An Intervention Study of Language Cognition and Emotional Speech Community Method for Children’s Speech Disorders

Speech disorders are a common type of childhood disease.Through experimental intervention,this study aims to improve the vocabulary comprehension levels and language ability of children with speech disorders through the language cognition and emotional speech community method.We also conduct a statistical analysis of the inter-ventional effect.Among children with speech disorders in Dongguan City,224 were selected and grouped accord-ing to their receptive language ability and IQ.The 112 children in the experimental group(EG)received speech therapy with language cognitive and emotional speech community,while the 112 children in the control group(CG)only received conventional treatment.After six months of experimental intervention,the Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test-Revised(PPVT-R)was used to test the language ability of the two groups.Overall,we employed a quantitative approach to obtain numerical values,examine the variables identified,and test hypotheses.Further-more,we used descriptive statistics to explore the research questions related to the study and statistically describe the overall distribution of the demographic variables.The statistical t-test was used to analyze the data.The data shows that after intervention through language cognition and emotional speech community therapy,the PPVT-R score of the EG was significantly higher than that of the CG.Therefore,we conclude that there is a significant difference in language ability between the EG and CG after the therapy.Although both groups improved,the post-therapy language level of EG is significantly higher than that of CG.The total effective rate in EG is higher than CG,and the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).Therefore,we conclude that the language cogni-tion and emotional speech community method is effective as an interventional treatment of children’s speech dis-orders and that it is more effective than traditional treatment methods. 展开更多

The number of mobile application services is showing an explosive growth trend,which makes it difficult for users to determine which ones are of interest.Especially,the new mobile application services are emerge continuously,most of them have not be rated when they need to be recommended to users.This is the typical problem of cold start in the field of collaborative filtering recommendation.This problem may makes it difficult for users to locate and acquire the services that they actually want,and the accuracy and novelty of service recommendations are also difficult to satisfy users.To solve this problem,a hybrid recommendation method for mobile application services based on content feature extraction is proposed in this paper.First,the proposed method in this paper extracts service content features through Natural Language Processing technologies such as word segmentation,part-of-speech tagging,and dependency parsing.It improves the accuracy of describing service attributes and the rationality of the method of calculating service similarity.Then,a language representation model called Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers(BERT)is used to vectorize the content feature text,and an improved weighted word mover’s distance algorithm based on Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency(TFIDF-WMD)is used to calculate the similarity of mobile application services.Finally,the recommendation process is completed by combining the item-based collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm.The experimental results show that by using the proposed hybrid recommendation method presented in this paper,the cold start problem is alleviated to a certain extent,and the accuracy of the recommendation result has been significantly improved. 展开更多

目的分析B细胞活化因子(BAFF)与小儿自身免疫性脑炎严重程度的相关性,为临床诊治小儿自身免疫性脑炎提供思路。方法该研究采用病例-对照的研究方法,将该院2020年1月至2022年6月收治的45例自身免疫性脑炎患儿作为病例组,另将该院同期收治... 目的分析B细胞活化因子(BAFF)与小儿自身免疫性脑炎严重程度的相关性,为临床诊治小儿自身免疫性脑炎提供思路。方法该研究采用病例-对照的研究方法,将该院2020年1月至2022年6月收治的45例自身免疫性脑炎患儿作为病例组,另将该院同期收治的45例病毒性脑炎患儿作为对照组;查阅两组患儿电子病历档案,收集性别、年龄、临床特征、脑脊液BAFF、血清BAFF等临床资料;应用改良Rankin量表(mRS)评估自身免疫性脑炎患儿的病情严重程度,比较轻度组、中重度组患儿实验室资料及影像学资料,分析BAFF与小儿自身免疫性脑炎严重程度的关系。结果病例组临床特征为精神行为异常、认知障碍、癫痫发作、语言障碍、意识障碍占比高于对照组,临床特征为发热、恶心占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组脑脊液BAFF及血清BAFF水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组与对照组其他资料对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);45例自身免疫性脑炎患儿经评估,病情程度为轻度28例,中重度17例;轻度组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、mRS评分低于中重度组,白蛋白、脑脊液BAFF及血清BAFF水平高于中重度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他不同病情程度患儿实验室资料及影像学资料对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经Point-biserial相关性分析显示,脑脊液BAFF及血清BAFF与小儿自身免疫性脑炎严重程度均呈负相关(r=-0.524、-0.562,P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析显示,自身免疫性脑炎患儿脑脊液BAFF与血清BAFF呈正相关(r=0.437,P<0.05);绘制受试者工作特征曲线,结果显示,脑脊液BAFF、血清BAFF预测小儿自身免疫性脑炎严重程度的曲线下面积均>0.7,均具有良好的预测价值。结论BAFF与小儿自身免疫性脑炎严重程度密切相关,且对预测小儿自身免疫性脑炎严重程度具有良好的价值。 展开更多

目的分析2019—2021年深圳市平湖地区儿童流感病毒感染的临床特点及流行病学特征,提高对儿童流感病毒感染认知的同时为流感疫情有效控制提供理论依据。方法收集2019年9月至2021年9月于深圳市龙岗区第五人民医院门诊经流感快速检测确诊... 目的分析2019—2021年深圳市平湖地区儿童流感病毒感染的临床特点及流行病学特征,提高对儿童流感病毒感染认知的同时为流感疫情有效控制提供理论依据。方法收集2019年9月至2021年9月于深圳市龙岗区第五人民医院门诊经流感快速检测确诊为流感病毒感染患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果流感患儿共144例,男85例,女59例,男女比例为1.44∶1.00;年龄0.25~13岁,平均(4.55±3.10)岁,以幼儿期多见。144例患儿以发热、咳嗽、流涕、鼻塞、消化道非特异性症状为主要临床表现,其中发热以高热为主。144例患儿白细胞计数正常占64.49%,超敏C反应蛋白正常占78.26%;甲型流感病毒抗原检测阳性占51.39%,乙型流感病毒抗原检测阳性占45.14%。肺部影像学检查异常以右肺病理性改变多见。结论流感病毒感染以幼儿期多见,常见临床表现为发热、咳嗽、流涕、鼻塞、消化道非特异性症状,血常规、超敏C反应蛋白指标异常患儿较少。 展开更多

该研究采用测验法对四川省的绵阳、南充、自贡三个地级市的12所幼儿园,共540名幼儿的语言入学准备现状进行了调查研究。研究结果表明:总体上看,三个地区的儿童在语言入学准备上呈显著性差异,绵阳地区的儿童在语言测验的七个方面的具体... 该研究采用测验法对四川省的绵阳、南充、自贡三个地级市的12所幼儿园,共540名幼儿的语言入学准备现状进行了调查研究。研究结果表明:总体上看,三个地区的儿童在语言入学准备上呈显著性差异,绵阳地区的儿童在语言测验的七个方面的具体表现水平均显著高于南充地区和自贡地区的儿童;不同地区的儿童在语言准备能力上的差异性与测验试题的难度有关,在一定程度上,语言任务的难度越大,解决问题所需要的综合能力就越强,不同地区儿童的差异就越大;三个地区的儿童在语言学习品质上均存在着明显的入学准备不足的情况。研究进一步分析发现,三个地区的儿童在语言入学准备上的差异性与地区的经济发展水平、师资力量的配置以及教育者(教师和家长)的教育教学观念有着显著的相关性。 展开更多
