With the development of intelligent terminals and mobile applications,the influence of continuous improvement on mobile content services to the continuance use intention is more and more significant.Based on the expectation-confirmation theory and information system continuance use theory,this paper proposes a mobile content continuance use model and puts forward related assumptions under the mobile commerce environment by introducing the continuous improvement variables.Questionnaire data are collected from 219 mobile content service users for research,and the hypothetical model is validated by the structural equation modeling.Results show that the information system continuance use model is still valid under the mobile commerce environment,and the continuous improvement on mobile content services have positive impacts on user's expectations after they have experienced certain mobile content services. 展开更多

A Content Audit Model for Validity of Service in Peer-to-Peer Networks

Validity of service in the service system is significantly affected by reliability of providers and availability of service contents. Most service inspiring schemes in pecr-to-pecr (P2P) networks associate each provider with reputation or money to ensure provider's reliability so as to improve the availability of service contents. However, these schemes bring considerable risk to consumers when a provider with high reputation or money publishes a malicious service content. Moreover, the number of providers decreases as some providers are rejected while they have unconsciously published one or several polluted content., ever. The risk may spread to more users and cause the collapse of the service system. Recently, some researches have shown that the unconscious polluted contents are over twice as many as the intentional polluted contents. In order to distinguish the unconscious polluled contents from the intentional polluted contents and rescue those correlative users, we propose an audit model based on each service content to improve the validity of services. In our model, each node is associated with money, and each service content is associated with reputation. The unconscious polluted contents are prevented via consumers' evaluation, and the intentional polluted cantents and malicious providers are rejected via audit executors' evaluation. Simulatinn results show that the model improves the ratio of available service contents and reliable providers. 展开更多

Several mobile telecommunication companies(MTCs),such as AT&T,Verizon,and China Mobile,are investing in content services to drive continued growth as the telecom industry has become saturated.In this study,we investigate the competition between two MTCs,one of which(MTC 1)provides both data and content services,while the other(MTC 2)provides only data services.We propose a two-stage game-theoretic model to analyze the two MTCs'optimal pricing strategies for data service and content service as well as the investment strategy for the content service.Our analysis reveals that a higher value of value-added service offered by MTC 1 will incentivize it to raise its subscription fee for the content service and induce both MTCs to reduce the prices of their data services,which results in an increased demand for the content service and a decreased demand for MTC 2's data service.As MTC 1 invests further in the quality of the content service,it would benefit from increasing the subscription fee for the content service,and the two MTCs should increase the subscription fee for the data service.However,compared to the decisions in the scenario where MTC 1 does not provide content service,the provision of this service by MTC 1 leads to a lower subscription fee for the two MTCs'data services,an increase in the demand for MTC 1's data service,and a decrease in the demand for MTC 2's data service.These findings reveal that regularly monitoring market competition,as well as adjusting pricing strategies based on market scenarios and the value of services,can enhance competitiveness and long-term profitability for MTCs. 展开更多
