Objective:This study designs and implements the health prescription of children’s health education specialized nursing clinic based on the physical and mental characteristics of children with Tourette’s syndrome.Methods:Applying the evidence-based nursing model and nursing intervention theory based on the survey research by searching China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Database and Wipro Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,the study collected the literature on the health prescription intervention research in children’s Tourette’s disorders health education in children’s health education of specialized nursing outpatient clinic for review and combined with the specialty characteristics to formulate“Children’s Tourette’s Disorder Health Education Prescription.”Results:Tourette’s syndrome in children is a common pediatric neurological disorder,mainly manifested as involuntary,rapid and repeated muscle twitching and vocal tics,which brings serious psychological pressure and life disturbance to the affected children.Conclusion:For children with Tourette’s syndrome,healthcare professionals should give enough care and understanding to the children and their parents,provide timely and effective health education to them,help them improve their bad behavioral habits,establish correct cognitive attitudes,enhance self-confidence,improve patient compliance,reduce the frequency of recurrence,reduce the incidence of complications and promote children’s physical and mental health development. 展开更多

This article explores both the personal and transnational dimensions of domestic science education and study abroad for the pioneering generation of Chinese women in science.By focusing on women’s unique calculus of risk and reward,the article not only distinguishes Chinese women’s experiences from those of their male counterparts but also delineates the special contours of the Chinese case within the global advancement of women in science.The article begins by outlining some of the features and dynamics of early Chinese girls’schools that affected students’interest in and preparation for further scientific study.Then it traces the emerging college-level opportunities that made it possible for women who were studying science in China to contemplate advanced work overseas.Turning to study abroad,the article highlights the radicalness of the decision to study abroad by examining the impact of both family background and national circumstances on Chinese women’s strategies of mobility.The article argues that if we are to take women’s experiences seriously,we cannot just look at scientific pursuits in terms of achievements in the development of Chinese science,we also need to consider the ways that·scientific ambitions forced individuals—both male and female—to navigate and reimagine multiple social norms and expectations. 展开更多

This paper explores metafiction’s role in fictional science picturebooks and its resolution of the contradictions between fictional stories and scientific knowledge in existing research by analysing two children’s picturebooks,Wolves(Gravett,2015)and The Magic School Bus(Cole,1995).The paper first identifies both books as metafictive science picturebooks by analysing their content.Secondly,the author analyses the structure of the two picturebooks and exposes that they both have two narrative lines as the composite structure:science knowledge and fictional stories.Thirdly,the article discusses the metafictive elements in Wolves and The Magic School Bus from the content perspectives,which are relevant to“reality”,in order to evaluate how metafiction enhances fictional science picturebooks in supporting children’s learning of science,conveying knowledge to children,and avoiding children’s misunderstanding of fiction and scientific information. 展开更多

Conceptions of Childhood and the Educational Rights of the Child

Formulations of children's rights rest on assumptions about the nature of childhood yet conceptions of childhood are not stable across time and space. Such conceptions can be understood as placing different emphases among three different factors: the child as subservient to parents and ancestors (Child 1), as a young person requiring special protection and having characteristics distinct from adults (Child 2) and as a novice (Child 3). Different social arrangements place relatively different emphases on these three factors in their overall conceptions of childhood. Adopting the distinction between Will and Interest rights (Archard 2002), the paper considers how an emphasis on Child 1, 2 or 3 presupposes and demands a distinctive consideration of children's rights. The argument concludes with a reflection on how children's rights might be construed if the nature of adulthood is problematised alongside that of childhood. In this case, capabilities (as means to enable functionings) may prove a more fruitful concept than rights (as actual or possible existential conditions). 展开更多

The former model of birth-rate which was characteriz... Since the end of the twenty-first century, relationships in the family have been rapidly changing in Lithuania. The changes correspond to changes in the birth-rate. The former model of birth-rate which was characterized by the prevalence of legitimate children, child-bearing at a younger age and which ensured a change of generations, it was replaced by a new model characterized by having illegitimate children, the postponement of child-bearing, and low birth-rate, which does not ensure a change of generations. Although love relationships, marriage, and children are still considered to be the recognized values, these changes have affected the conception of child's education in the family and the perception of child as a value. It is therefore relevant to evaluate future spouses' preparation for a modern marriage and to constantly improve it. Such preparation is usually understood as young people's readiness far their first marriage. Readiness for the second marriage and child's education in the second family are no less important though still insufficiently explored empirically and theoretically generalized. This paper explores attitudes to child's education in the second marriage. The research was conducted inquiring people who wanted to create a family or establish long-term relationships. They were members of the online dating site "Harmonious Couple". 展开更多

Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a group of heterogeneous,multi-factorial,neurodevelopmental disorders resulting from genetic and environmental factors interplay.Infection is a significant trigger of autism,especially during the critical developmental period.There is a strong interplay between the viral infection as a trigger and a result of ASD.We aim to highlight the mutual relationship between autism and viruses.We performed a thorough literature review and included 158 research in this review.Most of the literature agreed on the possible effects of the viral infection during the critical period of development on the risk of developing autism,especially for specific viral infections such as Rubella,Cytomegalovirus,Herpes Simplex virus,Varicella Zoster Virus,Influenza virus,Zika virus,and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2.Viral infection directly infects the brain,triggers immune activation,induces epigenetic changes,and raises the risks of having a child with autism.At the same time,there is some evidence of increased risk of infection,including viral infections in children with autism,due to lots of factors.There is an increased risk of developing autism with a specific viral infection during the early developmental period and an increased risk of viral infections in children with autism.In addition,children with autism are at increased risk of infection,including viruses.Every effort should be made to prevent maternal and early-life infections and reduce the risk of autism.Immune modulation of children with autism should be considered to reduce the risk of infection. 展开更多

为探讨正念教养与幼儿焦虑的关系,分析父母陪伴在其中可能发挥的中介效应,以正念教养问卷、Spence学前儿童焦虑量表及父母陪伴状况调查问卷为测量工具,选取912名3~6岁幼儿父母实施调查。调查结果显示,在幼儿性别上,广泛焦虑维度的得分... 为探讨正念教养与幼儿焦虑的关系,分析父母陪伴在其中可能发挥的中介效应,以正念教养问卷、Spence学前儿童焦虑量表及父母陪伴状况调查问卷为测量工具,选取912名3~6岁幼儿父母实施调查。调查结果显示,在幼儿性别上,广泛焦虑维度的得分与焦虑总分均存在显著差异;在父母角色上,精神陪伴维度和养育陪伴维度的得分均存在显著差异;在父母学历上,正念教养总分及各维度得分,父母陪伴总分与学习、娱乐、精神陪伴维度的得分,躯体伤害恐惧维度和强迫冲动障碍维度的得分均存在显著差异。正念教养与幼儿焦虑呈负相关关系,但与父母陪伴呈正相关关系;父母陪伴与幼儿焦虑呈负相关关系,但父母陪伴在正念教养与幼儿焦虑间起部分中介作用。据此建议父母应平衡角色、分工合作,关注幼儿性别特征,践行正念教养理念并提供高质量的陪伴来保障幼儿心理健康发展。 展开更多

促进还是阻碍:全球视域下信息技术早期教育应用的SWOT分析及对策 被引量:19

信息技术已经改变了人类的学习、工作、生活、娱乐方式。为了全面、深刻地认识信息技术应用对早期教育的影响,本研究通过文献研究、引文追溯法,选取SSCI、CSSCI期刊中的相关文献,再通过SWOT分析法分析信息技术早期教育应用的优势、劣势... 信息技术已经改变了人类的学习、工作、生活、娱乐方式。为了全面、深刻地认识信息技术应用对早期教育的影响,本研究通过文献研究、引文追溯法,选取SSCI、CSSCI期刊中的相关文献,再通过SWOT分析法分析信息技术早期教育应用的优势、劣势、机会、威胁。结果表明信息技术能拓展早期教育时空、提升人类早期教育与儿童学习能效、优化早期教育环境、丰富早期教育内容与手段等,但技术本质上是负载价值的相对中性,技术应用的成败与利弊取决于人,因此信息技术无法取代人在早期教育中的作用与地位。电视、电影、动画片及其他视频、电子游戏、移动设备、音频、电子书、社交媒体等各种信息技术都各有所长,在认知、社会、情感、身体发展、行为习惯等领域均对儿童发展有积极影响,且影响各有差异。同时,各种信息技术也有可能给儿童发展的上述领域带来严重威胁与消极影响,例如媒体或游戏上瘾、不健康媒体内容(包括暴力、烟酒毒、色情与性等)、网络欺凌、数字脚印、隐私及其他网络安全隐患、大脑损伤、骨骼疼痛、视力受损、发育迟缓、运动能力低下、营养失衡、肥胖、睡眠问题、不健康体像、心理问题、阅读能力削弱、社会认知障碍、社会交往能力低等。根据SWOT分析的结果,信息技术应用于早期教育时应采取微观技术性对策与宏观社会性对策。微观技术性对策包括优势—机会策略、劣势—机会策略、优势—威胁策略、劣势—威胁策略等四种基本策略,其执行需要处理好系统分析、平衡管控、应用创新等三个环节,且需理清它们之间的相互关系;宏观社会性对策包括构建智慧早期教育新理论体系、发展儿童文化创意产业、健全并严格执行涉及儿童信息安全与健康的相关法规、建立能有效保护儿童的信息环境监控工作机制。信息技术对早期教育的影响是有条件的,对儿童发展既可能起促进作用也可能起阻碍作用,应把信息技术当作一种工具,而不是依靠信息技术来解决儿童发展的问题。 展开更多

目的:探讨儿童医疗辅导游戏配合童趣化教育对腹腔镜阑尾切除术患儿配合度的影响。方法:选取2022年1月1日~11月30日行腹腔镜阑尾切除术患儿577例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组288例和观察组289例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组接... 目的:探讨儿童医疗辅导游戏配合童趣化教育对腹腔镜阑尾切除术患儿配合度的影响。方法:选取2022年1月1日~11月30日行腹腔镜阑尾切除术患儿577例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组288例和观察组289例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组接受儿童医疗辅导游戏配合童趣化教育干预;比较两组围术期情况、依从性、心理状态[采用改良耶鲁围术期焦虑量表(m YPAS)]及家长满意度。结果:干预后,观察组下床活动、首次通气及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01),观察组依从率高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组mYPAS中活动、发声、情绪表达、警惕状态、父母依赖程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组家长对服务态度、护理技术及护理质量满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:儿童医疗辅导游戏配合童趣化教育能明显改善行腹腔镜阑尾切除术患儿的术后恢复情况,提高治疗依从性,减轻患儿围术期焦虑、担忧等心理状态,提升患儿配合度,增加家属满意度。 展开更多
