Samples of undoped, and CuO, CaO, Al2O3 as well as V2O5 doped MnZn ferrite were prepared using standard ceramic method. The X-ray diffraction results for the base and doped ferrite samples show a single phase with spinel cubic structure. The Mossbauer spectrum of the base sample indicates line broadening and overlapping due to relaxation of magnetic dipoles. The temperature dependence of DC-electrical conductivity has been discussed on the basis of electronic conduction (electron hopping) and ionic conduction mechanism. 展开更多

Apatite-type lanthanum silicate with special conduction mechanism via interstitial oxygen has attracted considerable interest in recent years. In this work, pure powder of La9.33 2x/3MxSi6O26 (M=Mg, Ca, Sr) is prepared by the sol-gel method with sintering at 1000℃. The powder is characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron micrograph (SEM). The apatite can be obtained at relatively low temperature as compared to the conventional solid-state reaction method. The measurements of conductivity of a series of doped samples La9.33-2x/3MxSi6O26 (M=Ca, Mg, Sr) indicate that the type of dopant and the amount have a significant effect on the conductivity. The greatest decrease in conductivity is observed for Mg doping, following the Ca and the Sr doped apatites. The effect is ultimately attributed to the amount of oxygen interstitials, which is affected by the crystal lattice distortion arising from cation vacancies. 展开更多

含二氧化碳(CO_(2))水合物的沉积物导热系数是碳捕集封存及水合物置换开采的基础热物性参数。实验分别采用冰粉-温度震荡法和水-温度震荡法制备了CO_(2)水合物、含CO_(2)水合物天然海沙样品。实验发现,在温度震荡过程中纯水制备的样品... 含二氧化碳(CO_(2))水合物的沉积物导热系数是碳捕集封存及水合物置换开采的基础热物性参数。实验分别采用冰粉-温度震荡法和水-温度震荡法制备了CO_(2)水合物、含CO_(2)水合物天然海沙样品。实验发现,在温度震荡过程中纯水制备的样品始终有冰生成,而冰粉制备的样品无冰及水合物二次生成。与水-温度震荡法对比,冰粉-温度震荡法的水合物合成效率更高,耗时更短。采用Hot Disk导热仪测量结果表明,水合物导热系数随温度升高而增加;温度253.85~278.75 K的含CO_(2)水合物天然海沙导热系数为0.7118~0.9128 W/(m·K),大于纯CO_(2)水合物导热系数。通过测量含CO_(2)水合物沉积物在不同温度下的导热系数,可以为CO_(2)地质封存和水合物置换开采提供基础热物性数据。 展开更多

宁波地区长期非粮化生产对耕层土壤理化性质的影响

本研究旨在探究宁波地区长期非粮化生产对耕层土壤理化性质的影响,为非粮化耕地的恢复利用提供参考依据。通过比较采集的全市130个非粮化耕地和53个对照样地的土壤样品,并结合地貌类型(水网平原、滨海平原、丘陵山区、河谷平原)和非粮... 本研究旨在探究宁波地区长期非粮化生产对耕层土壤理化性质的影响,为非粮化耕地的恢复利用提供参考依据。通过比较采集的全市130个非粮化耕地和53个对照样地的土壤样品,并结合地貌类型(水网平原、滨海平原、丘陵山区、河谷平原)和非粮化种植类型(苗木、果树)进行了系统分析。结果表明:非粮化耕地的土壤pH、有机质含量、土壤容重分别为5.74±0.83、24.72±8.01 g/kg和1.28±0.05 g/cm^(3),分别显著低于或高于周边水田的6.17±1.02、30.07±10.68 g/kg和1.18±0.05 g/cm^(3)(P<0.05)。不同地貌类型条件下,非粮化生产对耕层土壤理化性质的影响存在差异,其中对丘陵山区和河谷平原的耕地产生影响较大,导致土壤EC值、有机质和全氮含量均下降10%以上,土壤pH下降至酸性水平(pH<5.5)。2种非粮化生产方式(苗木和果树种植)均会不同程度导致土壤pH、EC值、CEC值、有机质和全氮含量下降与土壤容重上升,但苗木种植的影响程度均要大于果树种植,其中非粮化苗木地的有机质含量为22.90±7.18 g/kg,显著低于非粮化果园和对照样地的30.07±10.68 g/kg和26.87±8.44 g/kg(P<0.05)。研究表明,宁波地区长期非粮化生产导致土壤酸化、地力下降和土壤紧实度提高等问题,同时非粮化耕地的恢复利用应充分考虑地貌类型和非粮化种植类型等因素差异。 展开更多

The electrical conductivities (ECs) of suspensions containing 25 and 30 gkg^(-1) solids prepared from the electrodialyzed clay fraction (< 2μm in diameter) of latosol,yellow-brown soil, and black soil, dispersed in various nitrate solutions having concentrations of 1X 10^(-4)/z mol L^(-1), where z is the valence, and in distilled water, were measured at fieldstrengths ranging from 14 kV cm^(-1) to 210 kV cm^(-1). On the basis of analyses of the chargedensity and exchangeable ion composition on the surfaces of soil particles in the suspensions, andof the characters of the EC-field strength curves of the various suspensions, it was inferred thatthe increment of EC (ΔEC) and/or relative electrical conductivity (REC) can indicate the bondingstrength between cations and soil particles. The bonding strengths of various cations with the soilsdiminished in the order: K^+ > Zn^(2+) > Mg^(2+) = Ca^(2+) > Na^+ for latosol, Ca^(2+) > Zn^(2+) >Mg^(2+) = K^+ > Na^+ for yellow-brown soil, and Zn^(2+) ≥ Ca^(2+) ≥ Mg^(2+) > K^+ > Na^+ for blacksoil. 展开更多

Two oxetane-derived monomers, 3-(2-cyano-ethoxy)methyl- and 3-(methoxy-(triethylenoxy))methyl-3'- methyloxetane (COX and MTOX), were prepared from 3-hydroxymethyl-3'-methyloxetane. Their homo- and copolymerization in solution were carried out by the cationic ring-opening polymerization with BF3 · Et2O and 1,4-butanediol as co-initiator. The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution were determined using GPC so as to reveal the competition and interchange between active chain end (ACE) and activated monomer (AM) mechanism in the process. The reactivity ratios of the two monomers were calculated according to Kelen-Tudos using ^1H-NMR analysis. The influence of functional side chains in the monomers on the copolymerization behaviors was discussed in virtue of the reactivity ratio data. When doped with lithium salt LiTFSI, the ion conductivity of the homopolymer of MTOX reached 10^-3.58 S/cm at 30℃ and 10^-2.73 S/cm at 80℃, respectively, showing its potential to be used as polymer electrolyte for lithium ion battery. 展开更多

The apatite phases were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and conducting properties were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). It is found that the conductivities are influenced by the amount of cation vacancies and interstitial oxygen. The conductivity of La9.33 (SiO4)6O2 with more cation vacancies is higher than that of La9.5 (SiO4)6O2.25. The conductivity of La10 (SiO4)6O3 with more interstitial oxygen is 7.98 ×10^-3 S·cm^-1, which is about 5 times higher than that of La9.33(SiO4)6O2 at 700℃. The electrical conductivity is almost independent of the oxygen partial pressure from 105 to 1 Pa, which suggests that the oxyapatites exhibit almost pure O^2- ion conduction over a wide range of oxygen partial pressure. 展开更多

针对脉冲序列PT(pulse train)控制连续导电模式CCM(continuous conduction mode) Buck变换器存在的低频振荡问题,提出一种基于电容电流的变换器多脉冲序列CC-MPT(capacitor current multi-pulse train)控制技术。该控制技术检测每个开... 针对脉冲序列PT(pulse train)控制连续导电模式CCM(continuous conduction mode) Buck变换器存在的低频振荡问题,提出一种基于电容电流的变换器多脉冲序列CC-MPT(capacitor current multi-pulse train)控制技术。该控制技术检测每个开关周期起始时刻的电容电流值,当电容电流较小时,产生一个高能量脉冲,使电容电流增大到一定范围内,然后比较输出电压与参考电压,选择中、低能量脉冲,调节变换器输出电压。以Buck变换器为例,介绍了CC-MPT控制的工作原理、控制特性与抑制低频振荡机理,进行了时域仿真分析和相图分析,建立了开关映射模型并分析其动力学行为,并通过实验验证了该控制技术的可行性。相比于传统PT控制CCM变换器,CC-MPT控制可以消除低频振荡现象,具有更好的输出特性。 展开更多

Influence of Oil-paper Conditions on the Static Electrification Phenomena of Transformer Oils

This contribution is not only intended to provide a fresh review for researches on static electrification, but also contains a sub- stantial amount of new material with a view of closing some gaps in the present state of knowledge of oil streaming electrification. In this paper, the Electrostatic Charging Tendency (ECT) of fresh (unaged) and aged transformer oils were investigated in a spinning disk system. Static electrification measurement at different aging degrees was carried out under laboratory controlled conditions. Changes in static elec- trification were compared to some classical aging indexes (conductivity, dissipation factor, water content, resistivity, etc.). Fast, inexpensive and reliable laboratory testing procedures developed by American Society for Testing Materials (D 6802 and D 6181) were also used to monitor decay products as trace impurities. The obtained results show that static electrification currents increase with temperature, fluid mo- tion velocity, surface properties and the aging byproducts of the oil. The polarity, the amplitude and the time constant of the electrification currents are also affected. The results show that static electrification has relationship with thermal aging and is sensitive to turbidimetric and spectrophotometric measurements. 展开更多

由于温度和降雨的季节性变化,填埋场覆盖层中的膨润土防渗材料会受到干湿循环作用,导致膨润土的防渗性能减弱甚至失效。本文采用自主研发的聚合物改性膨润土进行干湿循环作用下的渗透试验和一维膨胀试验,研究了聚合物改性膨润土的耐干... 由于温度和降雨的季节性变化,填埋场覆盖层中的膨润土防渗材料会受到干湿循环作用,导致膨润土的防渗性能减弱甚至失效。本文采用自主研发的聚合物改性膨润土进行干湿循环作用下的渗透试验和一维膨胀试验,研究了聚合物改性膨润土的耐干湿循环性能;并结合XRD、离子浓度分析等微观测试方法分析了聚合物改性膨润土的改性机理和膨润土特性随干湿循环的变化机理。结果表明:聚合物改性膨润土在CaCl_(2)盐溶液中经历5次干湿循环后,渗透系数仅升高1个数量级,且比钠化钙基膨润土在经历相同循环次数后的渗透系数低5个数量级,证明了本文聚合物改性膨润土具有良好的耐干湿循环性能;钠化钙基膨润土在第6次干湿循环时几乎完全丧失了膨胀能力,而聚合物改性膨润土表现出显著更高的膨胀能力,因此可愈合干燥阶段形成的裂缝;聚合物改性膨润土的改性机理是聚合物对蒙脱石晶层进行插层与接枝、堵塞膨润土粒间孔隙。 展开更多

为拓展二维碳化钛材料在棉针织物中的应用,制备具有一定耐水洗性能的导电棉针织物,首先利用LiF/HCl混合溶液刻蚀前驱体钛碳化铝获得二维碳化钛导电材料(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)),再对棉针织物进行阳离子化改性,使Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)通过静电作... 为拓展二维碳化钛材料在棉针织物中的应用,制备具有一定耐水洗性能的导电棉针织物,首先利用LiF/HCl混合溶液刻蚀前驱体钛碳化铝获得二维碳化钛导电材料(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)),再对棉针织物进行阳离子化改性,使Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)通过静电作用附着到阳离子化的棉针织物表面,得到导电棉针织物材料。借助X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜等手段对棉针织物在阳离子化改性前后以及负载Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)前后进行形貌表征和元素分析。通过RTS-9型四探针测试导电棉针织物的表面电阻,对棉针织物阳离子化改性工艺及Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)在阳离子化棉针织物表面的负载条件进行了优化。得到棉针织物阳离子化改性的最佳工艺:阳离子改性剂用量为10%(o.w.f),氢氧化钠质量浓度为10 g/L,获得Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)在阳离子化棉针织物表面的最佳负载条件(超声波处理60 min)。在优化条件下,负载Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)的阳离子化改性棉针织物表面电阻可低至84.5Ω/□,经20次水洗后,导电棉针织物的表面电阻由84.5Ω/□上升至95.6Ω/□,仍在100Ω/□以下,可满足导电要求。 展开更多
