In recent years,more and more researches focus on the self characteristics and spatial location of housing,and explore the influencing factors of urban housing price from the micro perspective.As representative of big cities,spatial distribution pattern of housing price in national central cities has attracted much attention.In order to return the spatial distribution pattern of housing price to the research on influencing factors of housing price,the reasons behind the spatial distribution pattern of housing price in three national central cities:Beijing,Wuhan and Chongqing are explored.The results show that①urban housing price is affected by many factors.Due to different social and economic conditions in each city,there are differences in the influence direction of the proximity to expressways,city squares,universities and living facilities,characteristics of companies and enterprises on Beijing,Wuhan and Chongqing.②Various factors have different value-added effects on housing price in different cities.The location of ring line in Beijing and Wuhan has the greatest increase effect on housing price,while metro station of Chongqing has the greatest increase effect on housing price. 展开更多

Spatial and temporal variation of the urban impervious surface and its driving forces in the central city of Harbin 被引量:6

Harbin, the capital city of Heilongjiang Province, China and one of the political, economic, cultural, ... Associated with the rapid economic development of China, the level of urbanization is becoming a serious concern. Harbin, the capital city of Heilongjiang Province, China and one of the political, economic, cultural, and transportation centers of the northeastern region of China, has experienced rapid urbanization recently. To examine the spatial patterns of long-term urbanization and explore its driving forces, we employed the impervious surface fraction derived from remote sensing image as a primary indicator. Specifically, urban imper- vious surface information for the central city of Harbin in 1984, 1993, 2002, and 2010 was extracted from Landsat Thematic Mapper image using a Linear Spectral Mixture Analysis (LMSA). Then, the spatial and temporal variation characteristics and the driving factors of percent impervious surface area (ISA) changes were analyzed throughout this 26-year period (1984 to 2010). Analysis of results suggests that: (1) ISAs in the central city of Harbin con- stantly increased, particularly from 1993 to 2010, a rapid urbanization period; (2) the gravity center of impervious surface area in the central city was located in Nangang District in 1984, moving southeast from 1984 to 1993, northwest from 1993 to 2002, and continuing toward the southeast from 2002 to 2010; and (3) the urban growth of the central city can be character- ized as edge-type growth. 展开更多

The development of media and information technology has exerted profound influences over the relationship between human cognition and physical environment.Using the online images of Chongqing Central City and its affiliated districts that are found via search engines,this paper analyzes the scope of their visual field and the typology and the frequency of their content variables and explores the features and the regional differences of the city’s space image,in order to expand and supplement the scope and the paradigm of city image study.The study finds that:(1)the visual field of the online images is significantly correlated with the economic status,spatial characteristics,and development level of the region;(2)the space image of certain districts of Chongqing Central City shown by the online images presents few local features;(3)the space image of mountains and rivers of Chongqing Central City and its affiliated districts is not sufficiently expressed by the online images;and(4)the Internet has become an important medium for city image study that can quickly identify the features and deficiencies of local image.It is proposed to highlight the role of publicity and communication of media technology in the field of planning,which can help to reach consensus among various parties in the dynamic process of urban development. 展开更多
