Validation of Microbial Limit Test Methods of Compound Gangbangui Capsule

[Objectives] This study was conducted to establish a method for microbial limit test of Compound Gangbangui Capsule. [Methods] According to the Chinese Pharmacopoei 2015 edition of the four general rules,the microbiological limits of non-sterile products were verified. [Results]Compound Gangbangui Capsule has a strong inhibitory effect on S. aureus,and the antimicrobial activity was significantly eliminated after increasing the diluent( 1∶ 20); and the recoveries were in the range of 0. 5-2. 0 when the total quantities of aerobic microbes were determined by dilution method( 1∶ 20). When the total quantities of mould and yeast were determined by conventional method( 1∶ 20),the recoveries were from 0. 5 to 2. 0,and Escherichia coli can be detected in experimental groups by the test solution dilution method. [Conclusions]With the plate method,the total quantities of aerobic bacteria and the quantities of mould and yeast were examined by increasing diluent and conventional method,respectively,and control bacteria,E. coli was examined by conventional method. This method has been proved effective for microbial limit test of Compound Gangbangui Capsule,and can effectively control the quality of the preparation. The method is accurate and reliable. 展开更多

Improved CICA Algorithm Used for Single Channel Compound Fault Diagnosis of Rolling Bearings 被引量:13

A Compound fault signal usually contains multiple characteristic signals and strong confusion noise, which makes it difficult to separate week fault signals from them through conventional ways, such as FFT-based envelope detection, wavelet transform or empirical mode decomposition individually. In order to realize single channel compound fault diagnosis of bearings and improve the diagnosis accuracy, an improved CICA algorithm named constrained independent component analysis based on the energy method (E-CICA) is proposed. With the approach, the single channel vibration signal is firstly decomposed into several wavelet coefficients by discrete wavelet transform(DWT) method for the purpose of obtaining multichannel signals. Then the envelope signals of the reconstructed wavelet coefficients are selected as the input of E-CICA algorithm, which fulfills the requirements that the number of sensors is greater than or equal to that of the source signals and makes it more suitable to be processed by CICA strategy. The frequency energy ratio(ER) of each wavelet reconstructed signal to the total energy of the given synchronous signal is calculated, and then the synchronous signal with maximum ER value is set as the reference signal accordingly. By this way, the reference signal contains a priori knowledge of fault source signal and the influence on fault signal extraction accuracy which is caused by the initial phase angle and the duty ratio of the reference signal in the traditional CICA algorithm is avoided. Experimental results show that E-CICA algorithm can effectively separate out the outer-race defect and the rollers defect from the single channel compound fault and fulfill the needs of compound fault diagnosis of rolling bearings, and the running time is 0.12% of that of the traditional CICA algorithm and the extraction accuracy is 1.4 times of that of CICA as well. Study on extracting alumina from fly ash by compound additive activation method

According to the chemical and mineral composition characteristics of the fly ash,alumina can be extracted from fly ash through the calcining method by using sodium carbonate and calcium carbonate additives.The effects on leaching rate of alumina have been investigated. The results showed that the fly ash can be activated effectively and the leaching rate of alumina can be improved to more than 92% through this method. The best process parameters were the ratio of raw materials,i. e. the material weight ratio of fly ash,calcium carbonate and sodium carbonate was 1. 0∶1. 2∶0. 9. The activating temperature was 850℃-900℃,activating time was 3 h. This process has a potential application prospect and improves the value of comprehensive utilization of fly ash. 展开更多

Being concise and straightforward, it is applied to the (2+1)-dimensional Burgers equation. As a result, eight families of new exact analytical solutions for this equation are found. Weight Function Method for Stress Intensity Factor of Internal Surface Semi-elliptical Crack in Elliptical Holes

In this paper, weight function is derived for a two dimensional through cracks at elliptical holes by applying a compounding method. Stress intensity factor formulas for an internal surface semi-elliptical crack in elliptical holes are obtained wing the three dimensional weight function method. Stress intensity factors for an internal surface semi-elliptical crack in elliptical holes under remote tension are computed. At the same time, research on how radius of curvature for elliptical holes affect stress intensity factors was conducted. Stress intensity factors decrease when radius of curvature increases. High-surface-area mesoprous powders of γ-Al2O3 doped with Cu^2+, Cr^3+, and V^3+ ions were prepared uia a modified sol-gel method and were investigated as catalysts for the oxidation of chlorinated organic compounds. The composites retained high surface areas and pore volumes comparable with those of undoped γ-Al2O3 and the presence of the transition metal ions enhanced their surface acidic properties. The catalytic activity of the prepared catalysts in the oxidation of 1,2-dichloroethane (DCE) was studied in the temperature range of 250-400℃. The catalytic activity and product selectivity were strongly dependent on the presence and the type of dopant ion. While Cu^2+- and Cr^3+-containing catalysts showed 100% conversion at 300℃ and 350℃, V3+-containing catalyst showed considerably lower conversion. Furthermore, while the major products of the reactions over γ-alumina were vinyl chloride (C2H3Cl) and hydrogen chloride (HCl) at all temperatures, Cu- and Cr-doped catalysts showed siguiticantly stronger capability for deep oxidation to CO2. 展开更多

Missing in total OH reactivity of VOCs from gasoline evaporation

Gasoline evaporation is an important anthropogenic source of atmospheric volatile organic compounds(VOCs). Total OH reactivity for gasoline vapor was measured from 4 kinds of gasoline for the first time by comparative reactivity method(CRM) using proton transfer reaction mass spectrometer(PTR-MS).Compositions of 56 PAMS(photochemical assessment monitoring station) nonmethane hydrocarbons(NMHCs) were measured for both liquid and headspace of gasoline. We found high abundance of alkenes and aromatics in gasoline. The calculated OH reactivity derived from quantified NMHCs speciation accounted for only 57 ? 4% of total reactivity obtained from CRM method. N-Alkenes, only 6 wt% in liquid gasoline, contributed to 70% of calculated reactivity. We assume that the undetected branched alkenes are the possible reason for the missing reactivity. We suggest that the priority of gasoline quality improvement is to reduce alkenes content in gasoline in term of reactivity-based control. 展开更多
