Exploration of the Construction of the National Scenic Byway around Mount Tai

On the basis of traffic,scenic byways can meet tourists’tourism and leisure,catering,accommodation,social,activities,resource protection and so on.In this paper,the concept,functions,characteristics and domestic and foreign research situation of scenic byways were summarized,and the necessity and feasibility of the construction of the national scenic byway around Mount Tai were analyzed.Besides,the route selection,function orientation,construction of supporting facilities,marketing management and construction projects were discussed.Finally,it is pointed out that the construction experience of the national scenic byway around Mount Tai will be used for the construction of national scenic byways in other provinces and autonomous regions,and the national scenic byway around Mount Tai and other national scenic byways will be connected to form the national scenic byway network.It is proposed that relevant departments of the state should formulate national standards,laws and regulations for scenic byways to regulate the construction and development of scenic byways.

Discourse Construction of the Belt and Road Initiative in British and American Media:The Perspective of Proximization Theory

This study takes the reports on China’s“One Belt,One Road”in the British and American media as the object of study,mainly by collecting more than 10,000 words from the relevant reports published in the British media The Times,The Daily Telegraph and The Guardian from 2019-2022,to create a British corpus.A number of US media outlets,such as the New York Times,Los Angeles Times and Washington Post,were also collected to extract over 10,000 words of relevant corpus to create a US corpus.The BFSU Qualitative Coder 1.1,AntConc 3.5.7 and the LLX2 chi-square test were used to analyse the perceptions of the British and American corpora on China’s“One Belt,One Road”initiative,and to explore the temporal,spatial and value convergence of speakers and addressees in the corpus in the context of convergence theory.In this paper,we explore the specific distribution and pragmatic functions of the convergence of speakers and addressees in the corpus,in order to explore and reveal the different features of the application of convergence strategies in the British and American corpora in relation to China’s“One Belt,One Road”initiative.

Design and Construction of The Great-West Dyke in Lianyungang Port

The The Great-West Dyke with a length of 6.7 km, the largest sea wall in China, was completed in June, 1994. This paper introduces structure options of nibble mound sea wall on soft foundation and a new type of armour block-hexagon multihole block (HMB) and a new method of treatment for soft foundation by using underwater explosion. Construction practice of some projects in China shows that by using this method good effect of treatment and marked economic benefit can be achieved by using this method.

Construction of the Ontology-Based Agricultural Knowledge Management System

Ontology is the formal representation of concepts and their mutual relations. It has wide application potential in the classification of agricultural information, the construction of information and knowledge database, the research and development of intelligent search engine, as well as the realization of cooperative information service, etc. In this research, an ontology-based agricultural knowledge management system framework is proposed, which includes modules of ontology-based knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation, knowledge organization, and knowledge mining, etc. The key technologies, building tools and applications of the framework are explored. Future researches on the theoretical refinement and intelligent simulation knowledge service are also envisioned.

Design and Realization of Metadata Standard for Informationized Construction of the Auxiliary Shaft in Longgu Mine

Based on the analysis of status quo of metadata technology and the informationized freezing construction of an auxiliary shaft in Longgu mine, the necessity and feasibility of applying metadata standards for informationized construction is discussed. The prototype of metadata standard for the construction is designed and established by using a modeling method, and the framework with XML/RDF for such standard is given.

Construction of the human miRNA-451 expression vector and its expression in gastric carcinoma cell line SGC-7901

Objective： The aim of the study was to construct miRNA-451 expression vector pLMP-miRNA-451 which could help identify the functions of miRNA-451 in SGC-7901 cell. Methods： Total RNA was extracted from SGC-7901 cells to synthesized cDNA. The synthesized cDNA encoding pre-miRNA-451 was amplified by polymerase chain reaction （PCR）. The PCR product was separated by electrophoresis on 1% agarose gel and then recovered and purified. The purified cDNA fragments of miRNA-451 precursor sequence was then ligated with vector pLMP for 1 h by using DNA ligase to form pLMP- miRNA-451 plasmid. After that, the pLMP-miRNA-451 plasmid was transformed into E. coli DH5a strain expression system to clone and amplificate. The purified pLMP-miRNA-451 extracted from E. coli DH5a via transformation and clone screening was identificatied with restriction enzyme digestion and DNA sequencing. At last, pLMP-miRNA-451 was transfected into SGC-7901 cells with lip2000. Real-time PCR was used for detection of the miRNA-451, the transfection efficiency was ob- served under fluorescence microscopy and cell counting kit-8 assay was conduced to evaluate the effect of miRNA-451 on SGC-7901 cell proliferation. Results： Our results showed that pLMP-miRNA-451 expression vector was not only constructed successfully and effectively infected SGC-7901 cells, but also could repress the SGC-7901 cell proliferation. Conclusion： The constructed plasmid pLMP-miRNA-451 could used for further studies of miRNA-451 in SGC-7901 cell lines.

Based on the analysis of the form characteristics and construction of the public space of oasis traditional settlements in Turpan,and from the analysis and summary of the types,elements,scales and functions of the public space of the traditional settlements,this study put forward that the public space of the oasis villages can be divided into point space,line space and plane space,and the formation and evolution rules of the public space of oasis traditional settlements in Turpan were obtained.Explore the role of public space in the construction of traditional settlements’ overall space,so as to provide reference for the development and renewal of public space of the current similar oasis settlements.
