A Study on the Work Process-Based Practical Training Model for Basic Nursing Skills in Vocational Colleges

Objective:To explore and analyze the work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges and its implementation effects.Methods:A total of 82 nursing students from our school were selected for the study,which was conducted from April 2023 to April 2024.Using a random number table method,the students were divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 41 students.The control group received conventional practical training teaching,while the observation group followed the work process-based practical training model for basic nursing skills.The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The comparison of assessment scores showed that the observation group performed significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of teaching satisfaction also indicated that the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges can improve students’assessment scores and enhance teaching satisfaction,demonstrating its value for wider application.

The Application of Group Work in Higher Vocational College English Teaching in Beibu Gulf

With the increasing demand for communicative competence in English, organizing small group activities has become important and increasingly popular in EFL classrooms in higher vocational college. But there still exist many problems such as:too silence, little enthusiasm, out of control and so on, which has made group teaching activities can’t reach the expected effect.The paper takes the higher vocational college English Teaching in Beibu Gulf as an example, basing on the reasons mention above, put forward some suggestions and hopes that there may be some help in the effective use of group work in higher vocational college English teaching.

Work Effectiveness,Problems and Countermeasures of Third-Party Assessment Teams from Colleges and Universities for Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Conducting a third-party assessment on targeted poverty alleviation can effectively avoid the disadvantage that local government plays as both athlete(i.e.performer of poverty alleviation work)and referee(i.e.referee for poverty alleviation effect)in poverty alleviation to ensure the truth of poverty alleviation,and therefore,it is an important part of the work to win the battle against poverty.Since 2016,the thirdparty assessment teams from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation have achieved good results and performance in the assessment on both the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation work and the exit of poor counties in China,and they have made due contributions to the cause of poverty alleviation.However,as a new thing,third-party assessment obviously has some problems,mainly including the following:subjective understanding on the long-term nature of rural poverty alleviation is insufficient,and there is a lack of long-term considerations and related mechanism for third-party assessment;affected by policies and institutions,most of the existing third-party assessment teams from colleges and universities have not regarded third-party assessment of targeted poverty alleviation as a cause,and they lack the motivation to actively study the assessment business;and the third-party assessment staff from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation have low stability and high mobility,not conducive to the long-term construction of assessment teams.In order to establish long-term poverty alleviation and prevention mechanisms,these issues must be addressed squarely and relevant countermeasures need to be taken actively to effectively build a long-term mechanism for building third-party assessment teams from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation.

Media Effect of Students’ Ideological and Political Work in Tibetan Agricultural Colleges and Universities

Both the students’ ideological and political work and the media work in agricultural colleges and universities are priorities of agricultural higher education in Tibet. The economic and social development situation in Tibet,especially the modern agricultural development trend in Tibet,provides excellent development opportunities and challenges for both the students’ ideological and political work and the media work in Tibetan agricultural colleges and universities. On the whole,the students’ ideological and political work and the media work should not be treated with discrimination. Instead,they should be effectively integrated and coordinated,to form joint efforts,so as to create a bright spring for agricultural higher education of Tibet.

Investigation on Roles in Group Work of College English Classroom

Group work has been being widely welcomed by scholars and college English teachers when it was introduced into Chinese college English classrooms which usually contain more than 60 students,probably because group discussions or cooperative work provide more chances for Chinese college students to involve in the class teaching and learning and get them more opportunities to practice their oral English so as to promote their English competent.However,little attention has been paid to what kind of group work arrangement is more effective on making students more engaged in the task as teachers expect in China.This investigation will help answer the question that whether students should be informed their roles in group work through longitudinal qualitative research,the class observation and interviews specifically.Comparison will be taken between two classes to figure out the better way of arranging group work in college English classes.

A Study on Group Work in College English Collaborative Teaching

Nowadays, collaborative teaching has become an original and effective teaching strategy, which has been generally accepted in many countries. It is an effective means to cultivate and train students＇ language using ability and their autonomous learning ability. The core of collaborative teaching is making students accomplish a common learning goal via group work. In view of the current situation of college English teaching, this paper has explored issues on the group work in collaborative teaching, including group work designing, group work implementing and group work evaluating. In addition, it has discussed with examples the merits and demerits of group work and come up with concrete measures for improvement so as to further promote college English teaching reforms.

Research on the theories and methods of the specialization of the college counselor＇s work

The research proposition of this article is to do a brief analysis of the specialized theories and the systems of the methods of the college counselors＇ work under the perspective of the professional theories of the college counselors, and discuss the way of the realization of the specialization of the college counseling work, to achieve the professional orientation of the work of the college counselors. With the use of the specialized ways of work, we can make the college counselors develop themselves in the strict professional training and the continuous autonomous learning. They should use their own professional knowledge to equip themselves, to be the teachers and management personnel able to correctly guide the healthy growth of the university students.

Whether the transformation development work of secondary college can succeed or not directly decide whether the transformation work of the whole college can carry on smoothly or not. This essay, by establishing eighteen secondary indicators, investigates seven aspects of the newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities secondary college transformation work, such as the general idea, specialty construction, talents training mode, teaching staff construction, integration of production with teaching, social services and quality assurance, hoping that it can play a reference to the work of other colleges and universities.

Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Employment Quality of College Graduates:A Case Study of China

The employment quality of college graduates in China is a topic of widespread concern.This paper uses authoritative data sources,including the China Labor Statistics Yearbook,China Statistical Yearbook,and data from provincial statistical bureaus,to examine the employment quality of college graduates in different regions of China.Specifically,the paper explores three aspects:salary level,job intensity,and job stability.The research results indicate that undergraduate graduates experience lower job intensity than college counterparts.However,while North,East,and South China show high salary levels and job stability,issues such as high work intensity,high cost of living,and small living space exist.Therefore,this paper offers policy development recommendations to promote job market reform and improve employment quality.These recommendations aim to address the challenges faced by college graduates in various regions of China and to promote the stability of the country’s social and economic development.By examining the employment quality of college graduates in different regions of China,this paper provides valuable insights for scholars,policymakers,and practitioners.

Superficial Inquiry on the Mechanism of Psychological Health Education of College Students under the Background of Anti Epidemic

Psychological health education has been highly valued by the party and the state.During the fight against the COVID-19,colleges and universities have made a beneficial exploration in carrying out psychological health education.In older to further understand the impact of the epidemic on the psychological health of college students,a survey was carried out based on questionnaire survey,depth interview and expert consultation.The survey found that the epidemic increased the psychological pressure and posed new challenges to the psychological health education in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the causes from the four aspects of society,family,college and individual,this thesis put forwards some suggestions on how to effectively carry out the psychological health education of college students in the context of fighting against the epidemic.

基于Z省3所高职院校749份样本的调查数据,采用统计描述分析和计量经济分析的方法,探求高职学生从事生产一线工作的意愿及其影响因素。研究发现,父母的职业支持度,学生对生产一线工作的环境、工作稳定性、工作自由度、发展预期的正向认知会有效增强其在毕业后选择从事生产一线工作的意愿。为更好地引导高职学生到生产一线岗位就业,要增强家校协同,争取家长的职业支持认可;深化校企同育,增进学生的职业环境认知;强化榜样宣传,提升学生的职业发展预期;加强职业规训,强化学生的职业精神养成。

高等学校实验室安全现场检查三段七步流程的设计与应用

为实现高等学校实验室安全现场检查工作的常态化、规范化、精细化和有效化,全面规划任务,合理分配时间,提高现场检查工作的质量和效率,该文依据相关规范要求设计准则,通过程序优化与流程设计,将现场检查工作划分为入校准备、现场检查和反馈整改三个相互联系的阶段,进一步将现场检查划分为预备会议、见面会议、查阅资料、查看现场、师生访谈、重点交流和会议反馈的七个步骤,构建了高校实验室安全现场检查的三段七步工作流程。经实践应用,三段七步流程保证了现场检查工作推进的合理有序,检查内容涵盖了实验室安全检查的全部要素和指标点,对现场检查工作具有指引导向功用。

The Policy for Education of Migrant Workers＇ Children：Situation Analysis and the Future Orientation

高校数学课程思政要素体系与融入方式——基于“全国高校青年教师教学竞赛”获奖作品分析

构建数学课程思政要素体系是进行课程思政深入研究的需要.从科学精神与伦理、哲学与思想、品德与法治、情怀与信念4个维度,构建了高校数学课程思政要素体系,指出了思政融入的附加式、顺应式、融合式3种方式.以近三届“全国高校青年教师教学竞赛”中的数学课程获奖作品为样本,采用录像分析法进行分析.结果表明,所有选手都融入了课程思政,案例内容主要集中在中国故事、思想方法、品德修养等方面;采用附加式的作品较多,顺应式和融合式的作品较少;顺应式、融合式的教学设计,高契合度的思政内容,由浅入深、丝丝入扣的逻辑结构更容易获得专家的青睐.
