Construction of University Librarian Team in the Context of Double First-Class Initiative

Data services,knowledge services,and information services are the core service elements of university libraries in the context of the Double First-Class Initiative.Combined with the current situation of insufficient overall service capacity of libraries,this paper proposed strategies and implementation paths for optimizing the service system from three aspects:the construction of the professional qualification system for librarians,the establishment of post institutions,and the construction of library culture.Long-term path:putting library human resource management into the legal track,taking the lead in local legislation,and promoting the construction of library legislation and professional qualification certification system;optimizing the personnel system,implementing hierarchical management and classified assessment for professional librarians and auxiliary librarians.Short-term path:intensive post allocation,namely,assigning the core strength in the core post,and tackling the temporary major work combining multiple forces in the form of a"working group";building an open knowledge service ecosystem,accelerate the cross-border integration of libraries and other organizations,and striving to build the core competitiveness of libraries.

Significance,Path and Typical Cases of Integration of Grassroots Party Construction and Targeted Poverty Alleviation Team Construction in Colleges and Universities

The integration of party construction and poverty alleviation and development is an important form of achieving poverty alleviation in China. Based on the actual case of the integration of the party branch construction of the Institute of Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Development of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics and the construction of a third-party evaluation team for targeted poverty alleviation,this paper elaborated the practical significance and integration path design of the grassroots party construction and targeted poverty alleviation thirdparty evaluation team construction in colleges and universities. Analysis on the Current Situation of China＇s Ping-pong Referee Team above the National Level and Countermeasure Study

In this paper, the current situation of China＇ s Ping-pong referees team is studied using the methods such as document literatures and investigation, and the basic situation of the team is analyzed, and also the level of law enforcement and the existing main problems are summarized, so as to explore the new ideas for the construction of the Ping-pong referees team and also provide a basis for China to train excellent Ping-pong referees. Teachers are the top priority to develop the education.The thesis,first of all,has structured the index system of current teachers’construction situation in the new era.Then,the thesis has adopted the independent sample test and analysis of variance to analyze the difference of current teachers’construction situation in different dimensions on the basis of questionnaire data collected from teachers in five provinces and cities in the new era.Finally,the thesis has given some suggestions on improving teachers’situation in the new era from four aspects such as the improvement of the treatment guarantee mechanism for primary and middle school teachers,the operation of the cooperation mechanism among colleges,government and primary and middle school in cultivating students,the formation of training system on teachers’personal growth process and the establishment of the evaluation standard of teachers’titles as well as the standard evaluation procedure of professional titles.

Project Team Perception of Causes of Building Cost Overruns： A Reflection in Tanzania

The paper provides an empirical insight into the significance of shared cognition reflected in the perception of key actors in selected construction projects. It has explored how clients, consultants and contractors prioritize causes of cost overrun in building projects in Tanzania and measured the statistical variance in their order of rank. A total of 55 respondents were selected from public projects that had experienced cost overruns. The results show an inclination of the top 4 causes of cost overrun being technical and originate from internal sources. The Spearman correlation coefficient established a strong positive correlation in the ranking of causes of cost overrun in construction project by clients, consultants and contractors, suggesting a shared cognition is in place for the project team. The outcome provides a good base for contemplating success of mitigation measures for cost overruns and reiterates the significance for a shared cognition for project team success.

Introduction to the Model Building of English Learning Motivation Drops

By means of interviews with some demotivated students in English learning and questionnaires among 16 teachers of English and 170 non-English majors, this study identifies six latent variables and 18 observable variables that result in demotivation in English teaming. Then a causal model of demotivation in English teaming is constructed. Relationships within the model are examined through analysis of Moment Structures analysis. It is found that learning environment, valence, learning purposes, interest in English, and anxiety had direct effects on demotivation in English learning. Besides, the interactions among the variables also affect demotivation in English learning.
