Moreover, the current practices for anesthesia monitoring are mainly based on methods that do not provide adequate information and may present obstacles to the precise application of anesthesia. Most recently, there has been a growing trend to utilize brain network analysis to reveal the mechanisms of anesthesia, with the aim of providing novel insights to promote practical application. This review summarizes recent research on brain network studies of anesthesia, and compares the underlying neural mechanisms of consciousness and anesthesia along with the neural signs and measures of the distinct aspects of neural activity. Using the theory of cortical fragmentation as a starting point, we introduce important methods and research involving connectivity and network analysis. We demonstrate that whole-brain multimodal network data can provide important supplementary clinical information. More importantly, this review posits that brain network methods, if simplified, will likely play an important role in improving the current clinical anesthesia monitoring systems.展开更多

Their mean urinary and serum pseudouridine levels were 39.2=11.5 nmol / /μmol creatinine and 3.4 ± 1.3 μmol / L, 24.5 = 5.4 nmol / μmol creatinine and 2.5 = 0.5 μmol / L, 22.8 ± 7.8 nmol / μmol creatinine and 2.3 = 0.4 μmol / L, 26.4 ± 4.6 nmol / μmol creatinine and 2.3 = 0.4 μmol / L, respectively. Exceeding the mean plus 2SD of pseudouridine of healthy control was considered as positive value for the diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Thus the positivity of urinary and serum pseudouridine in hepatoma was 71.3% and 70.0%, respectively. The positive rate of combined pseudouridine and alpha-fetoprotein assay was 91.3% in patients with hepatoma. Besides, pseudouridine levels could elevate before positive localization and reduce to normal levels after tumor resection. The results showed that the determination of pseudouridine is of clinical significance in the diagnosis and monitoring of primary liver cancer.展开更多

Moreover, we analyzed the plasma concentration of vancomycin in infants in the hospital from 2013 to 2014. Simultaneously, we also discussed the necessity of regular therapeutic drug monitoring of vancomycin in infants, and the important role of clinical pharmacists was further explored. The results showed that it was necessary to routinely monitor the therapeutic drug in infants. Clinical pharmacists performed medication monitoring, which improved the effectiveness of vancomycin and prevented its adverse effects. In addition, it is a new treatment model for the participation of clinical pharmacists in the clinical treatment.展开更多
