Thoughts on the Construction of Evidence-based Nursing Standard Plan for Dominant Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine

The evidence-based Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing in standard plan is to be constructed by a combination of evidence-based thinking and expert consensus.(1) The symptoms of diseases with better curative effect in TCM and the nursing techniques of TCM based on scientific evidence can be preliminarily presented through bibliometric analysis.(2) Expert consultation letters can be developed based on bibliometric results, and symptoms of dominant diseases in TCM and TCM nursing techniques can be selected through those letters.(3) Based on the selected symptoms and TCM nursing techniques, the PICO can be determined, and then evidence search, evidence extraction, evidence analysis can be conducted and synthesized, and recommendations would be chosen.(4) The recommendation grade of each recommendation can be determined by applying the Delphi method and referring to GRADE.(5) The plan will be determined through discussions of experts. The construction of TCM nursing plan would make sure that TCM nursing is scientific, and internationalize TCM nursing.

Seismic hazard analysis for central-western Argentina

In this study, we present a PSHA（Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Analysis） for the city of San Juan, which is located in the central-western region of Argentina（30°S-35.5°S; 66.5°W-71°W）. In addition to crustal earthquakes provided by catalogues, recent paleoseismological and neotectonic investigations have permitted to consider events which occurred during the last 400 years.Four seismogenic sources that could cause damages to the studied site corresponding to Precordillera,Western Sierras Pampeanas, Basement of the Cuyana Basin and Cordillera Principal were identified.Based on the evaluation of the contribution of these sources,maximum moment magnitudes above 7.5（Mw） are expected.High values of SA（spectral acceleration）（0.2 and 1 s periods） and PGA（peak ground acceleration） were found in the city of San Juan, which suggests that it is located in a zone of high seismic hazard.Finally, the obtained SA spectra were compared with the seismic-resistant construction standards of Argentina INPRES-CIRSOC 103 [1]. Results suggest that for the city of San Juan and for a return period of475 years, it covers the seismic requirements of the structures.

Development in theoretical study and practice of library legislation in China

One of the most outstanding characteristics of library legislation in China is that theoretical research and legislative practice are mutually reinforcing, making important issues and basic rules and regulations closely associated with legislation and the research focus. A national library law is currently being enacted while several local library legislations have already seen fruitful results. In the enactment of 'Regulations for the Protection of Information Network Dissemination Rights', the library professional participated for the first time in enacting a national copyright law, which led to unprecedented flourishing of library activities and copyright studies. The promulgation of another legal framework,'Government Information Disclosure Regulations' further advanced the research on related issues and pushed forward government information services in public libraries in the same way. A new landmark for library legislation in recent years is the promulgation of'Guidelines for Land Utilization for Public Library Construction' and 'Public Library Construction Standards', while the framing of 'Rules of Professional Ethics for Librarians in China(On trial)' and the 'Library Service Manifesto' give indication that a framework of self-disciplinary measures of library professionals is established.

Scientific Exploration and Practice of Safe Production Management of Non-Ferrous Metal Mines under the New Situation—Taking Dahongshan Copper Mine as an Example

Although Dahongshan Copper Mine, a subsidiary of Chinalco Co., Ltd., has a large production scale, it is still a non-ferrous metal underground mine with low mechanization and labor efficiency due to its early production. In recent years, mines have carried out a large number of beneficial scientific explorations and practices on production safety management. According to their own actuality, they have combined production safety with scientific management. They have done meticulously and solidly, ensuring that the safety situation continues to be good. There have been no serious injury accidents, let alone work-related accidents for two consecutive years. The injury rate of thousands of people is in the good results within the control index have also made it a benchmark for safety management in the nonferrous mines of Chinalco. This paper analyzes and discusses the scientific methods and good experiences of the production safety of Dahongshan Copper Mine from six aspects: explosion management, organizational security, infrastructure, safety inspection and quantitative mechanism, safety training, safety science and technology, etc. Finally, it gives suggestions for the next production safety of Dahongshan Copper Mine.

Urban planning construction land standard and its revision based on climate and topography in China

Urban planning construction land standard is the technical specification for scientifically allocating various types of urban construction land,and it is the basis for drawing up and revising the overall urban planning scheme.Considering China’s current urban planning construction land standard,many problems exist,such as the gap in the land use control threshold,the lack of regional differences in the climate revision,and failing to consider the topographic factors.To resolve these problems,this study proposed a step-by-step process framework and quantitative calculation method for the establishment and revision of standards in accordance with the principle of Total-Structure control.By setting the conditions,a universal basic standard for construction land was established.Quantitative analysis was then conducted on the relationship between the basic standard and the selected key indicators,such as urban population size,sunshine spacing coefficient,the width of river valleys or inter-montane basins,and terrain slope,among others.Finally,revised standards were formed for climate conditions,topography,and geomorphologic conditions,which were matched with the basic standards.The key results are three-fold:(1)The per capita construction land standard of 95 m~2/person can be used as the total indicator of China’s urban planning basic standard,and the corresponding per capita single construction land comprises 32.50%of residential land,7.42%of public management and public service land,22.50%of industrial land,17.50%of transportation facilities,12.50%of green space,and 7.58%of other land-use types.The results of the revision of the urban population size indicate that the difference in population size has little effect on the total amount of per capita construction land.(2)The climate revision results of per capita residential land and per capita construction land in major cities reveal that the revised climate value varies greatly between north and south China.The revised climate values of the per capita area of construction land vary by latitude as follows:the value at 20°N is 93 m^(2)/person,the value at 30°N is 97 m^(2)/person,the value at 40°N is 103 m^(2)/person,and the value at 50°N is 115 m^(2)/person.The basic standard land value of 95 m^(2)/person is generally distributed across the Xiamen-Guilin-Kunming line.(3)The cities located in mountainous areas,hilly valleys,or inter-montane basins can reduce the allocation of community parks and comprehensive parks when the average width of an existing river valley or inter-montane basin is less than 2 km.When the average width of the valley or inter-montane basin is between 2 km to 4 km,the allocation of the comprehensive parks can be reduced.The revised results of per capita sloping construction land reveal that the terrain slope greatly affects the revised value of per capita construction land.Specifically,the revised value at 3°is 3.68%higher than the basic standard value,and the increase rates at 8°,15°,and 25°are 11.25%,26.49%,and 68.47%,respectively.
