口译课程思政中Mock Conference的作用

近年来,课程思政受到了越来越广泛的关注。本文从学生反馈的角度入手,探讨Mock Conference在口译课程思政中发挥的作用。本文通过对学生及任课教师的访谈,发现Mock Conference能够促进学生在语言能力、习惯态度、心理素质、职业素养、价值观塑造与意识培养等方面的提升,对于思政培养有积极作用。本研究为口译课堂中的思政建设提供了一定的借鉴,也为口译课程思政的实现提供了更多思路。

Shaping global health promotion:a comprehensive analysis of the 10 Global Conferences on Health Promotion Conferences(1986-2021)Author links open overlay panel

Objective This study analyzed how the 10 Global Conferences on Health Promotion have played a significant role in shaping and promoting a worldwide consensus and actions on health promotion,effectively addressing diverse health challenges that evolved over different periods.Methods The textual analysis method was used in this study and text encoding was conducted to systematically examine the declarations and reports presented by the 10 Global Conferences on Health Promotion held during 1986-2021.We summarized the themes and key achievements,and key vocabulary in the conference declarations was extracted and analyzed to construct the global health promotion consensus and actions.Results The fundamental principles of the conferences are to foster consensus and initiate actions in the realm of health promotion on a global scale.The primary purpose and goal are to promote health from regional to global.Significantly,our findings highlight a transition in the primary actors driving health promotion.It underscores a shift in health promotion from being driven primarily by organizations like the World Health Organization,governments,and international bodies,to a more inclusive approach involving non-governmental organizations and the general public.This development implies that health promotion has evolved into a collective global endeavor,demanding the proactive involvement of various stakeholders,and forging new alliances in public health.Meanwhile,the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has further shaped the landscape of health promotion,underscoring the need for intensified focus on areas including disease prevention,health education,and the integration of digital health technologies,and emphasizing the importance of a multidimensional,responsive approach in public health initiatives.Conclusions Sustained collaboration and innovative strategies are pivotal to advancing health promotion globally.Countries,together with public and private entities,should intensify cooperation.Multisectoral collaboration among partners such as healthcare,education,social security,and the industry is vital for health promotion and achieving global health goals.

Simultaneous Interpreting Output Assessment of Earnings Conference Call: Case Analysis of Tencent 2022 Q3 Result Announcement

Quality in simultaneous interpreting is a frequently discussed concept. In the enterprise setting, earnings conference call remains a rarely explored field. This thesis offers a descriptive study on assessing interpreting quality from perspectives of fidelity, fluency, and appropriacy. As the corpus, Tencent 2022 Third Quarter Result Announcement provides an ideal transcript to the author to conduct its analysis. Interpreting is frequently done without bearing in mind the multitude of factors that can affect the quality of interpreting. Drawing a conclusion that the interpreter does make a lot of omissions, pauses and hesitations posing a negative effect on the fidelity, fluency and accuracy of the interpreting, the present author suggests that more preparation should be done for improving performance, such as terminologies, company background information, a reasonable speech rate, good image and acoustic quality, and so on.

Video Conference System in Mixed Reality Using a Hololens

The mixed reality conference system proposed in this paper is a robust,real-time video conference application software that makes up for the simple interaction and lack of immersion and realism of traditional video conference,which realizes the entire process of holographic video conference from client to cloud to the client.This paper mainly focuses on designing and implementing a video conference system based on AI segmentation technology and mixed reality.Several mixed reality conference system components are discussed,including data collection,data transmission,processing,and mixed reality presentation.The data layer is mainly used for data collection,integration,and video and audio codecs.The network layer uses Web-RTC to realize peer-to-peer data communication.The data processing layer is the core part of the system,mainly for human video matting and human-computer interaction,which is the key to realizing mixed reality conferences and improving the interactive experience.The presentation layer explicitly includes the login interface of the mixed reality conference system,the presentation of real-time matting of human subjects,and the presentation objects.With the mixed reality conference system,conference participants in different places can see each other in real-time in their mixed reality scene and share presentation content and 3D models based on mixed reality technology to have a more interactive and immersive experience.

Summary of the 10th Conference on Magnetically Confined Fusion Theory and Simulation(CMCFTS)

This paper gives a summary of the organization and the presentations delivered at the 10th Conference on Magnetically Confined Fusion Theory and Simulation(CMCFTS)held in Zhuhai,China,from 28th to 31st October 2022.The conference focused on the latest progress in the research of the magnetic confined fusion plasma theory and simulations,as well as the largescale numerical simulation techniques developed in recent years.This conference is held both online and offline,with about 110 domestic participants from 18 institutes participating in the live conference,and the statistical data from the live broadcast platform indicated that the online conference attracted over 20000 views per day.A summary of the conference is given,and the history of the CMCFTS is presented.A brief introduction to the poster section is also included in this paper.

Differences between journal and conference in computer science:a bibliometric view based on Bayesian network

Purpose:This paper aims to investigate the differences between conference papers and journal papers in the field of computer science based on Bayesian network.Design/methodology/approach:This paper investigated the differences between conference papers and journal papers in the field of computer science based on Bayesian network,a knowledge-representative framework that can model relationships among all variables in the network.We defined the variables required for Bayesian networks modeling,calculated the values of each variable based Aminer dataset(a literature data set in the field of computer science),learned the Bayesian network and derived some findings based on network inference.Findings:The study found that conferences are more attractive to senior scholars,the academic impact of conference papers is slightly higher than journal papers,and it is uncertain whether conference papers are more innovative than journal papers.Research limitations:The study was limited to the field of computer science and employed Aminer dataset as the sample.Further studies involving more diverse datasets and different fields could provide a more complete picture of the matter.Practical implications:By demonstrating that Bayesian networks can effectively analyze issues in Scientometrics,the study offers valuable insights that may enhance researchers’understanding of the differences between journal and conference in computer science.Originality/value:Academic conferences play a crucial role in facilitating scholarly exchange and knowledge dissemination within the field of computer science.Several studies have been conducted to examine the distinctions between conference papers and journal papers in terms of various factors,such as authors,citations,h-index and others.Those studies were carried out from different(independent)perspectives,lacking a systematic examination of the connections and interactions between multiple perspectives.This paper supplements this deficiency based on Bayesian network modeling.

AI赋能视角下的信息行为研究--2023年信息行为研究年会综述

2023年12月23—24日,2023年信息行为研究年会在北京大学召开,来自全国70多所高校的200余位知名专家学者和学生参加了会议。本次年会以“AI赋能视角下的信息行为研究”为主题,设置了主旨报告、专题讨论、海报展示、分论坛报告、眼动追踪工作坊等环节,围绕信息行为研究领域在新一代人工智能(AI)技术浪潮下的理论创新、方法应用、情境拓展、人本关怀、社会发展等方面进行深入研讨。文章综述了与会者的学术成果与主要观点,为信息行为研究的发展与创新提供理论启迪与研究指引。

世界卫生组织《2023年全球结核病报告》解读

2023年11月7日,世界卫生组织发布了《2023年全球结核病报告》,该报告围绕全球结核病疫情负担、登记报告、治疗转归、创新进展等内容展示了全球结核病防控工作的基本要点。作者通过对该报告的全球结核病负担、诊疗现状等方面进行解读,为结核病领域工作者全面了解全球结核病疫情现状、防控策略、行动及进展提供参考。

中美外交部门新闻发布会的中国形象建构比较研究——基于语料库的批评话语分析

一个国家外交部门的发言代表该国的立场和观点,在国家形象建构中具有重要地位。以三维分析模型为理论框架,以系统功能语法为分析手段,基于语料库对中美外交部门新闻发布会发言人的话语进行实证比较研究,可分析和总结双方发言人的话语特征及其建构的中国形象。研究发现:中美双方发言人在词汇层面的分类系统和情态系统、话语层面的内容选择和互文性策略上表现出较大差异,他们各自针对新冠肺炎疫情背景下中国抗疫、经济、政治、军事、外交等维度的表现,建构了“人类命运共同体的共建者”和“美国最严峻的竞争对手”的差异性形象。两者建构的结果差异如此明显,其原因在于双方政治理念、经济政策、文化传统和价值观等方面客观存在的分歧。为了更好地推动中国形象的自我建构和他者建构,有必要拓展国家形象塑造的渠道和方式,进一步优化话语策略并改善话语方式。

笃志创新 躬行致远:世界卫生组织《2023年全球结核病报告》结核病科学研究章节解读

结核病领域创新性的研究与发展是终止结核病策略三大支柱之一,新技术和新策略是加速消除结核病进程的重要工具。2023年11月7日,世界卫生组织发布了《2023年全球结核病报告》,对全球结核病的流行情况,以及全球、区域和国家各级在预防、诊断和治疗结核病方面取得的进展进行更新。笔者就报告中结核病研究领域新诊断技术、新药与新方案及新疫苗等的研究及创新要点进行综述,并结合我国相关领域的研究进展进行分析,以期为我国结核病防治领域同行掌握结核病研究动态,进一步开展原创性研究和技术提供参考。

基于微更新理念的上海公共电话亭再设计

目的 以上海新华街道为研究对象,对微更新理念下大型城市的社区公共设施进行设计重构,以期提升其利用率。方法 利用Citespace对社区微更新的研究现状进行分析,以PSPL法为指导理论进行具体实践调研,发现现存痛点,通过问卷、访谈等方式搜集相关需求后,使用TOPSIS法将设计需求定量分析得出亟待解决的需求,为设计重构提供依据,以实现老旧公共设施再造、提高居民生活质量的目的。结果 基于Citespace得出目前我国社区微更新领域的研究趋向于公共设施,而上海新华街道的公共设施以公共电话亭为代表,具有使用率低的痛点,通过TOPSIS分析得出居民对其改造的6点需求,从外观和功能上对公共电话亭进行再设计。结论 结合社区微更新理念和居民的需求对新华街道老旧公共电话亭进行再设计,有助于保留街道特色、提高老旧公共设施的利用率,具有一定的价值,对公共设施设计重构和微更新理念的结合有借鉴意义。

跨省横向府际应急协同机制的实践样态及制度保障

突破省域边界的突发事件具有复杂性、不确定性与突发性,灾害后果严重。实践中,各省级政府通过签订应急协同协议、新设应急协同组织、开展联席会议与会商应对跨省突发事件,形成了多元化的应急协同机制,契合中国特色应急管理制度的改革方向。但是,相关机制不仅面临合法性质疑,还存在效力薄弱、协同动力不足和未突破区域壁垒的弊病,需要完善相关合法性保障与实效保障。协同机制具备实质合宪性,《中华人民共和国地方各级人民代表大会和地方各级人民政府组织法》赋予其组织法依据,一些仅供协调而未涉及职权调整的协同机制不违反职权法定原则与组织法定原则,具备合法性。然而,应对跨省突发事件需要整合各省政府部门职权以形成区域性应急行政权,该权力源自政府的行政授权,可由《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》完善相关法律依据。协同机制的实效保障需要多路并进:在协同协议层面,应当进一步提升协议的法律效力与可操作性;在协同组织层面,需要健全应急协同组织及其内部结构;在协同信息层面,完善应急协同信息平台建设有助于收集、共享常态化信息与突发事件预警和处置信息;在协同动力层面,可以通过夯实协同观念基础与信任基础、增加协同净收益和加强中央政府的高位推动增强协同动力。

电工电子仿真实验线上线下混合教学模式探索

为满足电工电子实验教学改革和公共突发事件教学预案的需求,基于线上会议平台和翻转课堂设计了电工电子的仿真实验,解决了时空不一致时实验教学难以实施的问题。以“串联电路中电感电容的共振现象”实验为例介绍了新的教学模式,实现了课前推送实验理论资料、实时测验预习情况、数字化实验报告和教学资料及线上线下混合教学的功能,在督促学生预习、灵活投屏答疑、个性化培养等方面存在优势,在本科生电工电子实践教学中取得了良好的效果。

多层级视频会议系统跨网段融合技术的应用

通过介绍天津市地震局应急视频会议系统接入中国地震局视频会议系统、天津市政府视频系统和天津应急管理局视频系统的基本情况,结合地震应急视频会议系统现状,分析多类型、多层级、多网段视频会议系统的架构特点,着重介绍了多网段、多视频源视频转发优化技术在视频会议系统融合中的应用。通过该技术的应用,实现了天津市地震应急视频会议系统与各相关单位视频会议系统的全部连通。

新疆地震应急视频会议系统组会模式与常见故障分析

介绍了新疆地震应急视频会议系统常用组会模式、各模式应用场景及其优缺点;分析了视频会议系统常见的硬件设备、软件、网络故障表现特征及日常实例。以宝利通MCU组会故障排除及原因分析为例,提出视频会议故障排查流程,本次故障表明不同硬件设备MTU设置值对网络传输效率有一定的影响。以期对今后网络故障排查提供参考借鉴。

视频分布式系统在全国高清气象视频会商系统中的应用

视频分布式系统自21世纪出现以后,经过近二十年的发展,已经成为一个成熟、先进的音视频处理系统,其出色的性能可以弥补全国高清气象视频会商系统以视频矩阵为核心的传统音视频处理系统的不足,因此在新一代全国高清气象视频会商系统中得以应用。视频分布式系统的应用提升了会商系统的稳定性和便捷性,在国省两级视频会商业务中发挥了重要作用。阐述了视频分布式系统的技术特点,分析了视频分布式系统在新一代全国高清气象视频会商系统中的应用。

5W传播模式视角下的医疗学术会议健康传播效能研究

为了探讨医疗学术会议的健康传播效能,本研究以2022中国肿瘤学大会(Chinese Congress on Oncology, CCO)为例,以哈罗德·拉斯韦尔5W传播模式为分析框架,对新浪微博平台相关话题下的所有微博进行内容分析和社会语义网络分析。结果显示,传播以会议资讯、学术交流和科普宣教3类信息为抓手,以医学专业人士和有健康需求的一般受众为传播目标,通过调动政务微博、主流媒体和医疗健康领域意见领袖的媒介组合,实现了3.5亿人次的微博传播阅读量。本研究认为,可以通过议程设置掌握舆论引导主动权,针对不同受众选择合适的传播组合方式,找准宣传契合点向新闻媒体最大化借力借势,充分重视社群作用激发大众传播潜能,为提升医疗学术会议健康传播效能提供理论指导和实践经验。

北齐后期发敕、发诏授官及其影响——以《文馆词林·敕上·除授》为中心

《文馆词林》保存的北齐后期皇帝除授官员职务的“敕”分为两类:一为“件授如右”敕,是北齐皇帝对吏部上奏官职拟选名单的批复,它是吏部铨选运作的一个重要环节;二为以皇帝名义发布的除授官员职务敕,它与发诏授官同属官职除授的重要形式,但各有对应的官职除授范围。北齐后期皇帝发诏、发敕授官和“件授如右”敕,不仅与唐代“册授”“制授”“敕授”和“旨授”存在渊源关系,是唐代选授之法的重要来源,而且对唐代制敕授官文书产生了重要影响。

基于网络平台开展多元化实验岩石力学教学新模式探索

文章以“实验岩石力学”本科生课程为例,分析了新形势下本科生的培养目标,探讨了该课程的教学现状及问题,提出了将教学内容划分为教材基本内容、前沿研究成果、工程项目案例、私人订制资源四大模块,探索了基于微信平台的“互联网+教学”新模式,形成了注重学生过程考核的1:2:3:4全程考核评价新体系,为本科生课程教学创造了良好的自主协同学习环境。“互联网+”教学改革的探索对于促进新时代本科生的教育发展、培养科研创新人才具有十分重要的意义。

并发症与死亡病例讨论会在口腔颌面外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

目的:探讨并发症与死亡病例讨论会(morbidity and mortality conferences,双M讨论会)在口腔颌面外科住院医师规范化培训的教学效果。方法:2021年8月至2022年8月,每周定期举行双M讨论会。通过出科考核评价参加双M讨论会学员(试验组)和未参加讨论学员(对照组)的临床综合能力。并发放调查问卷进行讨论会满意度调查。结果:出科考核结果显示试验组成绩显著性高于对照组(P=0.031)。97.67%的试验组学员认为有必要经常开展。结论:双M讨论会可有效提高教学质量和满意度。
