BIM模型不支持有限元计算,且BIM模型与有限元分析模型数据交互困难,故BIM技术正向设计过程中存在建模效率低、模型修改困难等问题,无法做到BIM结构设计与有限元力学分析一体化,增加了结构模型建模与纠错成本.本文依托Revit和Midas/Civil软件平台,在Dynamo环境下采用IronPython语言设计了一套Revit-Midas/Civil的模型信息转换程序.以博士大桥主桥为对象,通过程序自动实现:1)Revit模型桥梁构件分解、截面特性计算、拉索及梁塔弹性连接处理,并转换成适用于Midas/Civil的语言格式MCT文件,实现了Revit向Midas/Civil模型信息自动转换;2)将有限元计算结果反馈到Revit模型中,对作用效应信息按数值大小赋予渐变颜色,实现了在BIM模型中显示有限元分析结果的展示功能.本文程序可实现Revit-Midas/Civil模型信息转换,有效提高了BIM正向应用效率,弥补了BIM技术在桥梁结构分析方面的不足. 展开更多

With the deployment of ultra-dense low earth orbit(LEO)satellite constellations,LEO satellite access network(LEO-SAN)is envisioned to achieve global Internet coverage.Meanwhile,the civil aviation communications have increased dramatically,especially for providing airborne Internet services.However,due to dynamic service demands and onboard LEO resources over time and space,it poses huge challenges in satellite-aircraft access and service management in ultra-dense LEO satellite networks(UDLSN).In this paper,we propose a deep reinforcement learning-based approach for ultra-dense LEO satellite-aircraft access and service management.Firstly,we develop an airborne Internet architecture based on UDLSN and design a management mechanism including medium earth orbit satellites to guarantee lightweight management.Secondly,considering latency-sensitive and latency-tolerant services,we formulate the problem of satellite-aircraft access and service management for civil aviation to ensure service continuity.Finally,we propose a proximal policy optimization-based access and service management algorithm to solve the formulated problem.Simulation results demonstrate the convergence and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm with satisfying the service continuity when applying to the UDLSN. 展开更多

In order to research on the design and implementation of a modernized GPS civil signals simulation system,a brief review of the modernized GPS signals is introduced,including the signal structure and characteristics of L2C,L5 and L1C signals.The design and implementation of the main modules of the simulation system is described in detail.The simulation system is mainly composed of parameter setting,system initialization,signal generator,noise generator,disturbance generator,signal synthesis,low-pass filter,A/D conversion and storage.The simulation results based on Matlab are then presented,and the power spectral density(PSD) of all navigation signals is analyzed.The simulation system completes the physical layer simulation of a modernized GPS new civil signal and can provide a controllable signal source for designing and testing of modernized GPS civil receivers,especially for the signal processing algorithm design of the GPS software receiver. 展开更多

学术界对于“什么是文明”存有争议的原因,是把文明(civilized)、文明社会(civilization)和国家(civitas)三个不同的概念混为一谈造成的。“文明1”大致相当于英语civilized(文明的)。文化是人群的生活方式,但是不仅彬彬有礼、琴棋书画... 学术界对于“什么是文明”存有争议的原因,是把文明(civilized)、文明社会(civilization)和国家(civitas)三个不同的概念混为一谈造成的。“文明1”大致相当于英语civilized(文明的)。文化是人群的生活方式,但是不仅彬彬有礼、琴棋书画、轻歌曼舞、美味佳肴是文化,愚昧粗鲁、恶俗陋习、野风蛮舞、吃糠咽菜也是生活方式,所以文明1不完全等同于文化,而只有被认可与受推崇的文化才被称为文明。无论古今中外,作为文化的文明1都是褒义的,文明1即“文明”的本义,也是对文化的价值判断。“文明2”相当于英语civilization(文明社会),摩尔根用以指称继蒙昧社会与野蛮社会之后出现的、高于蒙昧与野蛮状态的社会阶段。作为社会形态的文明2当然比蒙昧与野蛮社会要进步,但是文明社会并非一切都是文明的,其中充斥着种种不文明的蒙昧与野蛮,所以不能说文明2就是“文明的”社会。“文明3”相当于英语civitas(国家),是中国学者根据恩格斯的“国家是文明社会的概括”得出的概念,系指继部落联盟或酋邦之后出现的社会组织形态。因为不同国家的国体与政体各不相同,有了国家之后并非一切都变得比野蛮社会更文明了,所以作为国家的文明3也不都是“文明的”国家。 展开更多

Perfecting the natural resource system and auditing natural resource assets are requirements in protecting natural resources and developing an ecological civilization in practice.While the natural resource asset audit both confirms and quantifies natural resources,the nature of such resources makes it difficult to identify their ownership.Further,these resources'diversity creates complex measurement standards and activities,all of which require relevant institutional guarantees.However,the existing audit system for natural resource assets includes insufficient stock,incremental difficulties,and poor guidance,which cannot meet the requirements for environmental governance and an ecological civilization.Thus,it is necessary to define natural resource assets’rights and measurement systems and responsibility regulations,among others;construct an auditing participation system,technical regulations,and evaluation criterion for natural resource assets;amend the Audit Law in a timely manner;and enact natural resource asset legislation.Ultimately,such efforts would eliminate the bottleneck in the natural resource asset auditing system and facilitate the construction of a resource-saving,environmentally friendly society. 展开更多

针对渠道工程设计前期勘探时间长、二维计算过程繁琐、设计变更工作量巨大、现有渠道建模未考虑与地形数据联动等问题,提出一种基于Civil3D的渠道工程参数化设计方法,即以Civil3D为核心的渠道参数化设计关键技术,采用91位图助手获取勘... 针对渠道工程设计前期勘探时间长、二维计算过程繁琐、设计变更工作量巨大、现有渠道建模未考虑与地形数据联动等问题,提出一种基于Civil3D的渠道工程参数化设计方法,即以Civil3D为核心的渠道参数化设计关键技术,采用91位图助手获取勘察后的平面坐标,使用GlobalMapper对栅格文件中高程数据进行纠偏,通过ArcGIS整合、提取地形三维空间数据,并结合WPF窗体技术,以MVVM编程框架,开发面向对象的渠道参数化设计数据管理平台,拓展Civil3D参数计算及工程数据科学管理功能,为渠道参数化模型与三维地形模型的建立奠定基础。利用Atuodesk Subassembly Composer定制渠道横断面部件,通过建立目标参数及部件元素中的逻辑关系,实现渠道模型的参数化操作和与地形模型动态链接。实例应用结果表明,该技术可使渠道工程由二维设计过渡到三维参数化设计,优化了渠道设计阶段数据采集方面时间成本,降低了Civil3D使用难度,减少了设计变更产生的工作量,提高了设计效率,为水利线状工程参数化设计提供了参考。 展开更多

The role of civil society organisations (CSOs) in healthcare delivery system: A case study of child immunisation in Kabarole district, Uganda

Background: The importance of civil society organisations in health care delivery systems cannot be under-rated in sub-SaharanAfricaand other developing nations worldwide. Civil society organisations play a central role in service delivery and development of democracy. However, little is known about the roles and achievements of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in healthcare. The study aimed at exploring the role of civil society organisations in health care delivery system particularly in children immunization. Methods: A questionnaire survey involving 282 households was conducted. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics followed by multivariable logistic regression. Results: Ninety seven percent (97%) confirmed that CSOs/NGOs healthcare facilities played a major role in healthcare service delivery. 84% travelled long distances to access the healthcare services including child immunisation services. Travelling long distances (>2 km) to access for health care services including immunization compared to short distance (<1 km) (OR = 0.4, P = 0.0001), possessing a food stores (enguli) compared to not having a food store (enguli) (OR = 2.3, P = 0.002), having separate animal houses compared to not having livestock houses (OR = 0.09, P = 0.0001), and owning a bicycle compared to not having a bicycle (OR = 2.2, P = 0.005) are important determinants for the number of clients at CSO health centers. Further, possessing and using a cellphone compared to no cellphone (OR = 3.7, P = 0.001), Possessing and watching a television compared to not having a television (OR = 2.4, P = 0.002), educated compared to not acquiring any formal education (OR = 0.084, P = 0.0001), and female compared to male respondent (OR = 0.49, P = 0.0045) are other most important factors likely to determine the numbers of clients at the CSO healthcare. Conclusion: Geographies of CSO and community socioeconomics strongly determine the operations and the roles played by the CSO healthcare services in Uganda. Further studies to assess the role of CSO health service providers in other healthcare services need to be done. 展开更多

Analysis of the Focal Issues of the Implementation of the Block System Reform in China--From the Perspective of the Protection of Civil Rights

In February 2016, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of China issued the "Several Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Planning and Construction", stating that, in principle, closed residential areas will no longer be constructed and will be replaced by the promotion of the block system. This change in policy has aroused a great deal of controversy in various circles of society in China. In 2017, Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan province, made an innovative attempt to implement "small block regulations." In 2018, the first "block system" public rental housing district appeared in Beijing, the capital of China. These innovative practices have promoted the pace of block system reform in China, but in general, the implementation of block system reform is difficult. From the perspective of public opinion, it seems that many citizens misunderstand the block system. This may be due to the complex interactions among community environmental management, public security, privacy, and other factors where individual interests and public interests meet. This article, from the perspective of the protection of civil rights, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the block system at the value level, distinguishes the differences between the block systems of China, the UK and the US and then puts forward the theory that the block system reforms for newly built and existing residences are different and should be implemented independently. Concerning the key point of the block system reforms, the "greater difficulty in the implementation of the block system reform in the existing residential quarters" is the proposal to expropriate the commonly owned internal roads and appropriately compensate the residents. Finally, to cope with the core issues effectively, this article advocates gradual implementation of the block system reforms in China, including legislation, policy transformation, cultural construction, and pilot trials to promote the success of the implementation. 展开更多

This paper presents a Fuzzy Control Model for SHM (Structural Health Monitoring) of civil infrastructure systems. Two important considerations of this model are (a) effective control of structural mechanism to prevent damage of civil infrastructure systems, and (b) energy-efficient data transmissions. Fuzzy Logic is incorporated into the model to provide (a) capability for handling imprecision and non-statistical uncertainty associated with structural monitoring, and (b) framework for effective control of the mechanism of civil infrastructure systems. Moreover, wireless smart sensors are deployed in the model to measure dynamic response of civil infrastructure systems to structural excitation. The operation of these wireless smart sensors is characterized as discounted SMDP (Semi-Markov Decision Process) consisting of two states, namely: sensing/processing and transmitting/receiving. The objective of the SMDP-based measurement scheme is to choose policy that offers optimal energy-efficient transmission of measured value of vibration-based dynamic response. Depending on the net magnitude of measured dynamic responses to excitation signals, data may (or may not) be transmitted to the Fuzzy control segment for appropriate control of the mechanism of civil infrastructure systems. The efficacy of this model is tested via numerical analysis, which is implemented in MATLAB software. It is shown that this model can provide energy-efficient structural health monitoring and effective control of civil infrastructure systems. 展开更多

The BeiDou-Ⅱcivil navigation message(BDⅡ-CNAV)is transmitted in an open environment and no information integrity protection measures are provided.Hence,the BDⅡ-CNAV faces the threat of spoofing attacks,which can lead to wrong location reports and time indication.In order to deal with this threat,we proposed a scheme of anti-spoofing for BDⅡ-CNAV based on integrated information authentication.This scheme generates two type authentication information,one is authentication code information(ACI),which is applied to confirm the authenticity and reliability of satellite time information,and the other is signature information,which is used to authenticate the integrity of satellite location information and other information.Both authentication information is designed to embed into the reserved bits in BDⅡ-CNAV without changing the frame structure.In order to avoid authentication failure caused by public key error or key error,the key or public key prompt information(KPKPI)are designed to remind the receiver to update both keys in time.Experimental results indicate that the scheme can successfully detect spoofing attacks,and the authentication delay is less than 1%of the transmission delay,which meets the requirements of BDⅡ-CNAV information authentication. 展开更多

The“1+X”system has a great impact on the development of vocational education.Based on this system,it is imperative to carry out the reform and practice of the core curriculum of Civil Engineering and Architecture.Several vocational colleges have made attempts in the reform and practice of the curriculum,but the effect is not ideal.Under the influence of various factors,such as the lack of experience,there are also several problems in the reform and practice of the curriculum.Among them,the most apparent problems are as follows:the curriculum reform is not synchronized with the development of teaching materials,the pertinence of practical teaching is lacking,and the guidance provided for professional certificate examinations is not well-established.This paper specifically analyzes the problems existing in the reform and practice of the core curriculum of Civil Engineering and Architecture under the“1+X”system,and then puts forward effective strategies for these problems. 展开更多
