The AZ31/GW103 K bimetallic composite plates were prepared by co-extrusion of different combination types(sandwich extrusion type and double semicircle extrusion type),and effects of different extrusion combination ty...The AZ31/GW103 K bimetallic composite plates were prepared by co-extrusion of different combination types(sandwich extrusion type and double semicircle extrusion type),and effects of different extrusion combination types on the microstructure and mechanical properties of bimetallic composite plates were systematically investigated.The results show that both the AZ31/GW103 K bimetallic composite plates prepared by different extrusion combination types have good metallurgical bonding,and changing the combination type does not affect the thickness of the interfacial transition layer of composite plates.Compared with the monolithic AZ31 and GW103 K extruded plates,co-extrusion can promote the dynamic recrystallization(DRX)of AZ31 and GW103 K components in composite plates,and double semicircular extrusion type has a better promotion effect on the DRX than sandwich extrusion type.In addition,the texture of AZ31 in both monolithic AZ31 and AZ31/GW103 K/AZ31(A/G/A)plates is a typical(0002)basal texture,while that in the AZ31/GW103 K(A/G)composite plate shifts to the tangent direction(TD)of extruded plate.Compared with the monolithic AZ31 extruded plate,both the yield strength and tensile strength of A/G and A/G/A bimetallic composite plates are significantly improved.The strength of A/G/A composite plate is higher than that of A/G composite plate,but its elongation is worse.Meanwhile,co-extrusion reduces the dislocation density of AZ31 and GW 103 K components in composite plates,and different extrusion combination types also affect the dislocation density.展开更多
Duo to their superior physicochemical properties,graphene and its derivatives(GDs),such as graphene oxide(GO)and reduced graphene oxide(rGO),have attracted extensive research interests around the world.In recent years...Duo to their superior physicochemical properties,graphene and its derivatives(GDs),such as graphene oxide(GO)and reduced graphene oxide(rGO),have attracted extensive research interests around the world.In recent years,antibacterial activities of GDs have aroused wide concern and substantial works have been done.However,the underlying antibacterial mechanisms still remain controversial.Antibacterial activities of GDs vary with various factors,such as size,number of layers,oxygen-containing groups,and experimental surroundings.We assume that combination types between graphene oxide and substrate may affect the antibacterial activity.Therefore,in this work,GO was fixed on the titanium surface with three kinds of combination types including drop with gravitational effects(GO-D),electrostatic interaction(GO-APS)and electrophoretic deposition(GO-EPD),and the antibacterial activities in vitro were systematically investigated.Results showed that combination types affected the ability of GO for preventing Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)from gathering,sharpness of wrinkles or edges and reactive oxygen spices(ROS)levels.Once S.aureus are in the form of separation without aggregation,GO can effectively interact with them and kill them with sharp wrinkles or edges and high ROS levels.GOEPD could effectively prevent S.aureus from gathering,own sharp wrinkles or edges and could generate higher ROS levels.As a result,GO-EPD exhibited optimal antibacterial activity against S.aureus,followed by GO-APS and GO-D.展开更多

In this system, the cytosine base editor(CBE) and adenine base edit...The clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)–CRISPR-associated protein(Cas) system has been widely used for genome editing. In this system, the cytosine base editor(CBE) and adenine base editor(ABE) allow generating precise and irreversible base mutations in a programmable manner and have been used in many different types of cells and organisms. However, their applications are limited by low editing efficiency at certain genomic target sites or at specific target cytosine(C) or adenine(A) residues. Using a strategy of combining optimized synergistic core components, we developed a new multiplex super-assembled ABE(sABE) in rice that showed higher base-editing efficiency than previously developed ABEs. We also designed a new type of nuclear localization signal(NLS) comprising a FLAG epitope tag with four copies of a codon-optimized NLS(F4NLS^(r2)) to generate another ABE named F4NLS-sABE. This new NLS increased editing efficiency or edited additional A at several target sites. A new multiplex super-assembled CBE(sCBE) and F4NLS^(r2) involved F4NLS-sCBE were also created using the same strategy. F4NLS-sCBE was proven to be much more efficient than sCBE in rice. These optimized base editors will serve as powerful genome-editing tools for basic research or molecular breeding in rice and will provide a reference for the development of superior editing tools for other plants or animals.展开更多

An...The numerical mode of nonlinear wave transformation based on both the Laplace equation for water field and the Bernoulli equation for water surface is a kind of time-domain boundary problem with initial conditions. And the basis for establishing the numerical mode of nonlinear wave in time domain is to trace the position of wave free surface and to calculate the instantaneous surface height and surface potential function. This paper firstly utilizes the ‘0-1' combined BEM to separate the boundary by means of discretization of Green's integral equation based on the Laplace equation, then separates the free surface of wave with FEM and derives the FEM equation of wave surface that satisfies the nonlinear boundary conditions. By jointly solving the above BEM and FEM equations, the wave potential and surface height could be obtained with iteration in time domain. Thus a new kind of nonlinear numerical mode is established for calculating wave transformation. The wave test in the numerical wave tank shows that the numerical simulation with this mode is of high accuracy.展开更多

In m-time iteration within the computational process of time step (n-1)At to nat, the results of the previous iteration are taken as the initial value of the two-order unknown terms in the present iteration.
