In this paper, the reading-discussion-writing approach which guarantees the innovative construction of writing is proposed to train college students' critical thinking ability, and specific suggestions on the practice are articulated such as designing diversified listening and speaking lead-in activities to activate or supplement the relative notion and background knowledge, using variety of challenging reading-discussion-writing tasks, and conducting mutual evaluation, etc., to let students deeply understand the text through discussion and promote their language competence and writing ability as well as their reflective thinking ability. 展开更多

Research in language learning strategies has addressed the necessity of improving oral skills in second language acquisition.This study attempts to explore the strategies employed by 19 medical students at Qiannan Medical College for Nationalities to improve their oral skills.Semi-structured interview and open-ended questionnaire were used as the instruments for the data collection.The data was then analyzed qualitatively for the purpose of the study.The findings of the study showed that the strategies employed by the students mainly include the strategies to improve speaking skills and the strategies to improve listening skills.The strategies to improve speaking skills include two main categories:fluency-focused strategies and accuracy-focused strategies.The strategies to improve listening skills also include two main categories:direct strategies and indirect strategies. 展开更多

Unlike general education,vocational education aims to nurture skilled people for various sectors in the society.The development of students’problem analysis and problem-solving skills is crucial.As an important part of the vocational education system,skills competitions are considered a“booster”for improving the quality of teaching in vocational institutions.This paper examines the problem-solving skills of students in preparation for skills competition.First of all,we introduce China’s education policies and conduct a review of early scholars’views,followed by a discussion on the specific problems faced in the design of the entry for skills competition and an exploration of the process of enhancing students’problem-solving skills around these problems;we then propose several suggestions for vocational institutions to enhance their participation in skills competitions.Skills competitions provide a“special stage”for students in vocational institutions to show their abilities.The question of how this“stage”can be utilized to better improve students’abilities is worth exploring in different fields. 展开更多

This paper reports the development of critical thinking of urban high school students in the Chinese city of Xi’an.It presents the assessment of the students’two components of critical thinking:dispositions towards critical thinking and critical thinking skills,using the California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory and the California Critical Thinking Skills Test.Results show that the students’dispositions toward critical thinking are at an average level while their critical thinking skills are very low.This research also shows that there is no significant difference between students from science classes and arts classes in their critical thinking dispositions while science students have a higher level of critical thinking skills.Students from advanced classes have a higher level of the two components of critical thinking than their counterparts from general classes.There are no differences between male students and female students in both components. 展开更多

计算机学科的理论知识中蕴含着丰富的计算思维,如何将这些知识转化为解决问题的能力是目前大学生计算思维培养的核心问题。依据计算思维培养规律和探究式教学理论提出面向计算思维发展的探究式教学模式,并以“哈夫曼编码”为例进行具体... 计算机学科的理论知识中蕴含着丰富的计算思维,如何将这些知识转化为解决问题的能力是目前大学生计算思维培养的核心问题。依据计算思维培养规律和探究式教学理论提出面向计算思维发展的探究式教学模式,并以“哈夫曼编码”为例进行具体的教学设计与实施。实验以计算机专业理论基础课程离散数学为例,应用Korkmaz计算思维量表进行学期前后测,同时采用比格斯的SOLO模型进行思维结构的时序追踪。研究表明,探究式教学对大学生计算思维的培养具有显著的促进作用,在符号表示、抽象概括、问题建模、协作学习维度均有显著提升,使用相关知识结构解决综合问题的能力随时间逐步提升。因此,在探究式教学过程中培养计算思维应深挖教材、选定专业探究问题,精心设计探究引导方案、避免伪探究,追踪探究过程、打开思维变化黑箱。 展开更多

目的:从儒家式应对的角度,探讨亲挫折思想与大学生抑郁、焦虑、压力的关系以及内部心理机制。方法:采用儒家式应对问卷、抑郁-焦虑-压力自评量表、自我损耗量表和自我控制量表对788名在读大学生进行问卷调查。结果:1亲挫折思想与大学生... 目的:从儒家式应对的角度,探讨亲挫折思想与大学生抑郁、焦虑、压力的关系以及内部心理机制。方法:采用儒家式应对问卷、抑郁-焦虑-压力自评量表、自我损耗量表和自我控制量表对788名在读大学生进行问卷调查。结果:1亲挫折思想与大学生抑郁、焦虑、压力呈显著负相关(r=-0.49,-0.48,-0.50;P<0.001),与自我损耗呈显著负相关(r=-0.47,P<0.001),与自我控制呈显著正相关(r=0.53,P<0.001);2中介效应检验表明,亲挫折思想对大学生抑郁、焦虑、压力的直接效应显著,效应值分别为-0.15、-0.14、-0.14;自我损耗在亲挫折思想与大学生抑郁、焦虑、压力之间起单独中介作用,中介效应值分别为-0.18、-0.17、-0.16;自我控制在亲挫折思想与大学生抑郁、焦虑、压力之间起单独中介作用,中介效应值分别为-0.08、-0.08、-0.11;自我损耗和自我控制也存在链式中介作用,中介效应值分别为-0.05、-0.06、-0.08。结论:亲挫折思想既可以直接预测大学生抑郁、焦虑、压力,也可以通过自我损耗和自我控制的独立中介效应以及自我损耗→自我控制的链式中介效应间接影响大学生抑郁、焦虑、压力。 展开更多

目的结合国家执业医师考试及全国大学生医学技术技能大赛的考试要求,探讨基于能力导向临床实习轮转模式改革的应用效果。方法选取实习的2017级临床医学“5+3”一体化儿科及临床专业实习生各90名,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组90人。试验... 目的结合国家执业医师考试及全国大学生医学技术技能大赛的考试要求,探讨基于能力导向临床实习轮转模式改革的应用效果。方法选取实习的2017级临床医学“5+3”一体化儿科及临床专业实习生各90名,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组90人。试验组采用调整后实习轮转计划,对照组采用传统实习轮转计划,应用综合考评得分、个人综合能力、自我超越、职业抱负、教学满意度评分量表进行统计比较。结果试验组综合考评、个人综合能力、岗位胜任能力、自我超越、职业抱负、教学满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实习模式改革有助于提高医学生的整体素质,改善医学生的学习环境,激发医学生的临床学习兴趣和主动性,增强医学生的临床实践能力,提高医学生的满意度,同时提升国家执业医师考试通过率以及为全国大学生医学技术技能大赛培养优秀赛手,值得继续深入探索和推广应用。 展开更多
