目的:建立双通道高效液相色谱法同时测定人体血清中维生素A、D_3、E的含量,以诊断维生素缺乏症,监视营养状况。方法:取血清100μL,加入100μL乙醇,震荡,加入0.7 mL正己烷萃取,通氮气将正己烷提取液挥发干后用乙醇溶解,进样分析。色谱条... 目的:建立双通道高效液相色谱法同时测定人体血清中维生素A、D_3、E的含量,以诊断维生素缺乏症,监视营养状况。方法:取血清100μL,加入100μL乙醇,震荡,加入0.7 mL正己烷萃取,通氮气将正己烷提取液挥发干后用乙醇溶解,进样分析。色谱条件:色谱柱为Nova-Pak C_(18)(3.9 mm×150 mm,4μm),流动相为甲醇-水(95:5),流速为1.5 mL·min^(-1),检测波长维生素A、E为300 nm,维生素D_3为265 nm。结果:维生素A在0.10~0.90 mg·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999 9,维生素D_3在5.00~45.00 mg·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999 3,维生素E在1.00~40.00 mg·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,r= 0.997 0;维生素A、D_3、E的平均回收率分别为94.7%,90.2%,98.8%。结论:本方法快速、灵敏、准确,简便易行。 展开更多

On April 26-27, 2013, the Step by Step Foundation hosted the Second International Spinal Cord Repair Meeting at the Fira Barcelona Convention Center in Hospitalet de Llobregat, Spain, highlighting some of the exciting research including clinical trials which show promise for treatments for this devastating disorder. This meeting brought together clinicians, clinical scientists and molecular biologists from more than 10 countries to evaluate current knowledge on clinical, cellular, and biomolecular aspects of spinal cord injury. A major goal of the conference in advancing the translation of research data to the clinic was to promote multi-pronged approaches for therapy of this complex problem. 展开更多
