Optimization Analysis of Human Resource Management Strategies of Nantong University,a Local Comprehensive University in China

This study analyzes the current situation and challenges of Nantong University amid the rapid development of higher education,addressing aspects such as faculty structure,administrative management efficiency,and promotion mechanisms.Through questionnaire surveys and field research,coupled with SWOT analysis and various theoretical methods,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on Nantong University’s internal and external environment.The study proposes an improved comprehensive development strategy and implementation measures,which include updating management concepts,strengthening professional training,optimizing employment conditions,and improving salary systems.Ultimately,this study provides practical strategies for human resource management and the transformational development of Nantong University and other local comprehensive universities.

Analysis on the Influencing Factors and Comprehensive Management of Environmental Problems in Dongping Lake

[Objective]We aimed to study the influencing factors and comprehensive management of environmental problems in Dongping Lake.[Method]Based on field investigation and historical data,environmental problems of Dongping Lake and their influencing factors were analyzed,and seven measures about comprehensive management of environmental issues and ecological protection of Dongping Lake were put forward.[Result]During recent years,the content of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in Dongping Lake showed a decreasing trend,but the water was still in the eutrophic state.The environmental problems of Dongping Lake,like flood,drought and pollution,are closely linked to natural and man-made factors,such as regional seasonal precipitation,industrial and agricultural pollution,etc.In order to control the environmental problems of Dongping Lake,we should strengthen the construction and management of wetland nature reserves,develop ecological agriculture,establish an integral system for environmental monitoring and information management,reinforce propaganda and education to improve residents’ environmental consciousness,etc.[Conclusion]The research could provide scientific references for the comprehensive management of environmental problems in Dongping Lake and its basin.

Construction and Application of Comprehensive Management Platform for Laboratories in Colleges and Universities

THE FLOOD OF THE NENJIANG RIVER AND THE SONGHUA RIVER IN 1998 AND THE COMPREHENSIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE RIVER BASINS

In the summer of 1998, an exceptionally serious flood, with the characteristics of high water level, large volume of flow, long duration and serious losses caused by the disaster, occurred in the Nenjiang River basin and the Songhua River basin. Greater flood peak occurred three times in the trunk stream of the Nenjiang River for the floods occurred in its tributaries one after another. At Jiangqiao Hydrometric Station, the water level was 141.90 m and the rate of flow was 12?000 m 3/s. The flood is ranged to a catastrophic one, which occurs once in 50 years. Ranged to a catastrophic flood at Qiqihar Hydrometric Station that occurs once in 400 years, its water level, 0.89 m higher than the former all time highest, was 149.30?m and the corresponding rate of flow was 14?800?m 3/s. The water level that exceeded the all time highest lasted for 7 days. At Harbin Hydrometric Station, the water level, 0.59?m higher than the former all time highest, was 120.89?m and the corresponding rate of flow was 17?400?m 3/s. The water level that exceeded the all time highest lasted for 9 to 10 days. The flood here is ranged to a catastrophic one, which occurs once in 150 years. The flood of the Nenjiang River damaged 456×10 4?ha of crops and 115×10 4 rooms and the direct loss of economy exceeded 40 billion yuan(RMB). The main reasons of the flood are great rainfall, long flood season, unreasonable land use, regional ecological environment degradation and lack of water control projects. It is obvious that the following measures are greatly needed: the comprehensive management of the river basins; the formulation of development planning of the river basins, especially the water control projects; the development of agriculture based on ecological security.

Overview on Environmental Comprehensive Management System Established in Imitation of Biome

Environmental comprehensive management system, called “the bionic community”, can be established in imitation of biome, which can transform the wastes generated in a certain field into the raw materials of other field. The establishment of the bionic community includes two aspects, i.e., the matching technique and the management system. The main matching technique is the preparation of composite materials made of various wastes. This new kind of material can be divided into four types: polymer matrix, silicate matrix, metal matrix and carbon matrix(or ceramic matrix). The environmental comprehensive management system is formed by organizing a trans-trades joint-management business entity with the products of composite material made of wastes at the core.

Comprehensive Management Measures for Chicken Rearing in Tea Gardens in Karst Region

In karst region,industrial development is closely related to rocky desertification control. Using abundant natural resources in karst areas to develop chicken rearing in tea gardens can not only make full use of natural resources and alleviate the contradiction between development and governance in rocky desertification areas but also produce good quality chicken. In this paper,the comprehensive management measures related to chicken farming in tea gardens in karst region were elaborated,in order to provided certain guiding significance for practical production.

Comprehensive benefits assessment of the ecological management model in Hobq Desert of China

The Hobq Desert is the seventh largest desert in China. Since 1988, the effects of ecological management in Hobq Desert have been obvious and a typical desertification control model developed gradually, which is well known as the ＂Hobq model＂. It is important to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of the ＂Hobq model＂, but this has not been addressed in previous studies. Thus, we established an index system to comprehensively evaluate the benefits of the ＂Hobq model＂, using an analytic hierarchy process method from 1988 to 2013. The results show the following： ecological benefits of the ＂Hobq model＂ had a positive trend, but with fluctuations during 2008 and 2009; economic benefits increased by 74% and the maximum value occurred in 2013; and social benefits increased steadily, but with fluctuations in 2010 and 2011. The social benefits were higher than ecological and economic benefits in the same period. Trends in overall benefits of the ＂Hobq model＂ were similar to changes in ecological benefits, which increased each year.

Efficacy of comprehensive cognitive health management for Shanghai community older adults with mild cognitive impairment

Background The management of modifiable risk factors and comorbidities may impact the future trajectory of cognitive impairment,but easy-to-implement management methods are lacking.Aims This study investigated the effects of simple but comprehensive cognitive health management practices on the cognitive function of older adults in the community with normal cognition(NC)and mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods The comprehensive cognitive health management programme included a psychiatric assessment of the cognitive risk factors for those in the intervention groups and individualised recommendations for reducing the risks through self-management supported by regular medical professional follow-up.The intervention groups for this study included 84 elderly participants with NC and 43 elderly participants with MCI who received comprehensive cognitive health management.The control groups included 84 elderly participants with NC and 43 elderly participants with MCI who matched the intervention group’s general characteristics and scale scores using the propensity matching score analysis.The Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)scale and Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS)scores were compared after a 1-year follow-up.Results For older adults with MCI in the intervention group,MoCA scores were higher at the 1-year followup than at baseline(24.07(3.674)vs 22.21(3.052),p=0.002).For the MoCA subscales,the intervention group’s abstract and delayed memory scores had significantly increased during the 1-year follow-up.Furthermore,in a generalised linear mixed model analysis,the interaction effect of group×follow-up was statistically significant for the MCI group(F=6.61,p=0.011;coefficients=5.83).Conclusions After the comprehensive cognitive health management intervention,the older adults with MCI in the community showed improvement at the 1-year follow-up.This preliminary study was the first to demonstrate an easy-to-implement strategy for modifying the cognitive risk factors of elderly individuals with MCI in the community,providing new insight into early-stage intervention for dementia.

Comprehensive Online Management Based on Cloud Platform for Breast Cancer Patients Using Dual-Targeted Therapy with Macromolecular Monoclonal Antibodies

Objective: The purpose of the study was to explore the application effects of the cloud platform-based comprehensive online management for breast cancer patients using dual-targeted therapy with macromolecular monoclonal antibodies. Methods: 120 breast cancer patients treated by dual-targeted therapy with macromolecular monoclonal antibodies were managed by a cloud platform from March to November 2019. Comprehensive online management included consultation about drugs and side effects and frequently asked questions in the dual-targeted therapy with macromolecular monoclonal antibodies. Results: In the consultation about drugs and side effects, there were five patients with fever, neutrophil, cough, and fatigue;24 with diarrhea;25 with nausea;11 with oral mucosal inflammation;10 with rashes and dry skin;8 with insomnia;and 1 with palpitation. Moreover, 110 patients with anxiety about the missed or delayed treatment were properly handled. Conclusion: The comprehensive online management of dual-targeted therapy with macromolecular monoclonal antibodies based on the cloud platform is helpful to satisfy the at-home breast cancer patients’ needs, ensure the continuity of dual-targeted therapy with macromolecular monoclonal antibodies for breast cancer patients, prevent misinformation, alleviate patients’ negative psychological emotions, and reduce patients’ economic losses. The online cloud platform integrated management model is crucial for managing patients with breast cancer treated by dual-targeted therapy.

Effectiveness of Comprehensive Nursing Management in Enhancing Blood Donation Outcomes and Donor Experience: A Comparative Study

Objective:To assess the management effect of comprehensive nursing management on blood donation services in blood stations.Methods:Sixty-four individuals who donated blood at a blood station between September 2021 and September 2023 were selected and randomly assigned into two groups of 32 each.The first group received comprehensive nursing management,while the second group received routine nursing management.Blood donation indexes and observational indexes such as adverse reactions were compared between the groups.Results:The total blood donation volume and qualified blood donation volume were higher in the first group than in the second group.The amount of discarded blood and the rate of blood discards were lower in the first group compared to the second group(P<0.05).Additionally,the adverse reaction rate in the first group was lower,the blood donation comfort scores were higher,the psychological state scores were lower,and the quality of care scores were higher than those in the second group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing management can improve the efficiency of blood donation,reduce the rate of blood discards,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,alleviate negative psychological states of blood donors,and enhance both the comfort level of blood donation and the quality of care provided.

Analysis and evaluation of enterprise risk management capability elements

Research on enterprise risk management capability is conducted with a view of discerning and processing risks, in which an evaluation index system and an evaluation model of enterprise risk management capabilities are constructed. The risk management capability consists of four aspects, i.e. risk identification capability, risk assessment capability, risk planning capability and risk control capability. Risk identification and assessment capabilities reflect the level of enterprises on finding and analyzing risks efficiently, while risk planning and control capabilities reflect the level of enterprises on resolving risks effectively. Each of capabilities is then further divided into more detailed elements based on the characteristics of enterprise development for a quantitative analysis of enterprise risk management capability. The approach adopted is a quantitative technique based on the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, a case is pulled in to illustrate the feasibility of the method from an empirical perspective. This study is expected to be helpful for enterprises in cultivating their core capabilities.

Equipment Development Risk Evaluation Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

The equipment development risk evaluation refers to evaluating the equipment risks in the equipment development phase based on risk analysis,risk score calculation,and risk level identification.The results could lead the direction of future work.The risk management in equipment development phase was studied.The risk management model in equipment development phases was established on the base of basic theories in risk management and some interrelated risk management models in other fields.The application of the established model was illuminated by an instance.

The Level 2 Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model's Application in 5S

Some method on the evaluation of management’s effect should be applied to 5S of manufacturing enterprises’ workshops.To improve traditional methods that are applied to evaluation of management’s effect of those enterprises,the paper applied the level 2 fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to the new method and detailedly demonstrated the new method that based on the level 2 fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with a practical example.In a period of production,managers can easily grasp the macroscopic effect of 5S with the new method,and then make some corresponding measures according to certain actual condition.
