In order to minimize the harmonic distortion rate of the current at the common coupling point,this paper proposes a coordinated allocation strategy of harmonic compensation capacity considering the performance of acti...In order to minimize the harmonic distortion rate of the current at the common coupling point,this paper proposes a coordinated allocation strategy of harmonic compensation capacity considering the performance of active power filters(APF).On the premise of proportional distribution of harmonic compensation capacity,the harmonic compensation rate of each APF is considered,and the harmonic current value of each APF to be compensated is obtained.At the same time,the communication topology is introduced.Each APF takes into account the compensation ability of other APFs.Finally,three APFs with different capacity and performance are configured at the harmonic source to suppress the same harmonic source,and the harmonic distortion rate is reduced to 1.73%.The simulation results show that the strategy can effectively improve the compensation capability of the multiple APF cascaded system to the power grid without increasing the installed capacity.展开更多

In recent years,a large number of small volume,low cost micro electro mechanical systems(MEMS)digital three-axis angular rate gyroscopes have been developed and widely used in civil and military fields.However,these...In recent years,a large number of small volume,low cost micro electro mechanical systems(MEMS)digital three-axis angular rate gyroscopes have been developed and widely used in civil and military fields.However,these kinds of gyroscopes have poor performances in initial zero-bias,temperature drift,In-Run bias stability,bias repeatability,etc.,their output errors need to be compensated before being used.Based on a lot of experiments,the temperature drift and the initial zero-bias are the major error sources in the MEMS gyroscopes output data.Due to the poor repeatability of temperature drift,the temperature compensation coefficients need to be recalculated every time before using.In order to recalculate parameters of the temperature compensation model quickly,a 1st-order polynomial model of temperature is established,then a forgetting factor recursive least squares estimator will be adopted to identify the model parameters in real time.Static and dynamic experimental data shows that this method removed/compensated the temperature drift and initial zero-bias from the output of the gyroscopes effectively.展开更多
To solve the flight safety problem caused by nonlinear instabilities(category II pilot induced oscillations, PIOs) of the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system with rate-limiting actuator, the antiwindup(AW) compensati...To solve the flight safety problem caused by nonlinear instabilities(category II pilot induced oscillations, PIOs) of the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system with rate-limiting actuator, the antiwindup(AW) compensation method to avoid category II PIOs is investigated. Firstly, the AW compensation method originally used for controlling input magnitude limited system is introduced, then this method is extended for controlling input rate-limiting system through a circle criterion theorem. Secondly, the establishment of the AW compensator is transformed into the solving of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an AW compensator establishment algorithm for the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system with the rate-limiting actuator is obtained. The effectiveness of the AW compensation method to avoid category II PIOs is validated by time-domain simulations,and compared with rate-limited feedback(RLF) command rate compensation method. The results show that the AW compensation method can effectively suppress category II PIOs and maintain the nominal performance when the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system is normal. Unlike the command rate compensator which works upon system uninterruptedly, the AW compensation method affects the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system only when the rate-limiting of actuator is activated, so it is a novel PIO avoidance method.展开更多
[Objective] The aim was to study the willingness to accept compensation and compensation sharing of returning land for farming to forestry in Zhangjiakou and Chengde region.[Method] Based on the investigation of farm...[Objective] The aim was to study the willingness to accept compensation and compensation sharing of returning land for farming to forestry in Zhangjiakou and Chengde region.[Method] Based on the investigation of farmers’ willingness to accept ecological compensation in Zhangjiakou and Chengde region,farmers’ willingness to accept compensation was quantized,and the calculation model of sharing rate of ecological compensation was established,finally the sharing rate of ecological compensation was calculated choosing water supply quantity as reference.[Result] Farmers’ willingness to accept compensation in Zhangjiakou and Chengde region was 2 740.5 yuan/(hm2·a),and returned farmland area was 429 700 hm2 in 2008,so the willingness to accept ecological compensation was up to 1.178 billion yuan/a.In addition,the ecological compensation sharing rate of government was 37.60% in Beijing,42.75% in Tianjing and 19.64% in Tangshan,and their ecological compensation funds were 443,504 and 231 million yuan,respectively.[Conclusion] The study could provide important foundation for the establishment of ecological compensation standard and implementation of ecological compensation in Zhangjiakou and Chengde region.展开更多
The overseas oil and gas investment evaluation is one of the core tasks in overseas investment of oil and gas companies,among which risk evaluation and benefit evaluation are the most important.This paper sets forth t...The overseas oil and gas investment evaluation is one of the core tasks in overseas investment of oil and gas companies,among which risk evaluation and benefit evaluation are the most important.This paper sets forth transmission paths of risk factors to the investment benefit by identifying 14 overseas oil and gas investment risks in four categories.On the basis of the concept of risk compensation,different compensation mechanisms specific to each risk are designed.The risk and benefit are integrated objectively to develop a comprehensive evaluation model by correcting the recoverable reserve,adjusting benefit evaluation parameters such as investments on exploration and development,and compensating for the changes in risk factors with time through dynamic discount rate.Moreover,two cases studies,namely the evaluations of Project A in Sudan and comparison among Blocks A–G,are used to describe usage method and applicable scope of such evaluation model,respectively.According to the results,oil price is a key influencing factor for enterprise internal risk and industrial risk.Risk compensation reduces comprehensive benefit of overseas oil and gas investment and undermines the investment feasibility and priority of blocks.The research findings of this paper are free from the effects of some subject factors and avoid multi-objective decision making,and also avoid the undesired repeated calculation of risk factors.展开更多
In order to improve the Power Quality(PQ)of traction power supply system and reduce the power rating and operation cost of compensator,a Static VAR Compensator(SVC)integrated Railway Power Conditioner(RPC)is presented...In order to improve the Power Quality(PQ)of traction power supply system and reduce the power rating and operation cost of compensator,a Static VAR Compensator(SVC)integrated Railway Power Conditioner(RPC)is presented in this paper.RPC is a widely used device in the AC electrified railway systems to enhance the PQ indices of the main network.The next generation of this equipment is Active Power Quality Compensator(APQC).The major concern of these compensators is their high kVA rating.In this paper,a hybrid technique is proposed to solve aforementioned problems.A combination of SVC as an auxiliary device is employed together with the main compensators,i.e.,RPC and APQC that leads on to the reduction of power rating of the main compensators.The use of proposed scheme will cause to reduce significantly the initial investment cost of compensation system.The main compensators are only utilized to balance active powers of two adjacent feeder sections and suppress harmonic currents.The SVCs are used to compensate reactive power and suppress the third and fifth harmonic currents.In this paper firstly,the PQ compensation procedure in AC electrified railway is analyzed step by step.Then,the control strategies for SVC and the main compensators are presented.Finally,a simulation is fulfilled using Matlab/Simulink software to verify the effectiveness and validity of the proposed scheme and compensation strategy and also demonstrate that this technique could compensate all PQ problems.展开更多

Results Simulation result shows the estimation accuracy is improved through changing measure equation in polar coordinates. Conclusion The estimation accuracy for position and velocity estimation, has been improved greatly, and the proposed algorithm has the advantage of less calculating time comparing with other multiple model methods.展开更多
