Informationization of coal enterprises and digital mine

Analyzed the main problems which were found in current conditions and prob- lems of informationization in coal enterprises.It clarified how to achieve informationization in coal mine and put forward a general configuration of informationization construction in which informationization in coal enterprises was divided into two parts: informationization of safety production and informationization of management.Planned a platform of inte- grated management of informationization in coal enterprises.Ultimately,it has brought forward that an overall integrated digital mine is the way to achieve the goal of informa- tionization in coal enterprises,which can promote the application of automation,digitaliza- tion,networking,informaitionization to intellectualization.At the same time,the competi- tiveness of enterprises can be improved entirely,and new type of coal industry can be supported by information technology.

Landscape architecture and environment improvement of coal enterprises

The coal enterprise＇s spoiled environment situation was analyzed in this paper. The coal enterprises＇environment conditions must be improved under the trend of sustainable development and economic globalization. And it is important for using landscape architecture techniques to improve coal enterprises＇ environmental conditions. Four principles should be followed to improve the coal enterprises＇ environment by landscape architect were pointed out.

Supply Chain Cooperation between Coal Enterprise and Electric Power Enterprise in China

Based on the two-stage Stackelberg game method, value creation of supply chain cooperation between coal enterprise and power utilities is studied by formulating profit functions of coal and power enterprises and calculating the maximum profit. According to the analysis, it is found that the profit from supply chain cooperation between coal and power enterprises is more than that of non- cooperation. The cooperation is validated to be beneficial for both units; however, the profit is mainly taken by the power enterprise. Thus, it is necessary to set up the incentive mechanism to distribute cooperation value between coal and power enterprises to promote their continual cooperation.

DATONG MINING BUREAU——THE LARGEST COAL ENTERPRISE IN CHINA

The Datong Mining Bureau, locatedin the southwest of Datong, famousfor its history and culture, is thelargest coal enterprise in China. It has 200,000staff and workers and fixed assets of RMB9.81 billion. Its annual output of raw coal is37 million tons, and its sales income totalsRMB 4.62 billion, of which RMB 1.18 billioniS tax and profits.

Strengthening the Financial Management of Coal Enterprises under the New Situation

Along with China＇ s rapid economic development, the competition between enterprises is more and more intense, especially for the coal enterprises, and the market competition is fierce is predictable. If the coal enterprises want to be a healthy, sustainable development, it is necessary to strengthen the financial management and change the management mode according to the characteristics of the market competition. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of financial management of coal enterprises in China and proposes further strengthening measures related to the financial management of coal enterprises.

Study on Material ManagementSystem of Coal Enterprise Basedon Data Warehouse

On the bas is of the reality of material supply management of the coal enterprise, this paper expounds plans of material management systems based on specific IT, and indicates the deficiencies, the problems of them and the necessity of improving them. The structure, models and data organizing schema of the material management decision support system are investigated based on a new data management technology (data warehousing technology).

Constructing an assessment index system for strategic risk management in coal science and technology enterprises

Coal occupies a dominant position in China＇s national economy and is an essential energy source for future industrial development. To inform the efficient and sustainable development of the coal industry, this paper analyzes the sources of strategic risk for coal science and technology enterprises using 3 first-class indicators, 10 second-level indicators, and 37 observation points established through the existing research literature and experience. Moreover, in accordance to the obtained initial index data, the selected indicators have been tested and screened using reliability and membership degree analyses to remove redundant variables, avoid juxtaposition of risk factors at different levels, and reduce the influ- ence of some tiny risk factors for enterprise strategic risk. Then, factor analysis of external environment factor sub-scale was carried out. Factors are extracted according to a standard characteristic value greater than 1. Variables with high coefficients are classified into one factor category; and finally, 3 first-class indicators. 8 second-level indicators, and 37 observation noints are reconstructed.

新一代煤矿主井提升系统设计与在线检测技术应用

针对现代煤炭企业对即时监测和故障预警的迫切需求,设计一款主井提升载荷在线检测及故障诊断的系统。该系统包括检测、监测、自查、查询4个方面的功能,采用了高性能有机胶粘剂和耐磨有机涂层材料,增强了传感器安装的稳定性和关键零件的耐用性。对在线检测系统硬件和软件进行设计,并将所设计的提升载荷在线检测及故障诊断系统应用于实际的煤矿生产中,确保系统能够在恶劣矿井环境下的长期可靠运行。结果表明,提升载荷在线检测及故障诊断系统有效避免了各类故障,减少了主井的停机时间,有效确保主井提升系统的持续稳定运行。

访问控制策略运维系统的设计研究

为了应对煤矿企业网络安全管理的复杂性和多样性挑战,降低网络安全运维难度与成本,故设计并实施了一个访问控制策略运维平台。该平台采用4层架构实现访问控制信息收集、网络安全设备纳管与访问控制策略运维等核心功能,并基于异构安全设备策略采集、多模态访问控制策略分析和自动化策略下发技术,实现对核心功能的支持。目前,该系统已在煤矿企业中成功部署,显著提升了网络安全管理水平,并为网络安全的高质量发展提供了坚实的技术支撑。

Efficiency assessment of coal mine safety input by data envelopment analysis

In recent years improper allocation of safety input has prevailed in coal mines in China, which resulted in the frequent accidents in coal mining operation. A comprehensive assessment of the input efficiency of coal mine safety should lead to improved efficiency in the use of funds and management resources. This helps government and enterprise managers better understand how safety inputs are used and to optimize allocation of resources. Study on coal mine＇s efficiency assessment of safety input was con- ducted in this paper. A C^2R model with non-Archimedean infinitesimal vector based on output is established after consideration of the input characteristics and the model properties. An assessment of an operating mine was done using a specific set of input and output criteria. It is found that the safety input was efficient in 2002 and 2005 and was weakly efficient in 2003. However, the efficiency was relatively low in both 2001 and 2004. The safety input resources can be optimized and adjusted by means of projection theory. Such analysis shows that, on average in 2001 and 2004, 45% of the expended funds could have been saved. Likewise, 10% of the safety management and technical staff could have been eliminated and working hours devoted to safety could have been reduced by 12%. These conditions could have Riven the same results.

煤炭企业ESG表现、研发投入与企业绩效

ESG作为关注企业环境责任、社会责任和内部治理的综合性评价体系,对企业实现可持续高质量发展具有重要意义。文中选择2011—2021年中国沪深A股煤炭上市企业作为研究样本,通过固定效应模型和中介效应模型实证检验ESG表现对上市煤炭企业绩效的影响,并探究研发投入在ESG表现对煤炭企业绩效的影响中发挥何种作用。研究结果表明,煤炭企业ESG表现对企业绩效具有促进作用,而研发投入在ESG表现对企业绩效的影响过程中发挥部分中介作用,煤炭企业ESG表现通过增加研发投入来促进企业绩效。通过变量缩尾检验、中介效应稳健性检验和内生性检验后依然成立。研究不仅丰富了ESG表现与煤炭企业绩效领域的相关文献,也为煤炭企业进行ESG实践提升企业绩效提供了理论支撑和经验证据。

推进煤矿岗位标准作业流程应用 促进煤矿安全生产形势根本好转

通过分析煤矿现场安全管理长期以来存在的主要问题,发现员工作业规范欠缺是长期困扰煤矿现场安全管理的重要因素之一,认为煤矿岗位标准作业流程是破解煤矿现场安全规范作业难题、保障煤矿安全生产的有效手段。阐述了煤矿岗位标准作业流程的由来,并对近几年煤炭行业在推广应用煤矿岗位标准作业流程过程中取得的主要成效进行了介绍。提出加快流程标准体系建设、加强流程示范引领与学习共享、强化流程科技创新与总结、持续拓展完善流程体系内容等进一步推进煤矿岗位标准作业流程应用的具体举措。

全自动煤炭采制样系统的设计研究

钢铁企业的入厂煤炭具有品种繁多、煤质差异大、检测项目多的特点,其质量检验重点关注如何在煤炭的采样、制样和化验环节避免样品污染和黏附。通过对破碎、缩分设备的优化,设计了一种全自动煤炭采制样系统。结果表明:该系统实现了在线粒度分析、全水分检测、一般分析试验煤样和存查煤样的封装标识,是目前钢铁企业煤炭采制样系统进料品种复杂、自动化程度较高的设计方案之一。

煤炭企业安全生产费用效率评价

为评估我国的煤炭企业安全生产费用效率,选用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,选取2012—2020年煤矿安全投入产出数据构建DEA模型,对煤炭企业每年的安全生产费用效率进行静态分析和评价;随后,利用Malmquist指数对煤炭企业安全生产费用效率作进一步动态分析研究。研究结果表明:从静态分析来看,纯技术效率呈负增长趋势是阻碍综合效率增长的主要原因,煤炭企业安全生产费用应占营业收入的4.23%;从动态分析来看,技术进步和技术效率的提高都会相应提高Malmquist指数,提高我国煤炭企业全要素生产率指数的关键是提高技术进步指数。研究结果可为煤炭企业规范使用安全生产费用提供参考。

基于共生理论的多主体参与煤电企业绿色技术创新演化博弈

针对煤电企业绿色技术创新对企业效益影响问题,基于共生理论,采用构建政府、煤炭企业与电力企业的三方演化博弈模型的方法,分析了博弈主体协同绿色技术创新的影响因素及策略选择的演化趋势。研究表明:政府加大补贴力度能够促使煤电企业合作意愿增强,当补贴力度过高时,政府财政压力过大,系统无法达到稳定状态;在政府规制下煤电企业应达成违约责任制,由政府监督实施,杜绝合作过程中的投机行为;金融机构贷款利率的增加能够在增强煤电企业合作意愿的同时缓解政府财政压力,维持绿色技术创新系统的稳定。研究结论为推进多层联动的煤电企业绿色技术创新体系建设提供参考。

双重治理下煤炭运输企业的碳减排演化博弈研究

传统的煤炭运输方式产生了大量碳排放,受利润最大化驱使,煤炭运输企业的碳减排行为需要地方、中央政府的双重治理。运用演化博弈理论和数值仿真法,构建了中央政府、地方政府和煤炭运输企业三方演化博弈模型,借助MATLAB仿真分析软件进行情景仿真。结果表明:中央及地方政府碳减排成本过大会导致政府不能很好地履行职责;地方政府的初始意愿会影响煤炭运输企业的策略选择;企业的碳减排成本过大会影响碳减排意愿;碳减排罚金与政府、企业的策略选择呈正相关,奖金对被监督主体策略选择呈正相关,但对监督主体策略则呈负相关,因此罚金、奖金的设置非常关键。基于此提出促进煤炭运输企业碳减排的建议。

煤炭开采企业绿色全要素能源效率研究

煤炭开采行业是高碳能源的生产行业,提升煤炭开采企业的绿色全要素能源效率对促进我国“双碳”目标的实现具有重要作用。基于影子价格模型,对企业的二氧化碳边际减排成本进行测算,进而构建DEA-Malmquist指数模型计算煤炭开采企业绿色全要素能源效率。实证结果表明:样本企业绿色全要素能源效率水平参差不齐,但均呈现不同程度的上升趋势;相对于综合技术效率,技术进步对企业绿色全要素能源效率水平上升做出了更多贡献。基于上述结果,从企业内部、外部2个视角对影响企业绿色全要素能源效率的因素进行分析,通过专利分析企业自主研发能力及技术选择、分析外部政策环境,提出完善碳交易市场形成有效监管、适当扩张企业规模提高规模效率、加强自主研发走内涵式发展道路等对策建议。

基于层次分析-模糊综合评判的煤矿企业风险评估研究

为定量地综合评价煤矿企业风险水平,并为煤矿企业风险管控和安全管理工作提供一个可操作的、动态的风险评估方案。首先,结合煤矿事故的特点,根据系统性、全面性、能用性和可操作性的原则,从人、物、环境和管理四个方面着手,构建一个煤矿企业风险评估指标体系。其次,基于层次分析法和模糊综合评判,提出层次分析-模糊综合评判煤矿企业风险评估方法。最后,通过煤矿案例分析,利用数字化处理原始定性数据的手段,实现对煤矿工业整体风险水平的定量评估和分析。本文提出的风险评估方案具有多重意义:第一,可用于同一煤矿同一时期的风险评估,以协助煤矿安全管理工作的有效开展;第二,可以用于同一煤矿不同时期的风险评估,若按季度进行风险评估工作,可将各季度进行比较,追踪煤矿风险随时间的变化;第三,可用于不同煤矿之间风险对比分析,若应用于不同煤矿同一时期的风险评估工作,可对不同煤矿的风险管理工作进行评比,以起到激励作用。此外,若对风险评估指标体系进行相应改变,提出的风险评估方案也可应用于其他行业。

“双碳”背景下煤炭企业绩效考核体系优化研究

绩效考核是评估员工工作表现的重要手段,通过“以评促改”可以优化煤炭企业一线员工的生产行为,推动企业实现绿色、低碳发展。针对煤炭企业目前绩效考核体系存在着结果性指标过多、环保指标被轻视、缺乏技能学习指标等问题,本研究运用关键绩效指标(KPI)法和层次分析(AHP)法,在优化传统指标的基础上突出“双碳”导向,首次提出环保方面的指标,构建了新型绩效考核指标体系,同时提出了实施该指标体系的保障措施。

基于作业成本法的煤炭企业定额体系建设实践与路径研究

结合煤炭企业实施标准成本管理的需要,基于煤炭企业定额体系建设方法与依据,从划分作业中心、确定定额制定主体、确定定额测算方法以及确定定额计算公式与表现形式4个方面给出了基于作业成本法的定额体系建设流程与方法,并进一步通过算例分析,对流程和方法进行了验证。最后,从6个方面提出了煤炭企业基于定额标准的成本管理体系建设路径,一是明确定额系统边界,二是划分作业中心并识别资源消耗动因,三是明确基础数据采集粒度,四是确定定额计算公式与表现形式,五是建立动态调整与校准的长效机制,六是建立基于数据融合共享的成本管控数智化平台。
