The innovation of the study lies in the adaptation of the MERISE model to the local context, the development of innovative indicators, and the integration of a participatory approach including all relevant stakeholders. Contextual adaptation and local innovation: The study suggests adapting MERISE to the specific context of the Republic of Congo, considering the local particularities of the labor market. Objective To provide suggestions for helping marketing authorization holders(MAHs)to develop an effective and compliant pharmacovigilance system.Methods The construction strategies of pharmacovigilance system of the m...Objective To provide suggestions for helping marketing authorization holders(MAHs)to develop an effective and compliant pharmacovigilance system.Methods The construction strategies of pharmacovigilance system of the multinational pharmaceutical companies were analyzed based on the requirements of regulations and laws.Results and Conclusion There are some gaps between local and multinational pharmaceutical companies in the construction of pharmacovigilance system.We can learn from the experience of multinational pharmaceutical companies to improve the pharmacovigilance system,which includes building a sound pharmacovigilance organizational structure,establishing a series of operational system files and cultivating professional talents.MAHs of China should improve the structure of enterprise pharmacovigilance system.Besides,members of Drug Safety Committee should be department managers with higher position so that they can fulfil the responsibilities of risk assessment.If MAHs possess a large variety and quantity of products,a Drug Safety Committee should be established to ensure the timely discovery of risks.In addition,MAHs should pay attention to the implementation of related regulations and laws on pharmacovigilance and establish compliant,effective and operatable files combing with the actual operation of pharmacovigilance system.Finally,MAHs should introduce and train pharmacovigilance talents,and hire pharmacovigilance experts as consultants to solve the problem of talent shortage.展开更多

In this paper,based on the process data of evaluating the benchmark land prices of collective construction land and agricultural land,the score of influencing factors is calculated,and a regression model between value...In this paper,based on the process data of evaluating the benchmark land prices of collective construction land and agricultural land,the score of influencing factors is calculated,and a regression model between value-added benefits and influencing factors is established.According to the contribution of the government and collectives to value-added benefits,the distribution proportions of different purposes and levels are calculated.The research results show that there are significant differences in the distribution proportion of value-added income among different levels.The government distribution proportion decreases with the decrease of level,while the collective distribution proportion increases with the decrease of level.For each level of decrease in commercial service industry land and industrial and mining warehousing industry land,the government distribution proportion decreases by an average of 2.66%and 2.34%,while the collective distribution proportion increases by an average of 2.66%and 2.34%,respectively.The average distribution proportion of the government in the value-added income of commercial service industry land is 31.58%,which is much higher than the average income of 23.68%in the value-added income of industrial and mining warehousing industry land.展开更多

Based on the theory of new economy geography, this paper investigates the relationship between infrastructure construction and market segregation using the Spatial Panel Dubin Model(SPDM) based on China's interprovincial panel data of 1993-2012. As shown by empirical result, the beggar-thyneighbor problem existed persistently within China, infrastructure construction helped remove market segregation and should be enhanced, infrastructure construction had heterogeneous spatial spillover effects across periods, and market segregation behaviors were heterogeneous across regions or localities. China should enhance infrastructure to narrow regional gaps and step up cooperation among investors across regions to reduce the adverse impact of geographical boundary, and create modern service-based local governments, allowing the market to play a decisive role in resource allocation.展开更多

The prices increase of building materials results in high cost of housing.The aim of this study is to identify the major determinants of prices increase of building materials on Ghanaian construction market, and also to assess the relationship between the independent variables of the prices increase. A five-point Likert scale was used for the study;from strongly disagree (1) to strongly agree (5). The variables in the questionnaire were ranked based on the response of the participants of the study using Mean Response Analysis (MRA) statistics. Spearman correlation matrix was used to determine the relationship between the variables of prices increase of building materials. Crude oil prices, energy cost, local taxes and charges, cost of fuel and power supply, high running cost, high prices of raw materials, cost of transportation and the high cost of labour were found to be the major determinants of prices increase of building materials on Ghanaian construction market. The study further found multicollinearity relationship among variables of prices increase of building materials, of which the highest correlation coefficient was found between fast-growing demand due to high global economic growth and over-dependence on imported building materials. The study recommends that further research should be carried out to determine the control measures of increase prices of building materials in Ghana.展开更多

Based on the experience of farm management of Taiwan, Caijiawa's char- acteristics were explored. Customer requests were collected and analyzed to find growth space of new market. To establish marketing system for Caijia wa Base, three questions should be settled at the very begining. The questions are as fol- lows: Who are the customers to be confronted with? What's kind of product or service can we provide? What are the causes that customers willing to pay a prod- uct at higher price? On basis of experience in Taiwan and local characters, the marketing system in Caijia wa Base can be concluded, including segmentation of market, diversification of marketing channel, close contact with clients and flexibility of price system. The pattern of omni-directional, muti-level and wide-ranging cooper- ation has been improved continuously. Finally, marketing system could integrate with social responsibility and sustainable development. This research aims to investigate top Chinese contractors' developmental tracks and evaluate their strategic selection of international construction markets over the period from 2001 to 2006,based on the modified Boston Consulting Group Matrix (BCG). Results from 2001 to 2005 indicate that Asia and Africa,which were "question marks" markets for top Chinese contractors (abbreviated as TCCs),have the most potential to become "stars" markets; other question marks markets such as the Middle East and Europe are found not to be of potential; "dogs" markets such as the U.S.,Canada and Latin America should be relinquished progressively unless there is renewed growth opportunity over the next two years. Compared to developmental tracks of top contractors from some advanced countries,TCCs' investment and development strategy in Africa seems to be sustainable and intensive; TCCs' exit strategy for the Middle East appears determined and swift,while their strategy in Asia seems to be lacking in persistence. Furthermore,the data of 2006 indicates that TCCs improve their performance in Asia and Africa,and Africa has become a "stars" market for TCCs.This research sheds important lights and insights into the prevailing process of internationalization of TCCs and provides a strategic direction for their selection of international construction market. What is more,this research is also valuable to other Chinese contractors who are seeking the opportunity to enter the international construction markets.展开更多
In order to promote the revitalization and development of rural areas and protect the property rights of farmers,it is necessary to explore the reasonable distribution ratio of land value-added income in collective op...In order to promote the revitalization and development of rural areas and protect the property rights of farmers,it is necessary to explore the reasonable distribution ratio of land value-added income in collective operating construction land.Under the existing land value-added income distribution model,the land value-added income obtained by the government is much greater than that of village collectives,and it is difficult for village collectives and farmers to enjoy greater benefits.This distribution model is not conducive to protecting the property rights of farmers.The results show that there was a positive correlation between land value-added income and land level,that is,the higher the land level was,the higher the value-added income and its ratio to the market transaction price were.According to calculation,the reasonable distribution ratio of the value-added income of collective operating construction land entering the market among the government,village collectives and farmers was 28.6%,51.1%,and 20.3%respectively.The actual land value-added income obtained by farmers was greatly improved compared with the current situation.In actual operation,this distribution mode has universal applicability.The reform of entering the market in the future also needs to raise the standards for entering the market,explore diversified interest protection channels,and strengthen the construction of rural collective management system.展开更多

文摘With the explosive growth of variable renewable energy,the balance between the supply and demand of the power grid is faced with new challenges.Based on the development experience from typical countries and the state quo in China,this paper further analyzes the system architecture and development trend of demand response under the background of Energy Internet.Five dimensions are considered:Energy Internet platform,demand response application scenarios,system architecture,information technology system construction,and demand response development trend.The results show that the application of the Energy Internet platform can effectively solve the problems of data acquisition and processing,“terminal-edge-network-cloud”cooperation of demand response,etc.The system architecture of the demand response platform that supports user resource management,user information access,control instruction receiving,control strategy issuing,and response process monitoring is proposed in this paper.It is also helpful to provide a feasible technical choice for expanding the application services of Energy Internet towards government and society.

文摘At present, food safety and agricultural pollution arouse public attention. Developing organic agriculture, therefore, is a feasible approach to solve related problems. Caijia wa is a base of organic agricultural products of Miyun County in Beijing. Based on the experience of farm management of Taiwan, Caijiawa's char- acteristics were explored. Customer requests were collected and analyzed to find growth space of new market. To establish marketing system for Caijia wa Base, three questions should be settled at the very begining. The questions are as fol- lows: Who are the customers to be confronted with? What's kind of product or service can we provide? What are the causes that customers willing to pay a prod- uct at higher price? On basis of experience in Taiwan and local characters, the marketing system in Caijia wa Base can be concluded, including segmentation of market, diversification of marketing channel, close contact with clients and flexibility of price system. The pattern of omni-directional, muti-level and wide-ranging cooper- ation has been improved continuously. Finally, marketing system could integrate with social responsibility and sustainable development. Some measures about the marketing system have been proposed, which are believed applicable to other bases of organic agriculture.
文摘At present,one of the important contents of China s rural land system reform is to build a unified construction land market in urban and rural areas.The unified construction land market in urban and rural areas will produce higher economic and social benefits.It is imperative to promote the integration of urban and rural construction land market to improve the income of farmers,invigorate the stock of rural collective construction land and improve the efficiency of land use.This paper analyzes the current situation of urban and rural construction land market,the two models and typical cases of urban and rural construction land market integration,the restrictive factors and practical difficulties of urban and rural construction land market integration,and puts forward some suggestions and measures.This provides a theoretical basis for accelerating the integration of urban and rural construction land market,and hopes to provide a certain reference for the integration of urban and rural construction land market.

文摘The past decade has witnessed a rapid development of the international construction market. This research aims to investigate top Chinese contractors' developmental tracks and evaluate their strategic selection of international construction markets over the period from 2001 to 2006,based on the modified Boston Consulting Group Matrix (BCG). Results from 2001 to 2005 indicate that Asia and Africa,which were "question marks" markets for top Chinese contractors (abbreviated as TCCs),have the most potential to become "stars" markets; other question marks markets such as the Middle East and Europe are found not to be of potential; "dogs" markets such as the U.S.,Canada and Latin America should be relinquished progressively unless there is renewed growth opportunity over the next two years. Compared to developmental tracks of top contractors from some advanced countries,TCCs' investment and development strategy in Africa seems to be sustainable and intensive; TCCs' exit strategy for the Middle East appears determined and swift,while their strategy in Asia seems to be lacking in persistence. Furthermore,the data of 2006 indicates that TCCs improve their performance in Asia and Africa,and Africa has become a "stars" market for TCCs.This research sheds important lights and insights into the prevailing process of internationalization of TCCs and provides a strategic direction for their selection of international construction market. What is more,this research is also valuable to other Chinese contractors who are seeking the opportunity to enter the international construction markets.
文摘In order to promote the revitalization and development of rural areas and protect the property rights of farmers,it is necessary to explore the reasonable distribution ratio of land value-added income in collective operating construction land.Under the existing land value-added income distribution model,the land value-added income obtained by the government is much greater than that of village collectives,and it is difficult for village collectives and farmers to enjoy greater benefits.This distribution model is not conducive to protecting the property rights of farmers.The results show that there was a positive correlation between land value-added income and land level,that is,the higher the land level was,the higher the value-added income and its ratio to the market transaction price were.According to calculation,the reasonable distribution ratio of the value-added income of collective operating construction land entering the market among the government,village collectives and farmers was 28.6%,51.1%,and 20.3%respectively.The actual land value-added income obtained by farmers was greatly improved compared with the current situation.In actual operation,this distribution mode has universal applicability.The reform of entering the market in the future also needs to raise the standards for entering the market,explore diversified interest protection channels,and strengthen the construction of rural collective management system.
