On the Training Modes of Interdisciplinary and Application-oriented Talents of Business English

This paper focuses on the training modes of interdisciplinary and application-oriented talents of business English and the constructions of curriculum. In the light of our socialist market-oriented economy characteristics, the discussion proceeds, in theory and practice, by putting forward a relatively profound approach according to the trend in the demands for business English talents and to the operational patterns of business English discipline, with some suggestions about the training modes of interdisciplinary and application-oriented talents and the construction of curriculum.

Exploration on the Reform of English Teaching in Universities and Colleges under the Application-oriented Talent Training Mode

With the rapid development of the economy,China’s economic form has also undergone significant changes.In this case,the requirements for talents are getting higher and higher.In the process of cultivating talents,schools must constantly change their educational concepts and cultivate more application-oriented talents for the society.In this context,the reform of university and college English is of great necessity.Based on the importance of application-oriented talent training,this paper analyzes the current situation of English teaching in universities and colleges under the application-oriented talent training mode,and puts forward some specific measures for the reform of English teaching in universities and colleges.

Analysis and Design of Quality Management Platform for the Entire Process of Characteristic Software Talent Training

At the end of 2021 to create a new model of characteristic software talent training for independent and controllable key software fields,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly approved the establishment of the first batch of 33 Characteristic Pilot Schools of software.As a member of characteristic software schools,the HIT School of Software has been approved and will focus on the construction of 2 characteristic directions,which are large-scale industrial software and industrial professional application software.In order to achieve the goal,it is urgent to develop a comprehensive management platform to control the entire process of talent training,so that we can standardize,modelling,and digitized the entire process of characteristic software talent training.By relating all aspects of student training with and implementing the ability-index mechanisms,we will continuously collect big-data of the entire process of student growth,and generate multidimensional student ability portraits for evaluating the effect of talent training,and adjust as well as optimizing the growth path for students themselves during their studying.Employers will be able to identify talents accurately and provide effective reference for colleges to adjust training plans.This paper will analyze the needs of the platform,provide demand analysis of the platform,extract the correlation model between training,conclude the relations between ability-index activities and ability indicators,and give a reasonable overall system design scheme.

On Linguistics Course Construction to Foster English Application-oriented Talents in Tibetan Ethnic Colleges: A Case Study of Sichuan Minzu College

Under the social background of application-oriented transformation of local colleges and universities,the construction of linguistics course for English majors in Tibetan ethnic colleges should actively adapt to the requirements of the times,update the teaching concept,take application as orientation,take combination of language theory and language practice as the principle,take interlinguistic study as the basic content and focus on language acquisition and second language teaching of extralinguistic study.In view of the existing problems in this course,the reform should take the following aspects into consideration:redefining the training objectives,finding out the course orientation,revising the teaching contents,improving the teaching methods,enriching the teaching means,reforming the evaluation methods,enhancing the teaching practice,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and the construction of the course resources,to make the linguistic theoretical courses related to and guide students’language learning practice,to make it close to and be applied in students’daily life,to prepare students to be future teachers or researchers and most importantly to train qualified application-oriented English teachers for ethnic areas in Tibet.

Restructuring of Industrial Talents and Their Characteristics from the Perspective of Intelligent Manufacturing in Dongguan

The advancement of intelligent manufacturing in Dongguan puts forward new requirements for industrial talents,and the development of new productivity is bound to force enterprises and employees to make adaptive adjustments.The upgrading of intelligent manufacturing is not only the upgrading of intelligent machines but also the upgrading of the human brain,which includes the reshaping and cultivation of industrial talents.Based on field research,this study analyzes the different characteristics of the traditional and the new intelligent manufacturing model,as well as summarizes the characteristics of industrial talents and the changing trend of talent demand in view of the intelligent manufacturing model in Dongguan.

现代教育技术专业硕士教学行为特征分析:兼论现代教育技术专业硕士人才培养

教师教学行为是教师素质、理念与能力的外在表现,对教学行为进行分析有助于衡量教师的专业知识、教学技能以及教学经验。研究以2023年全国“田家炳杯”全日制教育硕士专业学位研究生现代教育技术专业教学技能大赛的55个获奖作品为样本,通过教学行为频次统计及差异显著性检验,分析不同组别在教学行为出现频次上的显著差异。同时,运用滞后行为序列分析方法,探寻不同组别参赛选手“独特”的行为序列,挖掘其教育教学特点。基于数据分析结果,研究提出四条现代教育技术专业硕士人才培养建议,包括以学生为中心丰富教学行为、加强实践训练提升应变能力、准确把握支架价值促进学习、优化课程内容提升教学胜任力,以期为现代教育技术专业硕士人才培养提供参考。

3C模式下产教研协同育人模式新探索——以机械设计类专业为例

围绕国家需求统筹推进“五位一体”总体布局和协调推进“四个全面”战略布局,探索以产业发展需求为导向的机械设计类专业特色课堂教学模式。针对行业企业技术人员人才培养参与度不高,以企业-高校-科研团队合作为基础,推行本科生“双导师”多元协同育人3C(Corporation-College-Community)模式,将产业、教育和科研统筹融合、良性互动,完善双向需求导向的专业人才培养方案,实现此类培养模式的可持续发展。构建“专业共建、课程共担、人才共育”校企协同育人的产教研融合的创新型人才培养模式,将有效提高机械设计类本科生专业素质与素养,进而提高本科生创新能力以及就业素质和就业水平。

践行特色改革使命的宁夏科技人才体制机制创新问题

高效灵活的人才工作体制机制是推动生产要素创新性配置的有效工具。党的二十届三中全会明确提出“要深化教育综合改革,深化科技体制改革,深化人才发展体制机制改革。”宁夏回族自治区党委十三届九次全会将“重点领域改革取得决定性成果,宁夏特色改革探索形成一批立得住、可推广的经验做法”确定为进一步全面深化改革的重要目标任务。文章以深入贯彻落实习近平总书记对人才工作重要指示精神为宗旨,以彰显宁夏科技创新人才工作机制体制特色改革使命为目的,聚焦习近平总书记对政府科技管理部门“抓战略、抓改革、抓规划、抓服务”的定位要求,提出了新思路、新举措、新任务,并阐释了其理由、依据和具体实现路径。

Research on Developing BIM Intelligent Construction Programs Based on Application- Oriented Talent Cultivation

Cultivating application-oriented talents have become essential in vocational and higher education.This concept also applies to BIM intelligent construction programs.Based on literature review and general observations,we analyzed the connotation,key points,and value of developing a BIM intelligent construction program based on application-oriented talent cultivation.We also identified problems in the development of the program such as lack of comprehensive planning and the school being the sole authority in program development.Therefore,we proposed several strategies to address these problems,including systematic program development planning and fostering a multi-faceted partnership between schools and the industry.The goal is to provide valuable insights for the development of relevant programs in the new era.

《新时代全球胜任力标准》的研制背景、过程与特色

《新时代全球胜任力标准》是在全球化背景下针对中国高等教育育人目标进行的系统性研究与设计成果,旨在培养兼具家国情怀和全球竞争力并能堪当大任的国际化人才。课题组基于我国国情,结合国际经验,经过初步研判、文献分析、框架构建、描述语起草和优化完善五个阶段,构建了由人文素养、智慧素养、沟通素养和合作素养四大核心素养,十二大关键领域与五级描述语组成的标准指标体系。《新时代全球胜任力标准》在强调学生德性与能力并重的同时,融入了中华优秀传统文化,提出了具有中国特色的全球胜任力教育理念,为高校人才培养提供了科学参考。

中国特色学徒制视域下专业思政教育实践路径研究--以工业过程自动化技术专业为例

针对工业过程自动化技术专业思政内涵、元素、路径不清晰等限制,开展中国特色学徒制视域下工业过程自动化技术专业思政教学探索与实践。构建工业过程自动化技术专业思政整体框架,提出基于“模块化课程组式、校企联动式、线上线下一体化式”的全方位课程思政育人模式,开发中国特色学徒制背景下“三课堂”协同式“课程思政”育人路径,有效解决课程思政在人才培养全过程存在的系统性、连贯性、逻辑性等不足的问题,实现工业过程自动化技术专业人才培养质量的全面提升。

基础研究人才成长特征及培养策略研究——基于2019—2022年湖北省自然科学奖获得者的分析

以湖北省2019—2022年自然科学奖获得者为研究对象,通过履历分析法,从自然特征、社会特征、成长周期三个维度分析湖北省基础研究人才成长特征。研究发现,湖北省基础研究人才性别占比失衡,获奖年龄跨度大,主要集中在36~45岁;拥有良好的高等教育背景及留学经历;高校和科研院所是培养基础研究人才的主阵地,企业参与率低;学科结构分布不均;平均成长周期大约为12.05年。针对以上成长特征,从优化性别结构、提高生活保障、加强国内国际联合培养、提高企业参与率、劣势学科人才引进、促进人才合理流动六方面提出培养基础研究人才相关建议。

装备制造业创新型高技能人才群体特征和成功经验分析研究

创新型高技能人才是促进装备制造业转型升级的重要支撑力量。通过剖析创新型高技能人才群体特征和发展现状,聚焦以“中华技能大奖”“全国技术能手”为典型的创新型高技能人才成功经验,从个体维度、教育维度、企业维度和社会维度等方面进行全方位分析,并提出加强职业教育和技能培训的宣传与推广、建立完善的人才激励和保障机制、加强产学研合作培养机制的建设、加强创新型高技能人才自身素质和能力的提升以及建立完善的人才评估与反馈机制等策略,以期提高创新型高技能人才的培养质量,满足装备制造业的发展需求,推动行业的持续健康发展。

校地双循环耦合视阈下地方高校区域特色人才培养研究

区域特色人才是充分掌握、适应特定区域所具有的特殊条件、状态和特性,并以此为基础形成某种知识素质能力的特质,能够在区域内有效就业创业,促进区域经济社会发展的人才。培养区域特色人才,要使高校人才培养的内循环、小循环与地方经济社会发展的外循环、大循环在质态、性质、特点、规模、方向等方面互相适应、支撑和耦合。当前,区域特色人才培养存在社会契合度、社会支撑度和政府政策力度不足等问题。优化区域特色人才培养,需要纵深推进地方经济循环和地方高校人才培养循环的利益、过程、人才、制度耦合,强化人才培养的驱动力量、根本基础、主体力量和制度保障。

涉农高校耕读教育特色育人模式构建与实践路径研究

新农科建设背景下,加强新型农业人才培养是实现农业农村现代化、加速乡村振兴的重要举措。耕读教育作为我国优秀传统历史文化,了解耕读文化来源、解读耕读文化内涵、推广耕读模式是加强涉农高校耕读教育体系建设的重要手段。该文以耕读教育为基础,融合涉农高校育人模式,通过树立耕读思想、打造特色课程、建立考核机制、加强师资力量和提高宣传力度等方法加强耕读教育特色育人模式构建和实践路径的探索,为新农科建设培养新型农业人才。

国防特色科研实践与多学科交叉下硕博人才培养模式研究

紧跟科学领域前沿发展、紧密结合国家重大战略所需、助推未来科学发展,是高层次创新应用人才培养的关键。针对硕博人才培养在创新能力、科研水平和实践体系等方面存在的一些问题,以长春理工大学物理学专业人才培养为例,开展以培养满足国防特色与多学科交叉相融合的硕博人才为导向,打造面向国防军工产业链的集人才培养、技术创新和实现创新成果价值能力等功能于一体的高层次高水平硕博人才培养模式研究。该研究将深化国防特色高校内涵式发展,推动我国高等教育面向“十四五”改革进程,瞄准国防科技强国建设的重大战略任务。

新中国成立75年来中国特色学徒制的发展历程、内涵特征、现实困境与政策建议

新中国成立75年来中国特色学徒制的发展,经历了萌芽、酝酿、探索和创新阶段。其内涵特征表现为:逻辑起点是技术技能人才培养、培养对象是双身份学徒、功能指向是经济社会高质量发展、根本路径是职业院校与企业协同育人。中国特色学徒制的现实困境表现为:价值引领缺位导致功利指向过强,法律保障缺失导致权利难以保障,制度衔接缺项导致教育与劳动割裂,互联互通缺路导致持续发展受限。为此,需要在价值导向上实现人与社会的全面发展,在立法规划上实现受教育权与劳动权相衔接,在制度设计上使教育制度与劳动制度相融合,在证书体系上使学徒与学历、技能、岗位、学位证书相融通。

基于招聘大数据的IT人才能力模型构建研究

随着信息技术的快速发展,企业对IT人才的需求在逐年加大。为提高IT类人才培养质量并促进其供需平衡,从智联招聘采集13 638条招聘数据对企业的真实人才需求进行调研,挖掘企业人才需求特征并据此构建冰山胜任力模型,从而建立IT类专业人才培养体系。研究表明,从知识、技能、综合素养、意识与态度4个维度构建的冰山胜任力模型,能够提高IT人才培养质量,并为毕业生就业提供指导和参考。

化工原理实验与前沿科研成果相融合的探索

基于化工原理实验教学实践经验,将前沿科研成果融入其中,设定专业特色实验、探究研讨实验、设计原创实验,以期形成丰富的实验资源、特色课程和教材及支撑创新人才的培养。在学生接触到科研实验的同时,能够深化所学的化工原理理论知识,开拓前沿科研学术视野,激励其自主学习,产生浓厚的科研兴趣,提高创新能力。

战略科技人才群体结构特征和成长规律研究——以院士群体为例

院士作为中国战略科技人才的核心代表,为推动国家科技强国战略的实施发挥着至关重要的作用。以1980—2023年间增选的中国科学院院士和中国工程院院士群体为研究对象,采用CV履历分析和社会网络分析方法,从年龄结构、学历分布、海外经历、流动网络等方面对院士群体结构特征及成长规律进行分析。分析结果表明:院士群体数量具有稳定增长性,当选年龄趋于年轻化,国内教育依赖性增强,海外经历具有普遍性,最高学位地具有集中性,就业地具有高度相似性。据此,从优化青年人才识别培养机制、提升各省区市人才吸引力、制定精准有效用才专项方案等方面提出建议,为人才政策的制定提供借鉴。
