SBS alleviated the irradiation-induced reduction of bone marrow cell chromosome division index. The irradiation-induced decrease of marrow DNA amount, thymic and splenic fractions, and total leukocyte number were restored to some extent. 目的探讨炎症与急性脑梗死患者脑白质高信号(WMH)的关系。方法纳入2017年10月至2022年4月我院神经内科住院的急性脑梗死机械取栓术治疗的患者130例,根据Fazekas量表评分分为低WMH负荷组80例(Fazekas评分0~2分)和高WMH负荷组(Fazekas评分...目的探讨炎症与急性脑梗死患者脑白质高信号(WMH)的关系。方法纳入2017年10月至2022年4月我院神经内科住院的急性脑梗死机械取栓术治疗的患者130例,根据Fazekas量表评分分为低WMH负荷组80例(Fazekas评分0~2分)和高WMH负荷组(Fazekas评分≥3分)50例,收集所有患者入院时病史、影像等基线资料,检测血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体1(sTNFR1)、可溶性致癌抑制因子2(sST2)、可溶性P选择素(sP-selectin)、血管细胞黏附分子1(VCAM-1)等水平。用多因素logistic回归分析急性脑梗死患者的炎性因子与WMH负荷的独立相关性。结果高WMH负荷组sP-selectin明显低于低WMH负荷组[243.5(213.9,367.8)μg/L vs 287.6(225.1,400.4)μg/L,P=0.040],sST2[93.8(65.4,157.3)μg/L vs 64.0(40.6,100.5)μg/L]、sTNFR1[37.3(24.6,49.5)ng/L vs 24.9(18.8,35.3)ng/L]、VCAM-1[24.1(19.1,30.4)μg/L vs 20.5(16.1,30.6)μg/L]明显高于低WMH负荷组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。校正年龄、性别、脑卒中前mRS评分>2分、高血压、当前吸烟、脑卒中病因和Alberta卒中项目早期CT评分后,多因素logistic回归分析显示,高WMH负荷与血清sP-selectin、sST2、sTNFR1、VCAM-1无相关性(P>0.05)。结论高WMH负荷与急性脑梗死的特异性炎性反应无相关性。展开更多
