The conception drawing in architecture is that allows to initiate the architectural thinking,visualizing,and discovering the first ideas.This drawing has traditionally been given as an act of linking and collaboration...The conception drawing in architecture is that allows to initiate the architectural thinking,visualizing,and discovering the first ideas.This drawing has traditionally been given as an act of linking and collaboration between thought,sight,and the movement of the hands with a tool.Identifying and recognizing its characteristics will make it possible to deal with any mediation of information technologies.To establish such characteristics,three case studies were carried out.An analysis was made of the conception drawings and interviews by the Pritzker Prize laureates:Ando,Hadid and Gehry.One condition and four characteristics have been determined:drawing is a phenomenological action that produces haptic drawings;it is an undecided process that originates unformed drawings;it is a fast action that results in small and multiplied drawings;it is a perceptual act that generates redrawn and remarked drawings;and finally,it is an action that seeks to remember to resume the creative process at another moment,which produces rudimentary conventional drawings.Knowing these before any technological mediation will be an important pedagogical contribution that will allow future architects not to alter the cognitive processes that generate the first ideas in the initial moments of the architectural project.展开更多

However, the artistic effect of pen drawing is still far from perfect in the ...With the improving of people's artistic aesthetic level, the art of pen drawing in all walks of life has been spread and ap- plied widely. However, the artistic effect of pen drawing is still far from perfect in the current methods for generating image-based pen drawing automatically by using computer technology. Therefore, the new method for generating pen drawing with NURBS Curve defines the characteristics of pen drawing in detail and redesigns the algorithm flow chart of pen drawing. It solves the prob- lem of the description of details of pen drawing and improves curve effect of pen drawing with NURBS Curve. It's able to better ex- press the artistic conception of pen drawing and solve the problem of simulating pen drawing of any image by using computer art simulation technology.展开更多
目的探讨基于《国际功能、残疾及健康分类》(International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health,ICF)理念下膀胱标准化管理方案在间歇性导尿患者出院准备度中的应用效果,为有效指导临床决策、促进患者主动参与和自我...目的探讨基于《国际功能、残疾及健康分类》(International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health,ICF)理念下膀胱标准化管理方案在间歇性导尿患者出院准备度中的应用效果,为有效指导临床决策、促进患者主动参与和自我管理能力提升、优化出院指导质量提供思路和参考。方法选取2022年5月—2023年8月在江苏省常州市德安医院康复中心住院的因脊髓损伤所致间歇性导尿患者50例为研究对象,采用抽样便利数据表法分为观察组与对照组,各25例,最终收集到有效数据为对照组23例,观察组24例。对照组实施常规膀胱管理方案;观察组实施基于ICF理念的膀胱标准化管理方案。比较2组患者出院准备度、自我效能水平,并调查2组患者出院后1个月膀胱自我管理能力情况。结果出院时观察组出院准备度总分为92(87.50,96.00)分,对照组为80(78.00,84.00)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时观察组自我效能评分为(86.58±5.49)分,对照组为(74.87±7.68)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院后1个月,观察组患者自我膀胱管理知识掌握与自我管理能力总分分别为(63.17±1.79)分、(83.21±4.06)分,均高于对照组的(42.52±3.23)分、(66.57±5.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于ICF理念的膀胱标准化管理方案可以提高间歇性导尿患者的自我效能和膀胱管理能力,以获得最佳的出院准备度,促进患者完成从医院专业照护到自我照护的顺利过渡,提升医疗服务效率和质量,改善出院后生活质量。展开更多
