Adolescents are considered one of the most vulnerable groups affected by suicide.Rapid changes in adolescents’physical and mental states,as well as in their lives,significantly and undeniably increase the risk of suicide.Psychological,social,family,individual,and environmental factors are important risk factors for suicidal behavior among teenagers and may contribute to suicide risk through various direct,indirect,or combined pathways.Social-emotional learning is considered a powerful intervention measure for addressing the crisis of adolescent suicide.When deliberately cultivated,fostered,and enhanced,selfawareness,self-management,social awareness,interpersonal skills,and responsible decision-making,as the five core competencies of social-emotional learning,can be used to effectively target various risk factors for adolescent suicide and provide necessary mental and interpersonal support.Among numerous suicide intervention methods,school-based interventions based on social-emotional competence have shown great potential in preventing and addressing suicide risk factors in adolescents.The characteristics of school-based interventions based on social-emotional competence,including their appropriateness,necessity,cost-effectiveness,comprehensiveness,and effectiveness,make these interventions an important means of addressing the crisis of adolescent suicide.To further determine the potential of school-based interventions based on social-emotional competence and better address the issue of adolescent suicide,additional financial support should be provided,the combination of socialemotional learning and other suicide prevention programs within schools should be fully leveraged,and cooperation between schools and families,society,and other environments should be maximized.These efforts should be considered future research directions. 展开更多

High-risk factors for delirium in severely ill patients and the application of emotional nursing combined with pain nursing

BACKGROUND Delirium is a neuropsychiatric syndrome characterized by acute disturbances of consciousness with rapid onset,rapid progression,obvious fluctuations,and preventable,reversible,and other characteristics.Patients with delirium in the intensive care unit(ICU)are often missed or misdiagnosed and do not receive adequate attention.AIM To analyze the risk factors for delirium in ICU patients and explore the applica-tion of emotional nursing with pain nursing in the management of delirium.METHODS General data of 301 critically ill patients were retrospectively collected,including histories(cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,hypertension,smoking,alcoholism,and diabetes),age,sex,diagnosis,whether surgery was performed,and patient origin(emergency/clinic).Additionally,the duration of sedation,Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale score,combined emotional and pain care,ven-tilator use duration,vasoactive drug use,drainage tube retention,ICU stay du-ration,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,white blood cell count,body tempe-rature,Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II(APACHE II)score,and Sequential Organ Failure Assessment score were recorded within 24 h after ICU admission.Patients were assessed for delirium according to confusion assessment method for the ICU,and univariate and multivariate logistic regre-ssion analyses were performed to identify the risk factors for delirium in the patients.RESULTS Univariate logistic regression analysis was performed on the 24 potential risk factors associated with delirium in ICU patients.The results showed that 16 risk factors were closely related to delirium,including combined emotional and pain care,history of diabetes,and patient origin.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that no combined emotional and pain care,history of diabetes,emergency source,surgery,long stay in the ICU,smoking history,and high APACHE II score were independent risk factors for de-lirium in ICU patients.CONCLUSION Patients with diabetes and/or smoking history,postoperative patients,patients with a high APACHE II score,and those with emergency ICU admission need emotional and pain care,flexible visiting modes,and early intervention to reduce delirium incidence. 展开更多

Analysis of factors related to postpartum depression in pregnancyinduced hypertension syndrome patients and construction and evaluation of nomograms

BACKGROUND It is positive to integrate and evaluate the risk factors for postpartum depression in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and to detect highrisk patients as early as possible,which has application value for the clinical development of personalized prevention programs and prognosis of patients.AIM To analyze factors related to postpartum depression in patients with pregnancyinduced hypertension and construct and evaluate a nomogram model.METHODS The clinical data of 276 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to Huzhou Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital between January 2017 and April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.We evaluated the depression incidence at 6 wk postpartum.The depression group included patients with postpartum depression,and the remainder were in the non-depression group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis and the LASSO regression model were applied to analyze the factors related to postpartum depression in patients with pregnancyinduced hypertension.After that,a risk prediction model nomogram was constructed and evaluated.RESULTS Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that vitamin A deficiency(VAD)during pregnancy and puerperium,family history of hypertension,maternal intestinal flora imbalance,eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA),and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)were independent risk factors for postpartum depression in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(P<0.05).We constructed the nomogram model based on these five risk factors.The area under the curve,specificity,and sensitivity of the model in predicting postpartum depression in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension was 0.867(95%confidence interval:0.828–0.935),0.676,and 0.889,respectively.The average absolute error was 0.037(Hosmer-Lemeshow testχ2=10.739,P=0.217).CONCLUSION VAD during pregnancy and puerperium,family history of hypertension,maternal intestinal flora imbalance,EPA,and DHA affect postpartum depression in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. 展开更多

The adequacy of language education largely depends on the favorable and unfavorable emotions that teachers and students experience throughout the education process.Simply said,emotional factors play a key role in improving the quality of language teaching and learning.Furthermore,these emotional factors also promote the well-being of language teachers and learners and place them in a suitable mental condition.In view of the favorable impact of emotional factors on the mental health of language teachers and learners,many educational scholars around the world have studied these factors,their background,and their pedagogical consequences.Nonetheless,the majority of previous studies have employed traditional research methods in assessing these variables and their influences on language teachers’and learners’mental health.Because of the complex and dynamic quality of emotional factors,traditional research approaches often fail to evaluate these factors and their dynamic,non-linear connections with teachers’and learners’mental health and well-being.Accordingly,some novel research approaches are required to measure the dynamicity and complexity of emotional factors in language education settings.To address this call,the current state-of-the-art conceptual article seeks to provide new insights for investigating emotional factors and their potential impact on language teachers’and learners’mental states.This study also intends to offer a comprehensive list of emerging methods that take into account the complex and dynamic nature of emotional variables.Finally,the study outlines the potential implications of this review for educational researchers. 展开更多

Factor Structure and Measurement Invariance of the Prenatal Attachment Inventory: A Study among Japanese Pregnant Women

It included the Prenatal Attachment Inventory (PAI), Relationship Questionnaire (RQ), and Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS). The factor structure models derived from exploratory factor analyses were compared by confirmatory factor analyses. <strong>Results:</strong> A three-factor bifactor model of the PAI was bet fit to the data. The omega coefficients and explained common variance suggested that the influences of three group factors were not negligible. The scores of the three subscales (derived from the three factors) were differently associated with age, gestation week, and adult attachment styles (derived from RQ). They were, however, not correlated with the EPDS scores. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The PAI has a model of three groups and one general factor with an excellent fit to the data. Multi-label Emotion Classification of COVID–19 Tweets with Deep Learning and Topic Modelling

The COVID-19 pandemic has become one of the severe diseases in recent years.As it majorly affects the common livelihood of people across the universe,it is essential for administrators and healthcare professionals to be aware of the views of the community so as to monitor the severity of the spread of the outbreak.The public opinions are been shared enormously in microblogging med-ia like twitter and is considered as one of the popular sources to collect public opinions in any topic like politics,sports,entertainment etc.,This work presents a combination of Intensity Based Emotion Classification Convolution Neural Net-work(IBEC-CNN)model and Non-negative Matrix Factorization(NMF)for detecting and analyzing the different topics discussed in the COVID-19 tweets as well the intensity of the emotional content of those tweets.The topics were identified using NMF and the emotions are classified using pretrained IBEC-CNN,based on predefined intensity scores.The research aimed at identifying the emotions in the Indian tweets related to COVID-19 and producing a list of topics discussed by the users during the COVID-19 pandemic.Using the Twitter Application Programming Interface(Twitter API),huge numbers of COVID-19 tweets are retrieved during January and July 2020.The extracted tweets are ana-lyzed for emotions fear,joy,sadness and trust with proposed Intensity Based Emotion Classification Convolution Neural Network(IBEC-CNN)model which is pretrained.The classified tweets are given an intensity score varies from 1 to 3,with 1 being low intensity for the emotion,2 being the moderate and 3 being the high intensity.To identify the topics in the tweets and the themes of those topics,Non-negative Matrix Factorization(NMF)has been employed.Analysis of emotions of COVID-19 tweets has identified,that the count of positive tweets is more than that of count of negative tweets during the period considered and the negative tweets related to COVID-19 is less than 5%.Also,more than 75%nega-tive tweets expressed sadness,fear are of low intensity.A qualitative analysis has also been conducted and the topics detected are grouped into themes such as eco-nomic impacts,case reports,treatments,entertainment and vaccination.The results of analysis show that the issues related to the pandemic are expressed dif-ferent emotions in twitter which helps in interpreting the public insights during the pandemic and these results are beneficial for planning the dissemination of factual health statistics to build the trust of the people.The performance comparison shows that the proposed IBEC-CNN model outperforms the conventional models and achieved 83.71%accuracy.The%of COVID-19 tweets that discussed the different topics vary from 7.45%to 26.43%on topics economy,Statistics on cases,Government/Politics,Entertainment,Lockdown,Treatments and Virtual Events.The least number of tweets discussed on politics/government on the other hand the tweets discussed most about treatments. 展开更多

以流动性体验为核心的旅游形式在全球化背景下日益流行。作为大尺度流动型旅游形式典型代表的长途自驾游,因冒险、追逐自由、私密、个性化、高不确定性等特征,赋予了游客独特且复杂的情感体验。目前,学界尚缺乏从更为系统的视角关注大... 以流动性体验为核心的旅游形式在全球化背景下日益流行。作为大尺度流动型旅游形式典型代表的长途自驾游,因冒险、追逐自由、私密、个性化、高不确定性等特征,赋予了游客独特且复杂的情感体验。目前,学界尚缺乏从更为系统的视角关注大尺度流动情境下游客情感体验的特征、前因与影响机制的实证研究。文章基于景观感知理论,采用定量研究与定性研究相结合的方法,以川藏南线(318国道成都至拉萨段)的自驾游客为研究对象,分析游客在大尺度流动情境下的情感体验特征与影响机制。文章发现:1)自驾游客的积极情感体验未达强烈水平,情感体验(尤其是积极情感体验)伴随着自驾这一流动性实践呈现出动态变化的波动特征,且涉及多个维度;2)基于自我需要满足与否、满足程度如何这一标准,自驾游客与环境的互动(包含两组类型、6类特征)促进了他们上述情感体验的产生,并通过动态反馈机制持续影响了情感体验。上述研究发现不仅完善了有关游客情感体验前因和影响机制以及自驾入藏旅游体验的实证研究体系,还为目的地的管理与营销提供了思路。 展开更多

本技术报告基于中国济南参加2023年社会与情感能力(Survey on Social and Emotional Skills,SSES)的测评数据,对第二轮测评工具在中国文化下的心理测量学特征进行分析。本报告简要介绍了学生问卷的开发和实施过程、社会与情感能力指标... 本技术报告基于中国济南参加2023年社会与情感能力(Survey on Social and Emotional Skills,SSES)的测评数据,对第二轮测评工具在中国文化下的心理测量学特征进行分析。本报告简要介绍了学生问卷的开发和实施过程、社会与情感能力指标体系、问卷主要组成部分、数据集的主要内容,并对数据质量进行了分析。分析结果表明,济南参试学生参试态度认真积极,参试率和有效应答率高,但是10岁组产生了高分翘尾现象;采用ω系数和α系数来衡量分量表的信度,结果表明绝大多数分量表信度良好;运用验证性因子分析逐一检验社会与情感能力各个分量表的效度,发现拟合度较为满意;多组验证性因子分析表明,这些分量表跨性别测量等值性好于跨年龄组等值性,故在考察青少年社会与情感子能力的年龄差异时,对于等值性较差的分量表数据应慎重使用。 展开更多

老年脑卒中患者衰弱的影响因素研究

目的调查老年脑卒中患者衰弱现状及其影响因素。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2022年1月至2023年2月在桂林医学院附属医院就诊的133例老年脑卒中患者为研究对象。采用一般情况调查表、衰弱量表、正性负性情绪量表、心理弹性量表对患者进行问... 目的调查老年脑卒中患者衰弱现状及其影响因素。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2022年1月至2023年2月在桂林医学院附属医院就诊的133例老年脑卒中患者为研究对象。采用一般情况调查表、衰弱量表、正性负性情绪量表、心理弹性量表对患者进行问卷调查,比较不同临床特征患者的衰弱情况,分析老年脑卒中患者衰弱的影响因素。结果133名老年脑卒中患者中,有54名(40.7%)患者为衰弱前期,57名(42.8%)患者为衰弱。多因素logistic分析显示,正性情绪、心理弹性、已婚状态、子女数量3人是老年脑卒中患者衰弱的保护性因素,负性情绪、卒中发病3次是老年脑卒中患者衰弱的危险性因素(P<0.05)。结论老年脑卒中患者衰弱患病率较高,且受多种因素影响。医务人员应加强对患者社会人口学资料、疾病相关资料的采集与评估,以便做到早发现、早识别,及时实施临床干预措施。 展开更多

目的探讨妊娠期妇女抑郁情绪影响因素,分析抑郁情绪与人格特征的相关性。方法应用一般资料调查表、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)、妊娠压力量表(PPS)对246名妊娠期妇女进行调查,采取Pearson相关分... 目的探讨妊娠期妇女抑郁情绪影响因素,分析抑郁情绪与人格特征的相关性。方法应用一般资料调查表、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)、妊娠压力量表(PPS)对246名妊娠期妇女进行调查,采取Pearson相关分析评估抑郁情绪与人格特征和妊娠压力的相关性,采取Logistic回归分析评估妊娠期妇女抑郁情绪的影响因素。结果完成调查的242名妊娠期妇女中,共有36名孕妇EPDS评分≥13分(抑郁情绪组),206名孕妇EPDS评分<13分(正常组),抑郁情绪检出率为14.88%。抑郁情绪组妊娠期妇女精神质、神经质人格评分,PPS总分及各维度压力源评分均高于正常组,外倾性人格评分低于正常组(P<0.01)。妊娠期妇女抑郁情绪与精神质、神经质人格评分,PPS总分及各维度压力源评分均呈显著正相关,与外倾性人格评分呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。外倾性、精神质、神经质人格评分,PPS总分及文化程度、家庭人均月收入、妊娠意愿、睡眠情况、夫妻关系均是妊娠期妇女抑郁情绪的影响因素(P<0.05或0.01)。结论妊娠期妇女易产生抑郁情绪,且与人格特征、妊娠压力密切相关,医护人员应重视妊娠期妇女抑郁情绪相关影响因素评估,制定科学干预措施,改善抑郁情绪。 展开更多

目的分析手指离断伤再植手术患儿家属精神状态和情绪改变及影响因素。方法选取2012年5月至2022年12月手指离断伤再植手术患儿家属80例作为调查对象,收集患儿及其家属人口学特征,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对患儿... 目的分析手指离断伤再植手术患儿家属精神状态和情绪改变及影响因素。方法选取2012年5月至2022年12月手指离断伤再植手术患儿家属80例作为调查对象,收集患儿及其家属人口学特征,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对患儿家属进行调查,采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析患儿家属不良心理状况影响因素。结果剔除量表及问卷填写内容缺失的手指离断伤再植手术患儿家属6名,其余74名家属中精神、情绪良好者31名,精神、情绪不良者43名;患儿家属抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧各维度评分及总评分均高于中国常模(P<0.05);患儿是否独生子女及家属学历、婚姻状况、心理坚韧性、心理乐观性、家庭人均月收入与患儿家属精神、情绪有关(P<0.05);经二元Logistic回归分析结果显示:患儿独生子女及家属中专及以下学历、再婚/离婚单亲均是患儿家属精神、情绪不良的危险因素(P<0.05),家庭人均月收入>5000元、心理坚韧性>39分及心理乐观性>12分是患儿家属精神、情绪变化的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论精神不佳及负面情绪水平较高是手指离断伤再植手术患儿家属常见问题,临床需给予足够重视,并根据相关影响因素采取相应措施,及时缓解患儿家属的不良情绪,改善其精神状态。 展开更多

屏幕暴露与学龄前孤独症谱系障碍儿童情绪行为问题相关性研究

背景既往已有多项研究证实屏幕暴露现象在学龄前儿童中普遍存在,并且与儿童情绪行为问题相关,现有研究多集中在正常学龄前儿童,有关屏幕暴露与学龄前孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童情绪行为问题相关的研究较为罕见。目的 调查学龄前ASD儿童屏... 背景既往已有多项研究证实屏幕暴露现象在学龄前儿童中普遍存在,并且与儿童情绪行为问题相关,现有研究多集中在正常学龄前儿童,有关屏幕暴露与学龄前孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童情绪行为问题相关的研究较为罕见。目的 调查学龄前ASD儿童屏幕暴露情况及情绪行为问题异常检出情况,探究屏幕暴露与学龄前ASD儿童情绪行为问题有无相关。方法 选择2022年2—8月在郑州大学第三附属医院儿童发育行为科就诊的符合《精神障碍诊断和统计手册》(DSM-V)孤独症诊断标准的ASD学龄前儿童为ASD组,同期选取郑州市某幼儿园正常发育儿童为对照组。由两组儿童主要照护人进行填写屏幕暴露问卷及长处与困难问卷(家长版)。结果 两组儿童屏幕接触时间、家长对屏幕管理、“屏幕剥夺”反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.001);ASD组儿童亲社会行为、困难总分及各个分维度(情绪症状、品行问题、多动/注意缺陷问题、同伴交往问题)异常检出率均高于对照组(P<0.001);Logistic回归分析发现电子设备放置在睡觉或玩耍空间、观看时照护人是否互动讲解、照护人对孩子观看电子屏幕态度、接触电子屏幕是主动要求还是被动参与、强制关掉电子屏幕孩子反应是学龄前ASD儿童情绪行为问题的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 屏幕暴露可能对ASD儿童情绪行为问题产生影响,家长应合理管理学龄前ASD儿童屏幕使用。 展开更多

临床护士情绪智力潜在类别及其与沟通能力的关系

目的:调查临床护士情绪智力潜在类别,并探讨其与沟通能力的关系。方法:采用便利整群抽样法,从我国东部、西部、南部、北部和中部各抽取1个省,并从每个省抽取1所三级甲等医院,共抽取4567名临床护士作为研究对象。采用一般人口学资料调查... 目的:调查临床护士情绪智力潜在类别,并探讨其与沟通能力的关系。方法:采用便利整群抽样法,从我国东部、西部、南部、北部和中部各抽取1个省,并从每个省抽取1所三级甲等医院,共抽取4567名临床护士作为研究对象。采用一般人口学资料调查表、情绪智力量表、临床沟通能力测评量表进行调查。结果:临床护士情绪智力可分为低情绪智力型(40.5%)、中情绪智力型(44.5%)、高情绪智力型(15.0%)3个潜在类别,其影响因素包括劳务关系、平均月收入、自评健康状况、参加护患沟通相关培训情况(P<0.05)。临床护士情绪智力总分与沟通能力总分呈正相关(P<0.001)。不同情绪智力潜在类别的临床护士沟通能力总分及各维度得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:临床护士情绪智力存在3个潜在类别,不同潜在类别影响因素不同,情绪智力与沟通能力呈正相关,可采取针对性的措施提升临床护士的情绪智力。 展开更多

老年人孤独感严重程度以及社交孤独、情感孤独的影响因素——以上海市3个区为例 被引量:3

目的调查上海市社区老年人孤独感现状,并分别从社交孤独和情感孤独两个维度对影响老年人孤独感的因素进行探究。方法采用横断面研究,在2021年3—6月于上海市浦东新区、黄浦区、静安区3个区对65岁及以上的社区老年人进行问卷调查。依照... 目的调查上海市社区老年人孤独感现状,并分别从社交孤独和情感孤独两个维度对影响老年人孤独感的因素进行探究。方法采用横断面研究,在2021年3—6月于上海市浦东新区、黄浦区、静安区3个区对65岁及以上的社区老年人进行问卷调查。依照上海市居民年龄、性别比例,浦东新区采用多阶段、分层随机抽样,黄浦区及静安区采用方便抽样。最终纳入研究对象635人。采用De Jong Gierveld孤独感量表测定老年人孤独感,包括社交孤独和情感孤独2个维度。使用Logistic回归模型对社交孤独和情感孤独的影响因素进行分析。结果在635位社区老年人中,仅有53位(8.4%)老年人报告不孤独。女性(OR=0.46,95%CI:0.31~0.70)、较高的自我效能得分(OR=0.97,95%CI:0.94~1.00)、较高的社会支持总分(OR=0.96,95%CI:0.93~0.99)与较低的社交孤独显著相关。较高的受教育水平(初高中或中专,OR=0.56,95%CI:0.34~0.95;大学及以上,OR=0.30,95%CI:0.11~0.83)、较高的自我效能得分(OR=0.96,95%CI:0.93~0.99)与较低的情感孤独显著相关,而较低的社会资本(OR=2.02,95%CI:1.29~3.16)及有抑郁症状(OR=3.41,95%CI:1.76~6.60)则与较高的情感孤独显著相关。结论调查样本中高达91.6%的老年人存在中度及以上的孤独感。社交孤独可能的影响因素为自我效能、性别及社会支持;情感孤独可能的影响因素为自我效能、受教育水平、抑郁和社会资本。 展开更多
