3D-printed Porous Titanium Alloy Implants(pTi),owing to their biologically inertness and relatively smooth surface morphology,adversely affect the biological functions of surrounding cells.To address the challenges,co... 3D-printed Porous Titanium Alloy Implants(pTi),owing to their biologically inertness and relatively smooth surface morphology,adversely affect the biological functions of surrounding cells.To address the challenges,constructing a bioinspired interface that mimics the hierarchical structure of bone tissue can enhance the cellular functions of cells.In this context,Hollow Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles(HMSNs),renowned for their unique physicochemical properties and superior biocompatibility,offer a promising direction for this research.In this research,the initially synthesized HMSNs were used to construct a“hollow-mesoporous-macroporous”hierarchical bioinspired coating on the pTi surface through the Layer-by-Layer technique.Simultaneously,diverse morphologies of coatings were established by adjusting the deposition strategy of PDDA/HMSNs on the pTi surface(pTi-HMSN-2,pTi-HMSN-4,pTi-HMSN-6).A range of techniques were employed to investigate the physicochemical properties and regulation of cellular biological functions of the diverse HMSN coating strategies.Notably,the pTi-HMSN-4 and pTi-HMSN-6 groups exhibited the uniform coatings,leading to a substantial enhancement in surface roughness and hydrophilicity.Meantime,the coating constructed strategy of pTi-HMSN-4 possessed commendable stability.Based on the aforementioned findings,both pTi-HMSN-4 and pTi-HMSN-6 facilitated the adhesion,spreading,and pseudopodia extension of BMSCs,which led to a notable upsurge in the expression levels of vinculin protein in BMSCs.Comprehensive analysis indicates that the coating,when PDDA/HMSNs are deposited four times,possesses favorable overall performance.The research will provide a solid theoretical basis for the translation of HMSN bioinspired coatings for orthopedic implants. 展开更多

A Hybrid Level Set Optimization Design Method of Functionally Graded Cellular Structures Considering Connectivity

With the continuous advancement in topology optimization and additive manufacturing(AM)technology,the capability to fabricate functionally graded materials and intricate cellular structures with spatially varying microstructures has grown significantly.However,a critical challenge is encountered in the design of these structures–the absence of robust interface connections between adjacent microstructures,potentially resulting in diminished efficiency or macroscopic failure.A Hybrid Level Set Method(HLSM)is proposed,specifically designed to enhance connectivity among non-uniform microstructures,contributing to the design of functionally graded cellular structures.The HLSM introduces a pioneering algorithm for effectively blending heterogeneous microstructure interfaces.Initially,an interpolation algorithm is presented to construct transition microstructures seamlessly connected on both sides.Subsequently,the algorithm enables the morphing of non-uniform unit cells to seamlessly adapt to interconnected adjacent microstructures.The method,seamlessly integrated into a multi-scale topology optimization framework using the level set method,exhibits its efficacy through numerical examples,showcasing its prowess in optimizing 2D and 3D functionally graded materials(FGM)and multi-scale topology optimization.In essence,the pressing issue of interface connections in complex structure design is not only addressed but also a robust methodology is introduced,substantiated by numerical evidence,advancing optimization capabilities in the realm of functionally graded materials and cellular structures. 展开更多

RESULTS: After one course of treatment with liniment levamisole, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ increased as compared to those before the treatment but the level of CD8+ decreased. The total expression level of mIL-2R in PBMCs increased before and after the treatment with liniment levamisole. CONCLUSION: Liniment levamisole may reinforce cellular immune functions of patients with chronic hepatitis B. 展开更多

Functional graded cellular structure(FGCS)usually shows superiormechanical behaviorwith lowdensity and high stiffness.With the development of additivemanufacturing,functional graded cellular structure gains its popularity in industries.In this paper,a novel approach for designing functionally graded cellular structure is proposed based on a subdomain parameterized level set method(PLSM)under local volume constraints(LVC).In this method,a subdomain level set function is defined,parameterized and updated on each subdomain independently making the proposed approach much faster and more cost-effective.Additionally,the microstructures on arbitrary two adjacent subdomains can be connected perfectly without any additional constraint.Furthermore,the local volume constraint for each subdomain is applied by virtue of the augmented Lagrange multiplier method.Finally,several numerical examples are given to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed approach in designing the functionally graded cellular structure.From the optimized results,it is also found that the number of local volume constraints has little influence on the convergence speed of the developed approach. 展开更多

In this paper, a hash function construction method based on cell neural network with hyper-chaos characteristics is proposed. First, the chaos sequence is gotten by iterating cellular neural network with Runge Kutta algorithm, and then the chaos sequence is iterated with the message. The hash code is obtained through the corre- sponding transform of the latter chaos sequence. Simulation and analysis demonstrate that the new method has the merit of convenience, high sensitivity to initial values, good hash performance, especially the strong stability. 展开更多

目的:探讨鼻内镜手术(FESS)联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(CRSwNP)的疗效及对鼻黏膜CD4^(+)及CD8^(+)T细胞分布的影响。方法:选择96例CRSwNP患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(FESS)和观察组(FESS联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂)... 目的:探讨鼻内镜手术(FESS)联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(CRSwNP)的疗效及对鼻黏膜CD4^(+)及CD8^(+)T细胞分布的影响。方法:选择96例CRSwNP患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(FESS)和观察组(FESS联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂)各48例。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后鼻腔通气功能、鼻黏膜CD4^(+)及CD8^(+)T细胞分布、鼻黏液纤毛清除功能及复发率。结果:对照组无效10例,总有效率79.17%,观察组无效2例,总有效率95.83%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平下降,低于对照组,鼻黏膜功能均优于对照组,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较对照组升高,CD8^(+)较对照组下降(均P<0.05)。且观察组患者术后1年内的复发率为4.17%,明显低于对照组的22.92%(χ^(2)=7.207,P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜手术联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉效果较好,且复发率低,能够降低患者的炎性反应,促进黏膜免疫功能修复,提高黏液纤毛清除功能。 展开更多

Density-graded cellular materials have tremendous potential in structural applications where impact resistance is required.Cellular materials subjected to high impact loading result in a compaction type deformation,usually modeled using continuum-based shock theory.The resulting governing differential equation of the shock model is nonlinear,and the density gradient further complicates the problem.Earlier studies have employed numerical methods to obtain the solution.In this study,an analytical closed-form solution is proposed to predict the response of density-graded cellular materials subjected to a rigid body impact.Solutions for the velocity of the impinging rigid body mass,energy absorption capacity of the cellular material,and the incident stress are obtained for a single shock propagation.The results obtained are in excellent agreement with the existing numerical solutions found in the literature.The proposed analytical solution can be potentially used for parametric studies and for effectively designing graded structures to mitigate impact. 展开更多

B 17 2366) which considered a diversity of traffic behaviors under real traffic situations induced by various driving characters and habits. In the new model, the effects of the velocity at the last time step and drivers' desire for acceleration are taken into account. The fundamental diagram, spatial-temporal diagram, and the time series of one-minute data are analyzed. The results show that this model reproduces synchronized flow. However, the stimulation patterns for effective regulation are as yet unclear. We investigated the effects of application of differing numbers of mechanical stimulation sets, each set consisting of 8% extension and compression to cells via deformation of cell culture elastic chamber, on cellular elasticity. Elasticity increased with only a single step-like stretch and with a single step-like stretch after 1 set of mechanical stimulation, whereas elasticity did not change with a single step-like stretch after 10 sets of mechanical stimulation. These results indicate that the increase in cellular elasticity with the single step-like stretch depends on the number of applied mechanical stimulations. Immunofluorescence staining showed that phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of myosin regulatory light chain (MRLC), which regulates intracellular contractile force and cellular elasticity, accompanied cellular elasticity changes. These findings suggest that cellular elasticity changes under cyclic and step-like stretches are mediated by MRLC. 展开更多

The polysaccharide,adenosine and mannitol components of Cordyceps taii collected from the wild were determined,and the effects of aqueous C.taii extracts on immune functions in mice were investigated using carbon clearance and delayed-type hypersensitivity testing(DTH),and by determining thymic and splenic indices.Polysaccharide,adenosine and mannitol levels in C.taii were 36.20 mg/g,0.27 mg/g and 80.20 mg/g,respectively.Aqueous C.taii extracts partially alleviated the suppressive effects on the thymic and splenic indices caused by cyclophosphamide,and increased nonspecific immunity and cellular immune functions.Toxicity tests revealed that the LD50 for aqueous C.taii extract on oral administration was >69.42 g/kg. 展开更多

目的探讨右美托咪定联合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉(TIVA)对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后疼痛、应激反应、不良反应及免疫功能的影响。方法选取兰州大学第二医院2021-03/2023-12期间行腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为丙泊酚组(对... 目的探讨右美托咪定联合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉(TIVA)对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后疼痛、应激反应、不良反应及免疫功能的影响。方法选取兰州大学第二医院2021-03/2023-12期间行腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为丙泊酚组(对照组,n=50)和右美托咪定联合丙泊酚组(联合组,n=50)。对照组泵入等量生理盐水;联合组麻醉诱导前静脉泵入1μg/kg右美托咪定10 min。麻醉维持2组均采用TIVA,联合组术中持续泵入右美托咪定0.4μg(/kg·h)。观察术后并发症,进行Ramsay镇静评分、VAS疼痛评分,并采集术前1 h和术后24 h血液,检测血清应激指标及外周血细胞免疫功能指标。结果联合组患者术后1 h Ramsay评分、术前1 h和术后24 h的血清应激指标及血液细胞免疫功能指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而术后1 h VAS评分和麻醉相关并发症总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定联合丙泊酚行腹腔镜胃癌根治术的麻醉效果优于单纯丙泊酚,患者术后细胞免疫功能恢复加快,术后应激反应和疼痛等不良反应减少。 展开更多

In this paper, the Box-Jenkins modelling procedure is used to determine an ARIMA model and go further to forecasting. The mobile cellular subscription data for the study were taken from the administrative data submitted to the Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA) as quarterly returns by all three mobile network operators Airtel Zambia, MTN Zambia and Zamtel. The time series of annual figures for mobile cellular subscription for all mobile network operators is from 2000 to 2014 and has a total of 15 observations. Results show that the ARIMA (1, 2, 1) is an adequate model which best fits the mobile cellular subscription time series and is therefore suitable for forecasting subscription. The model predicts a gradual rise in mobile cellular subscription in the next 5 years, culminating to about 9.0% cumulative increase in 2019. 展开更多

为促进茶叶籽资源的深度开发利用,采用不同截留分子质量的超滤膜对混菌发酵茶籽多肽产物进行分级分离,比较茶籽多肽的抗氧化活性与其分子质量的对应关系;利用凝胶过滤色谱技术对茶籽多肽逐级纯化,获得特征性茶籽抗氧化肽,对其二级结构... 为促进茶叶籽资源的深度开发利用,采用不同截留分子质量的超滤膜对混菌发酵茶籽多肽产物进行分级分离,比较茶籽多肽的抗氧化活性与其分子质量的对应关系;利用凝胶过滤色谱技术对茶籽多肽逐级纯化,获得特征性茶籽抗氧化肽,对其二级结构组成及相对含量进行分析,并考察其热稳定性和抗消化稳定性;以H_(2)O_(2)诱导小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞(MEF细胞)建立氧化损伤模型,评价茶籽抗氧化肽的细胞氧化损伤保护功能。结果表明:经超滤分级后,茶籽多肽的抗氧化活性与其分子质量呈负相关,分子质量小于1 kDa的TSP4组分具有最高的自由基清除能力;TSP4分子质量分布范围在90~849 Da之间,凝胶过滤色谱纯化得到的TSP4-b亚组分平均分子质量为446 Da,其二级结构中的β-折叠的相对含量从未发酵茶叶籽的16.59%上升至44.43%,α-螺旋则由未发酵茶叶籽的37.61%降至17.57%;TSP4-b经20~60℃热处理以及模拟胃肠消化后,自由基相对清除率仍可分别保持在90%及80%以上,具备良好的热稳定性及抗消化能力;中(0.5 mg/mL)、高(5.0 mg/mL)剂量的TSP4-b的介入可使H_(2)O_(2)诱导的MEF细胞存活率分别达到73.8%、82.4%。综上,所分离的茶籽抗氧化肽具有较强的抗氧化活性,对H_(2)O_(2)诱导的细胞损伤具有保护作用,在医药、保健食品等领域具有良好的发展潜力。 展开更多

目的:分析疏肝益肾汤用于子宫内膜癌根治术患者的价值。方法:选择2020年4月—2023年1月收治的行子宫内膜癌根治术患者102例,采用随机数字表法分对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组术后采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用疏肝益肾... 目的:分析疏肝益肾汤用于子宫内膜癌根治术患者的价值。方法:选择2020年4月—2023年1月收治的行子宫内膜癌根治术患者102例,采用随机数字表法分对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组术后采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用疏肝益肾汤治疗。比较两组患者的疼痛评分、免疫功能、生活质量及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组疼痛评分、免疫功能指标水平和肿瘤标志物水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组疼痛评分、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白A(IgA)及肿瘤标志物水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组自然杀伤细胞(NK)、分化决定族抗原4^(+)(CD4^(+))高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组生活质量总分及各项目评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后随访6个月,均无复发情况。结论:疏肝益肾汤用于子宫内膜癌根治术患者,可减轻术后疼痛,促进免疫功能恢复,提高患者生活质量。 展开更多
