Cardiovascular Diseases (CVDs) pose a significant global health challenge, necessitating accurate risk prediction for effective preventive measures. This comprehensive comparative study explores the performance of traditional Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models in predicting CVD risk, utilizing a meticulously curated dataset derived from health records. Rigorous preprocessing, including normalization and outlier removal, enhances model robustness. Diverse ML models (Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, K-Nearest Neighbor, Decision Tree, and Gradient Boosting) are compared with a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural network for DL. Evaluation metrics include accuracy, ROC AUC, computation time, and memory usage. Results identify the Gradient Boosting Classifier and LSTM as top performers, demonstrating high accuracy and ROC AUC scores. Comparative analyses highlight model strengths and limitations, contributing valuable insights for optimizing predictive strategies. This study advances predictive analytics for cardiovascular health, with implications for personalized medicine. The findings underscore the versatility of intelligent systems in addressing health challenges, emphasizing the broader applications of ML and DL in disease identification beyond cardiovascular health. 展开更多

Analysis of Land Use Change and Driving Factors in Mojiang County Based on PLUS Model

[Objectives]To explore the characteristics of land use change and its main influencing factors in Mojiang County from 2000 to 2020,and try to provide a scientific reference for alleviating the contradiction between man and land in Mojiang County and realizing the sustainable development of regional land resources.[Methods]Based on the land cover data and socio-economic data of Mojiang County from 2000 to 2020,the dynamic degree of land use,land use transfer matrix and center-of-gravity transfer model were calculated,and the temporal and spatial change characteristics and driving factors of various types of land use were calculated by PLUS model.[Results]From 2000 to 2020,the area and proportion of grassland,waters and construction land in Mojiang County showed an upward trend,while the area and proportion of cultivated land and forest land showed a downward trend.Among them,cultivated land was mainly converted into forest land and grassland,and some were converted into waters and construction land;forest land was mainly converted into cultivated land and grassland,and part of it was converted into waters and construction land.From 2000 to 2020,the center-of-gravity of cultivated land,forest land and construction land in Mojiang County moved to the southeast of the county,and the moving rates were 0.66,1.97 and 10.58 km/yr,respectively;the center-of-gravity of grassland and waters moved to the southwest of the county,and the moving rates were 1.30 and 20.20 km/yr,respectively.Distance from road,distance from government and distance from waters are the main driving forces affecting land use change in Mojiang County;the forecast shows that in 2040,the area of grassland and forest land in Mojiang County will continue to decrease,the area of cultivated land will turn to rise,and the area of waters and construction land will continue to rise.[Conclusions]Reasonable planning and optimizing the allocation of cultivated land and forest land structure and strict control of the expansion scale of construction land are necessary measures to ensure the coordinated development of regional land rational use and economic construction. 展开更多

The five central cities-Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen-of the three most important strategic regions in China,namely Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan region,the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta,are taken as a comparative analysis on urban producer services' competitiveness,especially focusing on the comparative advantages and disadvantages of producer services in Beijing.Firstly,based on an integrated indicator system including one objective hierarchy,four standard hierarchies and 35 indicator hierarchies,the study applies factor analysis model and analytic hierarchy process model reformed by entropy technology to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of producer services in the above five cities.Secondly,Beijing has comparative advantages of capital resource,industrial base,scientific research resource and market scale,since it takes the first place of the five cities in the comprehensive competitiveness of producer services,the competitiveness of industrial development,business environment and living environment,only inferior to Shanghai in the competitiveness of talent capital.Thirdly,Beijing has comparative disadvantages in the level of producer services development,urban innovation capability and living environment.Finally,five proposals are put forth to enhance the competitiveness of producer services in Beijing,namely perfecting the system of laws and statutes,supporting the development of industry association,implementing scientific development planning,introducing preferential fiscal and taxation policies and strengthening human capital reserve. 展开更多

This paper presents dynamic-behavior comparisons and related forensic analyses of a submerged floating tunnel(SFT)between numerical simulation and physical experiment under regular and irregular waves.The experiments are conducted in the 3Dwave tank with 1:33.3 scale,and the corresponding coupled time-domain simulation tool is devised for comparison.The entire SFT systemconsists of a long concrete tunnel and 12 tubular aluminummooring lines.Two numerical simulation models,the Cummins equation with 3D potential theory including second-order wave-body interaction effects and the much simpler Morison-equation-based formula with the lumped-massbased line model,are designed and compared.Forensic analyses for mooring-line adjustments in the simulation are carried out in view of the best representation of the physical system.After that,the measured pre-tension distribution and systemstiffness of twelvemooring lines arewell reproduced in the numericalmodel.Subsequently,the dynamic responses and mooring tensions of the SFT are compared under regular and irregular waves.The measured and simulated results coincide reasonably well for both regular-and irregular-wave conditions. 展开更多

The equivalent diagonal strut models of infill wall mainly include the single strut model and multi-strut model.Firstly,several equivalent strut models and their characteristics are introduced in this paper.Then,model analysis and pushover analysis are carried out on infilled frame models with the aid of the software SAP2000.Two typical single strut models and a typical three-strut model are used to simulate the panel of the frames respectively.It is indicated that the period reduction factor of the frame with a three-strut model is close to the value recommended by the current code.The infill wall has great influence on the overall stiffness,bearing capacity and weak position of the structure.The stiffness and the bearing capacity of the infilled frame increase with the increase of the number of the infill walls.The unfilled story is the weak position of the infilled frame,and when the unfilled story at the bottom of the infilled frame,the seismic response of the upper infill layer decreases with the increasing of the number of unfilled story. 展开更多

Shift-share analysis has been confirmed a useful approach in the study of regional economics and many kinds of extended shift-share models have been advanced and put into practice in economic studies, but few have hitherto been introduced and applied to the tourism research in China. Moreover understanding the spatially competitive relationship is of paramount importance for marketers, developers, and planners involved in tourism strategy development. Based on international tourism receipts from 1995 to 2004, this study aims at probing into the spatial competitiveness of interna- tional tourism in Jiangsu Province in comparison with its neighbors by applying a spatially extended shift-share model and a modified dynamic shift-share model. The empirical results illustrate that exceptional years may exist in the ap- plication of dynamic shift-share models. To solve this issue, modifications to dynamic shift-share model are put forward. The analytical results are not only presented but also explained by the comparison of background conditions of tourism development between Jiangsu and its key competitors. The conclusions can be drawn that the growth of international tourism receipts in Jiangsu mainly attributes to the national component and the competitive component and Zhejiang is the most important rival to Jiangsu during the period of 1995-2004. In order to upgrade the tourism competitiveness, it is indispensable for Jiangsu to take proper positioning, promoting and marketing strategies and to cooperate and integrate with its main rivals. 展开更多

Pesticides have the potential to leave harmful effects on humans, animals, other living organisms, and the environment. Several human metabolic proteins inhibited after exposure to organophosphorus pesticides absorbed through the skin, inhalation, eyes and oral mucosa, are most important targets for this interaction study. The crystal structure of five different proteins, PDBIDs: 3LII, 3NXU, 4GTU, 2XJ1 and 1YXA in Homo sapiens (H. sapiens), interact with organophosphorus pesticides at the molecular level. The 3-D structures were found to be of good quality and validated through PROCHECK, ERRAT and ProSA servers. The results show that the binding energy is maximum -45.21 relative units of cytochrome P450 protein with phosmet pesticide. In terms of H-bonding, methyl parathion and parathion with acetylcholinesterase protein, parathion, methylparathion and phosmet with protein kinase C show the highest interaction. We conclude that these organophosphorus pesticides are more toxic and inhibit enzymatic activity by interrupting the metabolic pathways in H. sapiens. 展开更多

The mixing time of impact zone in liquid-continuous impinging streams reactor(LISR) is theoretically calculated by empirical model and modern micromixing model of the fluid mixing process, and the variation laws of macromixing time and micromixing time are quantitatively discussed. The results show that under a continuous and stable operating condition, as the paddle speed increases, the macromixing time and micromixing time calculated by the two models both decrease, even in a linkage equilibrium state. Simultaneously, as the paddle speed increases, the results figured by the two models tend to be consistent. It indicates that two models both are more suitable for calculation of mixing time in high paddle speed. Compared with the existing experimental results of this type of reactor, the mixing time computed in the speed of 1500 r/min is closer to it. These conclusions can provide an important reference for systematically studying the strengthening mechanism of LISR under continuous mixing conditions. 展开更多

In order to solve the defect of large error in current employment quality evaluation,an employment quality evaluation model based on grey correlation degree method and fuzzy C-means(FCM)is proposed.Firstly,it analyzes the related research work of employment quality evaluation,establishes the employment quality evaluation index system,collects the index data,and normalizes the index data;Then,the weight value of employment quality evaluation index is determined by Grey relational analysis method,and some unimportant indexes are removed;Finally,the employment quality evaluation model is established by using fuzzy cluster analysis algorithm,and compared with other employment quality evaluation models.The test results show that the employment quality evaluation accuracy of the design model exceeds 93%,the employment quality evaluation error can meet the requirements of practical application,and the employment quality evaluation effect is much better than the comparison model.The comparison test verifies the superiority of the model. 展开更多

为研究不同煤岩介质压裂条件下水压钻孔裂隙起裂压力、起裂位置的变化规律,通过梳理现有理论,对连续介质弹性理论和非连续介质断裂理论2种经典模型进行比较。以王家岭煤矿等9个矿井为研究对象,针对不同介质岩石钻孔的压裂条件,开展室内... 为研究不同煤岩介质压裂条件下水压钻孔裂隙起裂压力、起裂位置的变化规律,通过梳理现有理论,对连续介质弹性理论和非连续介质断裂理论2种经典模型进行比较。以王家岭煤矿等9个矿井为研究对象,针对不同介质岩石钻孔的压裂条件,开展室内试验并对结果进行比较,采用比较分析法进一步研究围岩压力、抗压强度对裂隙起裂压力、起裂位置的影响规律。结果表明:不同应力环境中,侧压系数越大,2种介质岩石钻孔开裂所需的起裂压力越大,相差越大,差值(2种压力差与连续介质岩石起裂压力的比值)越小,当侧压系数大于2时,差值无限接近于0;不同介质岩石的抗压强度具有差异性,抗压强度越大,2种介质岩石钻孔起裂压力越大;连续介质理论中起裂位置与围岩压力、抗压强度呈正相关,非连续介质理论中起裂位置始终沿水平应力方向。岩石介质对水压裂隙扩展规律的影响,可以为理论模型的优选提供参考,同时有助于裂隙起裂扩展行为预测。 展开更多

背景实现基层医防融合,创新医防协同、医防融合机制是我国医疗卫生领域在“十四五”期间的重要任务。目的分析整合型服务体系构建背景下医防融合的实现机制,为探索适应健康中国战略的医防融合路径提供参考。方法以2018年为时间节点,以... 背景实现基层医防融合,创新医防协同、医防融合机制是我国医疗卫生领域在“十四五”期间的重要任务。目的分析整合型服务体系构建背景下医防融合的实现机制,为探索适应健康中国战略的医防融合路径提供参考。方法以2018年为时间节点,以“医防融合”“医防协同”“防治结合”为关键词检索中国知网和万方数据知识服务平台相关文献,筛选出对医共体、医联体等整合型服务体系案例政策措施和实施效果进行研究的文献,最终筛选出文献18篇,案例15个。基于彩虹模型,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面以及支持要素确定系统整合、组织整合、专业整合、服务整合、功能整合、规范整合为条件变量,以良好医防融合效果为结果变量,采用定性比较分析方法探索整合型服务体系构建背景下的医防融合实现机制。结果共有4条组态路径能有效提升医防融合效果,4条路径分别符合多层面整合型、中微观整合型路径,同时得出以下结果:(1)依托整合型服务体系开展医防融合更为有效,在整合型服务体系下存在多种路径可有效提升医防融合效果;(2)服务整合对提升医防融合效果起着基础保障作用;(3)对提升医防融合的系统整合、专业整合和功能整合相关政策指标设置尚不健全。结论(1)依托医联体、医共体等中国特色的整合型服务体系提升医防融合效果;(2)充分发挥服务整合的基础保障作用;(3)参考多层面整合型案例的成功经验,均衡设置宏观、中观、微观层面政策指标,同时完善系统整合、专业整合以及支持要素的整合。 展开更多

目的:探究声誉对互联网医院使用意愿的影响,对优化互联网医院服务供给模式,提高患者就医体验,促进医院高质量发展都具有重要意义。方法:基于信息-解释-响应(I-I-R)理论构建声誉对互联网医院使用意愿影响框架模型,采用结构方程模型(SEM)... 目的:探究声誉对互联网医院使用意愿的影响,对优化互联网医院服务供给模式,提高患者就医体验,促进医院高质量发展都具有重要意义。方法:基于信息-解释-响应(I-I-R)理论构建声誉对互联网医院使用意愿影响框架模型,采用结构方程模型(SEM)和模糊集定性比较分析法(fsQCA)对互联网医院的使用意愿和组态路径进行实证分析。结果:医院社会责任、医院实力和医生声誉正向影响评估性态度,路径系数由强到弱依次为0.360、0.301和0.260;医院实力和医院社会责任正向影响情感性态度,路径系数分别为0.449和0.272;评估性态度和情感性态度正向影响使用意愿,路径系数分别为0.519和0.386。且以医院社会责任型和医生声誉+医院实力型为核心条件可构成两种模式下的六条有效路径。结论:医生声誉、医院实力和医院社会责任对提高互联网医院使用意愿最有效。医院应构建专业度高的医疗服务平台,提高知名度;应定期开展学习和培训,更新医疗设备,保持信息公开透明,积极承担社会责任,提高医院实力;医生应改善服务态度,提高线上互动性。 展开更多

为明确MSS、Casciati和Harvey and Gavin这3种常用双向恢复力模型计算基础隔震建筑风振响应的差异,采用3种模型模拟铅芯橡胶支座在水平单向和双向位移下的恢复力,对比试验或有限元结果的差异,采用3种模型对一算例在双向风荷载下隔震层... 为明确MSS、Casciati和Harvey and Gavin这3种常用双向恢复力模型计算基础隔震建筑风振响应的差异,采用3种模型模拟铅芯橡胶支座在水平单向和双向位移下的恢复力,对比试验或有限元结果的差异,采用3种模型对一算例在双向风荷载下隔震层位移、顶点位移和顶点加速度3个指标的差异进行了分析。研究表明:3种模型模拟铅芯橡胶支座在单向循环位移、方形和偏置方形位移下恢复力的趋势基本一致;而模拟圆形和偏置圆形位移时,MSS模型双向恢复力形状与有限元结果不同,不能较为准确地模拟支座双向耦合行为,Casciati模型误差稍小于Harvey and Gavin模型。Casciati模型和Harvey and Gavin模型计算风振响应基本一致;对于横风向响应均方根,3种模型差距不大;对于顺风向隔震层位移、顶点位移和顶点加速度均方根,MSS模型稍小,而对于顺、横风向隔震层位移峰值因子,MSS模型稍大;对于顺、横风向顶点加速度峰值因子和双向与单向模型顶点加速度最值比值随风速变化规律,MSS模型与其他模型差异较大。基于双向耦合效应模拟及风振响应指标的差异,建议采用Casciati模型考虑双向恢复力模型对基础隔震建筑风振响应的影响。 展开更多

随着市场竞争加剧和消费需求的升级,农文旅融合发展已成为推动产业结构优化和区域经济发展的重要途径。基于产业融合和组态理论,利用DEA交叉效率模型对广西14个欠发达地市的农旅、文旅以及农文融合效率进行测算,并运用fsQCA方法探索两... 随着市场竞争加剧和消费需求的升级,农文旅融合发展已成为推动产业结构优化和区域经济发展的重要途径。基于产业融合和组态理论,利用DEA交叉效率模型对广西14个欠发达地市的农旅、文旅以及农文融合效率进行测算,并运用fsQCA方法探索两两融合的高效发展路径。结果表明:①广西农文旅融合效率总体呈现上升趋势,其中农文融合效率高于农旅和文旅融合效率;②各地市农文旅融合效率普遍偏低,高效率地区较少,发展存在不均衡性;③经济发展、交通建设、政府支持、对外开放和技术创新等5个因素构成实现高融合效率的7种路径,且技术创新是提高农文旅融合效率的核心因素。因此,欠发达地区应该明确发展路径,加强政府主导,强化科技创,坚持农业为本,通过多产融合高质量助力乡村振兴。 展开更多
