In China,the urban industrial district is usually an organic concentrated district including many factories that are in big,middle or small size,and are coordinated in the process of production,or use infrastructure i...In China,the urban industrial district is usually an organic concentrated district including many factories that are in big,middle or small size,and are coordinated in the process of production,or use infrastructure in common.The formation and development of the urban industrial district in China are affected by not only general factors such as natural factor,transportation factor,labour factor,ecologic factor,but also special factors such as agglomeration factor,technologic factor and social factor.To the district’s formation, both the social factors and natural factors are important,especially the attitude the government have towards the district and the regional natural condition.But the agglomeration, market and transportation costs here are not as important as those in the traditional Industrial Location Theory.Now we must pay great attention to these three factors owing to the new economic conditions in China.In the development of the district,the main factors are technology and agglomeration.This indicates that the technologic factor is gradually the essential condition in the development of the district.Besides,we must also know the affection of the eclologic factor in the development of the district.According to the reality of Caohejing district,this paper gives every factor mark in the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).With the result of the AHP,some suggestions have been put forward to Caohejing Hi-Tech Park and other urban industrial districts as well.展开更多

An evaluation index system for ERCCIP is proposed. The weight of sub-criteria and criteria of the evaluation index system for ERCCIP are determined using the improved FPP. In order to identify the consequence of lead p...Lead is an important toxic heavy metal among environment pollution. Some industrial parks were founded in 2005 including non-ferrous metal processing and smelting plants. In order to identify the consequence of lead pollution on children around the industry park, blood samples of neighboring children were collected and analyzed in laboratory. The results showed that the involved children have suffered serious harms from Pb pollution. Almost 75% of the children's blood lead levels (BLLs) exceeded the limit of normal blood lead. Worse still, 26.17% of them were at the level of Moderate lead poisoning. The group aged 0-7 showed more susceptibility to Pb than that aged 8-14. Only 19.05% of the children aged 0-7 were at the level of normal blood lead, compared with 45.45% in the group aged 8-14. There was no significant difference between the values of blood lead concentration for male and female or among different age groups. Some approaches, which include controlling the Pb pollution from the industry park and safeguarding the residents, esp. the children were suggested.展开更多

The fifth-generation(5G)wireless communication networks are expected to play an essential role in the transformation of vertical industries.Among many exciting applications to be enabled by 5G,logistics tasks in indus...The fifth-generation(5G)wireless communication networks are expected to play an essential role in the transformation of vertical industries.Among many exciting applications to be enabled by 5G,logistics tasks in industry parks can be performed more efficiently via vehicle-to-everything(V2X)communications.In this paper,a multi-layer collaboration framework enabled by V2X is proposed for logistics management in industrial parks.The proposed framework includes three layers:a perception and execution layer,a logistics layer,and a configuration layer.In addition to the collaboration among these three layers,this study addresses the collaboration among devices,edge servers,and cloud services.For effective logistics in industrial parks,task collaboration is achieved through four functions:environmental perception and map construction,task allocation,path planning,and vehicle movement.To dynamically coordinate these functions,device–edge–cloud collaboration,which is supported by 5G slices and V2X communication technology,is applied.Then,the analytical target cascading method is adopted to configure and evaluate the collaboration schemes of industrial parks.Finally,a logistics analytical case study in industrial parks is employed to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed collaboration framework.展开更多

Such an industrial park is a new urban functional area produced in the context of civil-military integration. Compared with industrial parks in the usual sense, it pays more attenteon to scientific research, innovation, cooperation and communication. In this paper, through in-depth analyses of relevant literature and domestic actual situation, the industrial park's basic advantages and external environmental policies were interpreted, and the application prospect and practical significance of the current civil-military integration policy were analyzed based on the platform strategy of the civil-military integration industrial park. With R & D industrial parks as the object of study, this paper clarified the management of enterprises in this type of parks and the support provided by the parks, sorted out the industrial park planning plan under the civil-military integration strategy in accordance with the current economic situation and policy orientation, and finally reached the conclusion that the construction of the construction of R & D industrial parks under the civil-military integration strategy is a new growth point that will drive the deepening reform of the national economy and the sustained development of the national economy.展开更多

The quality of the effluent water was stable and good. During stable operation,the COD,NH3-N and TP concentrations of the influent water were 147-475,42-23. 5 and 0. 65-0. 85 mg/L,respectively,and those of the effluent water were 147-475,0. 08-0. 82 and 0. 18-0. 26 mg/L,respectively,so the average removal rates of COD,NH3-N and TP were 82%,97% and 72%,respectively,meeting the standard for Class-A emissions of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant( GB18918-2002). In addition,the process has certain anti-impact capacity and ability to mitigate membrane fouling,meeting the objectives of upgrading and transformation. With R & D industrial parks as the object of study, this paper clarified the management of enterprises in this type of parks and the support provided by the parks, sorted out the industrial park planning plan under the civil-military integration strategy in accordance with the current economic situation and policy orientation, and finally reached the conclusion that the construction of the construction of R & D industrial parks under the civil-military integration strategy is a new growth point that will drive the deepening reform of the national economy and the sustained development of the national economy.

文摘A pilot-scale research was conducted on nanostructured ceramic membrane bio-reactor( NCMBR) for treatment of comprehensive wastewater from industrial park. The quality of the effluent water was stable and good. During stable operation,the COD,NH3-N and TP concentrations of the influent water were 147-475,42-23. 5 and 0. 65-0. 85 mg/L,respectively,and those of the effluent water were 147-475,0. 08-0. 82 and 0. 18-0. 26 mg/L,respectively,so the average removal rates of COD,NH3-N and TP were 82%,97% and 72%,respectively,meeting the standard for Class-A emissions of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant( GB18918-2002). In addition,the process has certain anti-impact capacity and ability to mitigate membrane fouling,meeting the objectives of upgrading and transformation. This study will provide reference for upgrading of existing sewage treatment plants.
文摘Firstly,the status quo of Pingxiang City as a resource-exhausted city was introduced firstly,and then the development situation of Anyuan Coal Mine,which is the representative of traditional coal industry in Pingxiang,was summarized.Moreover,the classification and value of mining heritage were analyzed,and it is proposed that the development of mine heritage tourism and urban transformation should be combined.The planning of Anyuan National Mine Park under the background of urban transformation was analyzed to provides an idea for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage.
文摘The establishment and development of the industrial symbiosis of eco-industrial park are affected by several factors.Based on the formed industrial symbiosis supporting system chart,this article analyzes the microcosmic supporting system and macroscopic supporting system.In the microcosmic supporting system,it elaborates five aspects including key enterprises,service intermediaries in the park,symbiotic enterprises,competitors and the public in detail.Then it describes the macroscopic supporting system from four aspects of governmental participation,technological innovation,educational promotion and cultural support.Finally,combining with the current construction status of the eco-industrial park in China,it proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to build the supporting system for the eco-industrial park and provides theoretical support for the faster and better construction of the eco-industrial park in China.
文摘On September 9, 2017, China Green Automation Precision Casting and Forging Industrial Park started the construction. The Park, with a total investment of CNY 3 billion and a total area of 1000 mu (1 mu is about 667 m^2), is located in Jinji Industrial Park of Litong District, Wuzhong City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The project will be completed in three phases, and the first phase has an investment of CNY 1.3 billion and covers an area of 500 mu. This is a major project for Wuzhong City to create a "Made in China 2025" pilot demonstration city.
