METHODS: Using stratified random sampling according to fibrinogen (Fib) levels, 145 liver cirrhosis patients due to hepatitis B complicated by coagulation disorder were treated. Of them, 70 in research group were treated with TCM by "nourishing yin, cooling blood and invigorating blood circulation" and Western medicine, 75 in control group were treated with conventional Western medicine. The indexes of liver function, coagulation function and bleeding events were observed and compared. RESULTS: The prothrombin time (PT) was shorter and the fibrinogen (Fib) level was higher in the research group than in the control group (Fib = 1.6-2.0 g/L, 1.1-1.5 g/L, and ≤ 1.0 g/L). The total bilirubin (TBIL) level was significantly lower in the research group than in the control group, except for the subgroup of FIB ≤ 1.0 g/L. CONCLUSION: TCM therapy can improve coagulation fuction and decrease TBIL.展开更多

It is even associated closely with the occurrence of gastric cancer and mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma. Recently, the incidence of H. pylori-associated gastritis has increased rapidly worldwide, especially in China. The prevention and treatment of H. pylori infection has become an urgent issue to be resolved by the medical community. Traditional Chinese medicine and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine have recently shown unique advantages in the treatment of H. pylori–associated gastritis. The progress in this area is summarized in this review.展开更多

文摘Through the method of literature mining, the classics of traditional Chinese medicine, materia medica works, medical cases and documents are studied.Based on common prescriptions for the treatment of diseases such as abnormal Zang-fu viscera and qi movement, dysfunction, etc.,and combined with the theory of ascending and descending property of traditional Chinese medicine, the application of ascending and descending property of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical prescription compatibility and the factors affecting the application are summarized. The ascending and descending properties of traditional Chinese medicine have been widely used in prescription compatibility for the clinical treatment of impairment of purifying and descending function of the lung, spleen and stomach's ascending and descending disorders and heart-kidney noninteractionpatte.
文摘Objective:Based on the database of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Dictionary, the prescription medication rules of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast carbuncle were explored by using the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).Methods:To screen and retrieve the prescriptions for treating breast carbuncle in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Dictionary, and data mining was carried out by using association rule algorithm, complex system entropy clustering and so on.Results:A total of 208 prescriptions which met the inclusion criteria were selected, involving 175 traditional Chinese medicines.Among them,23 medicines were found to be more than 21 times in the treatment of breast carbuncle. The nature of the medicine is mainly cold or warm, the flavour of the medicine is mainly bitter or sweet, most of them belong to the spleen,liver,stomach.15 commonly used drug combinations and 9 new prescriptions were obtained. Conclusion:The key pathogenesis of breast carbuncle is liver depression and Qi stagnation, stomach heat blocking collaterals, the treatment is mainly to clear heat and detoxify, regulate Qi to diffuse the knot, which provides reference for the choose of traditional Chinese medicine prescription in treating breast carbuncle.

文摘Objective To study the research on real-world data and to provide new ideas and methods for the inheritance and development of empirical prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods The disadvantages of using randomized controlled trials for empirical prescriptions of TCM and the advantages of using real-world study(RWS)were analyzed by summarizing the previous RWS and the empirical prescriptions.Meanwhile, the methods for marketing of new TCMs derived from empirical prescriptions of TCM,the data source and trial design of the RWS were discussed. Results and Conclusion RWS can provide new ideas for the listing of new TCMs.With the improvement of relevant laws and regulations,RWS will promote the development of TCM greatly. To promote the application of RWS in the inheritance and development of empirical prescriptions of TCM,the government should improve laws and regulations as soon as possible, and enterprises and research institutions should strengthen patient privacy protection and clarify the responsible parties.

文摘Objective:To investigate the mechanism underlying the effects exerted by the Qizhu prescription(QZP)in breast cancer(BC),and the respective targets. Methods: Expression data from the ArrayExpress and The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)were used to identify differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in BC.Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analyses were performed on the DEGs to identify genes involved in protein–protein interactions.Molecular docking was used to explore the dynamic relationship between active molecules and targets.Cell function experiments and animal studies were conducted to evaluate the effects of hub genes and active QZP compounds on BC cell behavior. Results: Among the 25 evaluated BC-related targets of QZP,matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP1)and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)exhibited the highest degrees of dysregulation.GO and KEGG enrichment analyses revealed that the anti-BC targets of QZP primarily affected drug responses and pathways in cancer cells.Molecular docking analysis suggested potential interactions between EGFR and quercetin/luteolin,as well as between MMP1 and luteolin/kaempferol/quercetin.Quercetin significantly reduced BC cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and tumor development in vivo.Treatment of BC cells with quercetin decreased the expression or activation of several associated proteins. Conclusion: The findings of our study provide new insights into the therapeutic potential of traditional Chinese medicine against BC,with particular reference to QZP.

文摘AIM: TO observe the therapeutic effects of new traditional Chinese medicine (TClVl) therapy on coagulation disorder and accompanying intractable jaundice in HBV-related liver cirrhosis patients. CONCLUSION: TCM therapy can improve coagulation fuction and decrease TBIL.

文摘Helicobacter pylori is a pathogenic bacterium with strong pathogenicity, which can induce chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer in addition to causing gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal metaplasia after longterm infection. The progress in this area is summarized in this review.
