On the basis of the theory of continuous compaction technology, we put forward the vibratory compaction value (VCV) index measured by a roller compactor, in order to evaluate the quality of continuously compacted subgrade. The relationships between the VCV index and the currently used indexes K30, Evd, Ev1 and Ev2, were explored by analyzing the experimental data collected from two test sections on the Beijing - Shanghai High-Speed Railway. The result shows that the VCV index has a linear relationship with the currently used indexes. 展开更多

As an important branch of medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) has been applied for the treatment of diseases for thousands of years in China and other countries in East Asia. The Chinese Pharmacopoeia(ChP) is a drug code formulated by the Chinese government, and it includes a special volume for the monographs of TCM, which plays an important role in ensuring the quality of drugs. The use of quality control technology has always been a complex and important factor in TCM. Owing to the chemical diversity of TCM, chromatography technology has been proven to be a comprehensive strategy for the assessment of the overall quality of TCM and has become the main analytical method in the ChP.This article provides an overview of the classical and modern chromatographic technologies applied in the ChP, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each technique in the TCM monographs.In 2020, the new edition of the Ch P(the 2020 edition) has been implemented at the end of 2020. Nowadays, there are a lot of quality tools applied to solve the problem quickly but it’s still the fact to find out good and efficient solving way. The study emphasizes the identification of potential failure which failures may have encountered in the production process and it will lead to car scrap, rework and influence of the internal production and quality target. After the complete study of the manufacturing process and production data-failure causes, failure rate and data etc. FMEA discover the weak processes in the form of higher risk priority number in the manufacturing of the car painting process, which required reducing by identifying and implementing of the defects and this will improve the process quality of the painting surface of the car. To analysis, the improvement of the car surface defects SPC (Statistical Process Control) tools are more efficient where can easily visible the defects trends. SPC chart is chronological graphs of process data that are used in manufactures industries to help understand, control and improve the process and that although based on statistical theory area easy for practitioners to use and interpret. This study aims to investigate the phenomenon of technological gadget usage among pre-university students,which include the time spent using them,as well as their purpose and influence.A descriptive research design was adopted in this study.131 pre-university students were randomly selected to answer a structured questionnaire.They were informed two weeks earlier to keep track on their time spent on technological devices,before answering the questionnaire.Findings showed that 99.2%of the respondents owned at least two technological gadgets,and all respondents own a smartphone.The main two gadgets that respondents spend at least 4 h a day on are smartphones(65.6%)and computers/laptops(21.4%).This indicates that smartphones are commonly used and owned among the respondents.The majority of the respondents are moderately nomophobia and moderately dependent on smartphones(70.2%and 66.4%,respectively).Correlation analysis demonstrates that the total time spent on gadgets in a day has a significant positive correlation with gadget dependency and total number of gadgets owned.Meanwhile,logistic regression was conducted to estimate the probability of nomophobia and dependency using total time spent and total number of technological gadgets.From thefindings,it was demonstrated that when the total time spent on using technological gadgets increasing,there is greater probability that the respondents develop nomophobia and dependency.This indicates that nomophobia and dependency to technological gadgets can be used to predict lifestyle profiles.The use of technological gadgets can bring both benefit and harm to its user.In light of this,user has to remain rational in order to derive maximum benefit from it. 展开更多

To reduce surface depression of a bloom, the primary cooling intensity was decreased, and the water distribution of mold wide and narrow faces was optimized. The length of secondary cooling zones and the specific water flow were increased, and the water flow distribution among the secondary cooling zones was adjusted to eliminate central defects, such as center looseness, central segregation, and center line cracks. The operation showed that the proportion of surface depression decreased from 37.22% to 2.87%, whereas the proportion of center looseness for 〈1.0 increased from 79.71% to 90.70%, the proportion of central segregation for 〈0.5 increased from 1.45% to 44.19%, and the proportion of center line cracks that are free increased from 39.13% to 62.79%. The qualified blooms are delivered to produce 310 Z-beam, whose yield strength is greater than 450 MPa. 展开更多

The propagation form of internal cracks induced by continuous casting soft reduction and the control strategy for enhancing the internal quality of 45 steel through industrial trials and a three-dimensional flow-heat transfer-solidification coupling model were investigated.The results showed that the internal cracks induced by soft reduction exhibited a characteristic of being"coarse in the middle and fine at both ends",and displayed an elliptical arc distribution on the loose side of the strand cross section.The cracks originated within the brittle temperature range and propagated inward to the liquid impenetrable temperature and outward to the zero ductility temperature or below.The control strategy for enhancing the internal quality of the 45 steel strand through soft reduction is to adjust the casting speed or the reduction zone appropriately,ensuring that the central solid fraction of the reduction zone falls within the range of 0.33-0.99.At this point,a reasonable reduction amount is allocated to eliminate the center shrinkage cavities and center segregation,even if it results in minor reduction-induced cracks. 展开更多

A new concept, fromcontents test to contents control, is advanced. In order to realize the new idea, a new method toon-line test active clay and moisture of green sand - double powers energizing alternately (DPEA)method is put forwards. The principle of the new method is to energize standard sand sample with ACand DC powers and to test the electric parameters, and then, to calculate active clay and moistureof green sand by using artificial neural network (ANN). Based on this new method, a directoptimizing system for controlling green sand quality is developed. Techniques about testing andcontrolling methods, hardware and software are discussed. 展开更多

为推动人造板智能制造的发展,本文建立了一种基于AI计算机视觉技术的刨花尺寸与形状的检测方法,能自动识别刨花尺寸大小并区分出杆状、类矩形、类三角形和其他型4种刨花形状。在此基础上,对在不同切削时间的刨花形态变化、刨片机刀具磨... 为推动人造板智能制造的发展,本文建立了一种基于AI计算机视觉技术的刨花尺寸与形状的检测方法,能自动识别刨花尺寸大小并区分出杆状、类矩形、类三角形和其他型4种刨花形状。在此基础上,对在不同切削时间的刨花形态变化、刨片机刀具磨损程度和工作电流进行了监测和诊断。同时,用这些刨花分组制备了相应的刨花板,并对其物理力学性能进行测试,建立了刨片机刀具磨损程度、电流消耗量、刨花形态与刨花板性能的数学关系模型,并找到刨片机优化换刀时间。结果表明:基于AI的刨花形态检测不但能够监测刀具磨损过程中刨花形态的变化,还可以有效预测刨花板的产品性能。在给定的生产条件下,刨片机开机运行2~4 h内切削出的刨花所制造的刨花板综合性能最好。 展开更多
