The quality of construction management depends on accurate estimation. This paper presents a bidding model for construction bidding price preparation in a competitive bidding environment. The bidding price for a new project is prepared by using a library of data containing rate, quality and data for the elements of previous completed projects. The data of previous completed projects is used to prepare the bidding price of a new project. Three bivariate treatments are used to model the data of rate vs quality.展开更多
