高校教师数字化教学国际发展趋势与研究热点——基于Web of Science数据库的知识图谱分析

聚焦高校教师数字化教学这一研究热点,采用CiteSpace软件分析了2006—2023年间Web of Science核心合集收录的727篇相关文献,对其发文趋势、作者合作网络、研究机构合作网络、高频关键词共现以及关键词聚类进行了可视化分析。结果发现:该领域经历了缓慢增长、稳健发展与活跃突破等三个阶段;西班牙及其塞维利亚大学在数字化教学领域的研究表现尤为突出;国际学术界的研究热点包括数字技术与教育的整合、教师数字技能培训及其效果评价、数字化评估在高等教育中的应用以及教师对数字技术的态度和实践挑战。有鉴于此,提出了该领域未来研究需深入探索的四个焦点研究议题。

Research on the Profession Development of College English teachers in Private University -- From the Perspective of Class Teaching

The article discussed the two issues, i.e. teaching skills and professional knowledge of college English teachers in private university. The author expects that the study can offer some valuable advice for the professional development of college English teachers in private university.

Study of Relation between EFL Students'Cognitive Style and Pragmatic Competence

Individual difference is one of the important factors affecting the success of learning English as foreign language（EFL）. However, very little research has dabbled in the correlation between pragmatic competence and cognitive styles among college students. Two questionnaires（the embedded figure test and the pragmatic competence test） were designed and used to conduct our study among seniors with non-English majors from key universities. The data was analyzed with SPSS 21.0 and results showed that pragmatic competence of the subjects was much lower than expected. Besides, there was a significant and positive correlation between field dependent（FD）cognitive style and inter-language pragmatic competence while no significant correlation was found with field independent（FI）. A regression model was also formulated to obtain more specific information. Lastly,some practical advice is offered for teachers to boost students＇ pragmatic competence in the future with FD/FI cognitive styles into proper consideration.

新时代高职院校思政课教师队伍建设现状调查研究——基于六省(市)的实证分析

为深入了解高职院校落实《新时代高等学校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设规定》等中央文件情况,掌握高职院校思政课教师队伍建设现状,在全国六个省(市)高职院校开展调研,结果显示,高职院校在全面领导思政课教师队伍建设、建立常态化思政课教研机制等四个方面取得实效,但仍然存在思政课教师教材使用不规范、马克思主义学院等二级机构设置不规范、思政课教师准入与退出机制不健全、思政课教师企业实践活力不足等突出问题。基于调查,着重从统一编写高职院校思政课选修课教材、建立院企党组织“手拉手”工作机制等四个方面提出参考性建议。

当前高校教师师德失范行为屡屡发生,高校相应调查处理存在诸多争议,师德失范行为的认定存在识别标准、治理程序和评判依据模糊等问题。在厘清公立高校教师法律地位基础上,我国应遵循程序正义与比例原则,明确高校教师师德规范边界;建立和完善以调查与听证为核心的高校教师师德失范行为治理程序;基于主客观标准、初再犯情节以及后续行为三方面评估教师师德失范行为过错程度,合理确定教师师德失范行为惩戒等级。

高校教师课程思政胜任力模型研究

高校教师课程思政胜任力的提出是当代“课程思政”教育背景下的必然产物,也是未来高校教师应当具备的能力和素养。为此,该研究以胜任力理论为基础,借助政策文本、工作分析和文献研究初步提取胜任力词语,再通过行为事件访谈法从被试的访谈内容中二度撷取胜任力要素,最后基于大样本的问卷调查,最终形成了由课程思政认知、师德师风、知识素养、能力素质、个人特质5个一级指标和24个二级指标构成的高校教师课程思政胜任力模型。该模型理论对提高高校教师课程思政胜任力、增强课程思政教学实效、拓宽高校思政课程建设空间具有一定的启示意义。

智能时代职业院校教师数字胜任力发展的价值意蕴、发展现状及提升策略
