Common short bolts of equal length are widely used to support the roofs of roadways in coal mines.However, they are insufficient to keep the roof stable against large deformations, so docking long bolts with high leve...Common short bolts of equal length are widely used to support the roofs of roadways in coal mines.However, they are insufficient to keep the roof stable against large deformations, so docking long bolts with high levels of elongation that can adapt to large deformations of the surrounding rock have been adopted. This paper proposes a collaborative support method that uses long and short bolts. In this study,the mechanism of docking long bolts and collaborative support was studied. Numerical simulation, similarity simulation, and field testing were used to analyze the distribution law of the displacement, stress,and plastic failure in the surrounding rock under different support schemes. Compared with the equal-length short bolt support, the collaborative support changed the maximum principal stress of the shallow roof from tensile stress to compressive stress, and the minimum principal stress of the roof significantly increased. The stress concentration degree of the anchorage zone clearly increased. The deformation of the roof and the two sides was greatly reduced, and the subsidence shape of the shallow roof changed from serrated to a smooth curve. The roof integrity was enhanced, and the roof moved down as a whole. Plastic failure significantly decreased, and the plastic zone of the roof was within the anchorage range. The similarity simulation results showed that, under the maximum mining stress,the roof collapsed with the equal-length short bolt support but remained stable with the collaborative support. The collaborative support method was successfully applied in the field and clearly improved the stability of the surrounding rock for a large deformation roadway.展开更多
Many human-machine collaborative support scheduling systems are used to aid human decision making by providing several optimal scheduling algorithms that do not take operator's attention into consideration.However...Many human-machine collaborative support scheduling systems are used to aid human decision making by providing several optimal scheduling algorithms that do not take operator's attention into consideration.However, the current systems should take advantage of the operator's attention to obtain the optimal solution.In this paper, we innovatively propose a human-machine collaborative support scheduling system of intelligence information from multi-UAVs based on eye-tracker. Firstly, the target recognition algorithm is applied to the images from the multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(multi-UAVs) to recognize the targets in the images. Then,the support system utilizes the eye tracker to gain the eye-gaze points which are intended to obtain the focused targets in the images. Finally, the heuristic scheduling algorithms take both the attributes of targets and the operator's attention into consideration to obtain the sequence of the images. As the processing time of the images collected by the multi-UAVs is uncertain, however the upper bounds and lower bounds of the processing time are known before. So the processing time of the images is modeled by the interval processing time. The objective of the scheduling problem is to minimize mean weighted completion time. This paper proposes some new polynomial time heuristic scheduling algorithms which firstly schedule the images including the focused targets. We conduct the scheduling experiments under six different distributions. The results indicate that the proposed algorithm is not sensitive to the different distributions of the processing time and has a negligible computational time. The absolute error of the best performing heuristic solution is only about 1%. Then, we incorporate the best performing heuristic algorithm into the human-machine collaborative support systems to verify the performance of the system.展开更多

Much effort has been spent in this area, and many kinds of approaches have been proposed. Based on the correlative materials, this paper presents extensible markup language (XML) based strategy for several important problems of data processing in network supported collaborative design, such as the representation of standard for the exchange of product model data (STEP) with XML in the product information expression and the management of XML documents using relational database. The paper gives a detailed exposition on how to clarify the mapping between XML structure and the relationship database structure and how XML-QL queries can be translated into structured query language (SQL) queries. Finally, the structure of data processing system based on XML is presented.展开更多

The mode architecture, working pattern and development flow of this system were described. The prototype system developed was applied to Lambda 900 Spectrometer in Chongqing University to realize electromechanical instrument networked sharing, and demonstrated desirable expansibility and felxibility to satisfy diverse demands of customers.展开更多
Code review is intended to find bugs in early development phases,improving code quality for later integration and testing.However,due to the lack of experience with algorithm design,or software development,individual ...Code review is intended to find bugs in early development phases,improving code quality for later integration and testing.However,due to the lack of experience with algorithm design,or software development,individual novice programmers face challenges while reviewing code.In this paper,we utilize collaborative eye tracking to record the gaze data from multiple reviewers,and share the gaze visualization among them during the code review process.The visualizations,such as borders highlighting current reviewed code lines,transition lines connecting related reviewed code lines,reveal the visual attention about program functions that can facilitate understanding and bug tracing.This can help novice reviewers to make sense to confirm the potential bugs or avoid repeated reviewing of code,and potentially even help to improve reviewing skills.We built a prototype system,and conducted a user study with paired reviewers.The results showed that the shared real-time visualization allowed the reviewers to find bugs more efficiently.展开更多
