Cognitive approaches, mainly the Noticing Hypothesis and Analysis/Control Model, have provided some insights into the question of how to effectively develop second language(L2) learners' pragmatic competence. Empirical studies based on cognitive theoretical constructs suggest that pragmatic activitiesthat draw learners' attention and help them control attention to relevant and appropriate information and integrate those forms in real time of communication contribute to the development of interlanguage pragmatic competence. 展开更多

Effects of a Drums Alive®Intervention versus Hand-Foot Coordination Training on Motor, Cognitive and Motivational Parameters in Seniors

This study was conducted to compare the effects of two different interventions on the physiological, cognitive, and motivational parameters in seniors;and, how they would be accepted as alternative forms of exercise in the senior population. The facilitators recruited 26 randomly selected participants from two senior care facilities in Chemnitz, Germany who were required to complete two 45-minute exercise periods a week for 30 days. The first group completed the Drums Alive intervention which included a multi-dimensional approach using music, movement, drumming choreographies, games, and activities. The second intervention group completed a series of Hand-Foot Coordination exercises that used beat-keeping patterns on various parts of the body. Each intervention group had three divisions of participants, i.e. “healthy” to define those with no diagnosed malady, “dementia” for those with varying degrees of diagnosed dementia, and, “wheelchair” and those requiring a wheelchair for movement. The pre- and post-testing measurements consisted of age, heart rate, blood pressure, rate of perceived exertion (RPE), bar-drop test, chair-raise test, 6-minute walk test, memory, concentration, balance, reaction, coordination, and cognitive flexibility. In addition, to measure the level of motivation, i.e. fun, the participants used a tool that was developed by the Psychology Department of the Chemnitz University. The results demonstrated that both interventions were suitable alternates for senior-focused conventional sports offerings, however, the Drums Alive intervention outperformed the Hand-Foot Coordination intervention in a majority of the measured domains by an overall average of 9.45 percent. Of note, the data, vis a vis motivation, demonstrated a 38.4 percent increase for Drums Alive vice a 13.3 percent increase for Hand-Foot Coordination, suggesting the Drums Alive intervention offered more effective protocols that could inspire seniors to make this a part of an overall health and wellness plan to improve their quality of life. 展开更多

Human cognition consists of cascading cycles of recurring brain events. This paper presents a cognitive cycle for the mind model CAM (Consciousness And Memory). Each cognitive cycle perceives the current situation, through motivation phase with reference to ongoing goals, and then composes internal or external action streams to reach the goals in response. We use dynamic description logic which is an extended description logic with action to formalize descriptions and algorithms of cognitive cycle. 目的编制2型糖尿病患者自我管理认知量表并检验其信效度,为科学动态测量患者自我管理认知水平提供有效工具。方法基于保护动机理论,结合专家咨询及预调查形成2型糖尿病患者自我管理认知初始量表,在南京、济南和上海分2批次调查739例患者... 目的编制2型糖尿病患者自我管理认知量表并检验其信效度,为科学动态测量患者自我管理认知水平提供有效工具。方法基于保护动机理论,结合专家咨询及预调查形成2型糖尿病患者自我管理认知初始量表,在南京、济南和上海分2批次调查739例患者,评价量表的信效度。结果形成的正式量表包括严重性、易感性、反应效能、自我效能和反应代价5个维度共29个条目。探索性因子分析提取5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为70.017%;验证性因子分析显示χ^(2)/df=2.763,RMSEA=0.070,NFI=0.905,IFI=0.938,TLI=0.930,CFI=0.937;量表AVE=0.557~0.924,Cronbach′sα系数为0.826。结论量表信效度良好,可用于测量2型糖尿病自我管理认知水平。 展开更多

目的了解康复期脑卒中患者心理灵活性现状,分析其影响因素,为针对性干预提供参考。方法便利选取在医院康复医学科住院的156例康复期脑卒中患者,采用一般资料调查表、接纳与行动问卷(测评心理灵活性)、认知融合问卷、脑卒中康复动机量表... 目的了解康复期脑卒中患者心理灵活性现状,分析其影响因素,为针对性干预提供参考。方法便利选取在医院康复医学科住院的156例康复期脑卒中患者,采用一般资料调查表、接纳与行动问卷(测评心理灵活性)、认知融合问卷、脑卒中康复动机量表、脑卒中患者病耻感量表进行调查,分析影响因素。结果患者心理灵活性总分为(27.78±12.01)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,主要照顾者、认知融合、康复动机以及病耻感程度是康复期脑卒中患者心理灵活性的主要影响因素(均P<0.05),可解释心理灵活性总变异的56.5%。结论康复期脑卒中患者心理灵活性较低,医护人员应针对影响因素实施个体化干预,提高其心理灵活性,从而促进患者身心康复。 展开更多

重大突发事件下个体主观幸福感影响因素研究——基于社会认知视角

[目的/意义]重大突发事件对于社会个体的主观幸福感及其信息行为具有显著影响,尤其是处于成长关键阶段的大学生人群。因此,研究重大突发事件下主观幸福感的影响因素对于保障个体心理健康和完善应急管理体系具有重要意义。[方法/过程]基于社会认知理论和保护动机理论,研究社会环境和个体认知对主观幸福感的影响,以及媒介接触的调节作用。收集303份大学生样本数据,运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。[结果/结论]感知严重性和感知易感性负向影响主观幸福感,并在政府信任与主观幸福感的正向关系中具有部分中介作用;自我效能和反应效能正向影响主观幸福感,并在社会支持与主观幸福感的正向关系中具有部分中介作用;官方媒介接触对政府信任与主观幸福感、社会支持与主观幸福感的关系均有正向调节作用;而非官方媒介接触仅对后者有正向调节作用。 展开更多
