验结果表明:所设计钢筋剥肋倒角机可应用于高强度钢筋加工领域,并且切削效果良好,能够很好地适用于各个工序。 展开更多
