Application Analysis of Doctor-Nurse Cooperation Follow-up Model Based on the Internet Platform in Continuation Care of Patients after Urooncology Surgery

Objective:To explore the application effect of a doctor-nurse cooperation follow-up model based on an Internet platform in the continuation of care for patients after uro-oncology surgery.Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to select patients with urinary system tumors who underwent surgery in the Department of Urology in Grade III A general hospital in Shanghai from May to August 2022.Patients who underwent surgery from May to June 2022 were assigned to the control group,and those who underwent surgery from July to August 2022 were assigned to the experimental group.The control group received routine post-discharge nursing health education and telephone follow-up.On the basis of routine discharge guidance,the experimental group implemented the intervention method based on the Internet platform in continuation care.The levels of self-management efficacy,satisfaction,and incidence of unplanned readmission were compared one month after discharge between the two groups.Results:One month after discharge,the self-management efficacy of the experimental group(90.15±7.92)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.10±7.84),and the patient satisfaction score(97.83±2.32)was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.23±2.58),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Additionally,the incidence of unplanned readmissions within one month after discharge in the experimental group(1.59%)was slightly lower than that in the control group(4.84%).Conclusion:The doctor-nurse cooperation follow-up model based on the Internet platform in continuation care can significantly improve the self-management efficiency of patients after discharge and enhance patient satisfaction,providing a new approach for discharge follow-up of urological tumor patients after surgery.

Neural network analytic continuation for Monte Carlo:Improvement by statistical errors

This study explores the use of neural network-based analytic continuation to extract spectra from Monte Carlo data.We apply this technique to both synthetic and Monte Carlo-generated data.The training sets for neural networks are carefully synthesized without“data leakage”.We find that the training set should match the input correlation functions in terms of statistical error properties,such as noise level,noise dependence on imaginary time,and imaginary time-displaced correlations.We have developed a systematic method to synthesize such training datasets.Our improved algorithm outperforms the widely used maximum entropy method in highly noisy situations.As an example,our method successfully extracted the dynamic structure factor of the spin-1/2 Heisenberg chain from quantum Monte Carlo simulations.

Fourier Continuation Discontinuous Galerkin Methods for Linear Hyperbolic Problems

Fourier continuation(FC)is an approach used to create periodic extensions of non-periodic functions to obtain highly-accurate Fourier expansions.These methods have been used in partial differential equation(PDE)-solvers and have demonstrated high-order convergence and spectrally accurate dispersion relations in numerical experiments.Discontinuous Galerkin(DG)methods are increasingly used for solving PDEs and,as all Galerkin formulations,come with a strong framework for proving the stability and the convergence.Here we propose the use of FC in forming a new basis for the DG framework.

CONTINUATION METHOD APPLIED IN KINEMATICS OF PARALLEL ROBOT

Continuation method solving forward kinematics problem of parallel robot was discussed. And through a coefficient-parameter continuation method the efficiency and feasibility of continuation method were improved. Using this method all forward solutions of a new parallel robot model which was put forward lately by Robot Open Laboratory of Science Institute of China were obtained. Therefore it provided the basis of mechanism analysis and real-time control for new model.

UNIQUE CONTINUATION AND PERSISTENCE PROPERTIES OF SOLUTIONS OF THE 2-COMPONENT DEGASPERIS-PROCESI EQUATIONS

In this article, the unique continuation and persistence properties of solutions of the 2-component Degasperis-Procesi equations are discussed. It is shown that strong solutions of the 2-component Degasperis-Procesi equations, initially decaying exponentially together with its spacial derivative, must be identically equal to zero if they also decay exponentially at a later time.

Exploration of Unbound States by Analytical Continuation in the Coupling Constant Method Within Relativistic Mean Field Theory

For the first time,the analytical continuation in the coupling constant method has been combined with the relativistic mean field theory to study the unbound states in spherical nuclei.The 1d_(3/2) neutron state in ^(16)O and the 2d_(5/2) and 1g_(9/2) neutron states in ^(48)Ca are taken as examples.The calculated energies and widths are compared with available data.

Improved Method and Application of EMD Endpoint Continuation Processing for Blasting Vibration Signals

In order to deal with the non-stationary characteristics of blasting vibration signals and the end issue in the empirical mode decomposition(EMD), an improved endpoint continuation method is proposed. First, the linear continuation method of extreme points is used to determine the extremum of the signal endpoint fast. Secondly, the extreme points of transition section outside the signal ends are obtained by a mirror continuation method of extreme points, and then the envelope and continuation curve of the transition section of the signal are constructed. Lastly, the sinusoid of the stationary section outside the signal is constructed to achieve the continuation curve from the transition section to the stationary section. Based on the "singular extreme points" phenomenon of blasting vibration signal, the negative maxima and positive minimum are eliminated, then the maximum and minimum are guaranteed to appear at intervals. Thus,the number of iterations is reduced and the instability of EMD decomposition is improved. The calculation formula of amplitude, cycle and initial phase are given for the transition section and stationary section outside the signal. The endpoint processing effect of the simulated signal and the measured blasting vibration signal show that the improved endpoint continuation method can suppress the signal endpoint effect well.

Downward continuation of airborne geomagnetic data based on two iterative regularization methods in the frequency domain

Downward continuation is a key step in processing airborne geomagnetic data. However,downward continuation is a typically ill-posed problem because its computation is unstable; thus, regularization methods are needed to realize effective continuation. According to the Poisson integral plane approximate relationship between observation and continuation data, the computation formulae combined with the fast Fourier transform（FFT）algorithm are transformed to a frequency domain for accelerating the computational speed. The iterative Tikhonov regularization method and the iterative Landweber regularization method are used in this paper to overcome instability and improve the precision of the results. The availability of these two iterative regularization methods in the frequency domain is validated by simulated geomagnetic data, and the continuation results show good precision.

A GLOBAL LINEAR AND LOCAL QUADRATIC SINGLE-STEP NONINTERIOR CONTINUATION METHOD FOR MONOTONE SEMIDEFINITE COMPLEMENTARITY PROBLEMS

A noninterior continuation method is proposed for semidefinite complementarity problem （SDCP）. This method improves the noninterior continuation methods recently developed for SDCP by Chen and Tseng. The main properties of our method are： （i） it is well d.efined for the monotones SDCP; （ii） it has to solve just one linear system of equations at each step; （iii） it is shown to be both globally linearly convergent and locally quadratically convergent under suitable assumptions.

Solving a Class of Nonlinear Programming Problems via a Homotopy Continuation Method

In this paper we present a homotopy continuation method for finding the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker point of a class of nonlinear non-convex programming problems. Two numerical examples are given to show that this method is effective. It should be pointed out that we extend the results of Lin et al. （see Appl. Math. Comput., 80（1996）, 209-224） to a broader class of non-convex programming problems.

Downward continuation of airborne gravimetry data based on Poisson integral iteration method

The research and application of airborne gravimetry technology has become one of the hottest topics in gravity field in recent years. Downward continuation is one of the key steps in airborne gravimetry data processing, and the quality of continuation results directly influence the further application of surveying data. The Poisson integral iteration method is proposed in this paper, and the modified Poisson integral discretization formulae are also introduced in the downward continuation of airborne gravimerty data. For the test area in this paper, compared with traditional Poisson integral discretization formula, the continuation result of modified formulae is improved by 10.8 mGal, and the precision of Poisson integral iteration method is in the same amplitude as modified formulae. So the Poisson integral iteration method can reduce the discretization error of Poisson integral formula effectively. Therefore, the research achievements in this paper can be applied directly in the data processing of our country＇s airborne scalar and vector gravimetry.

Downward continuation of aeromagnetic data to the marine surface

The existing methods of downward continuation of potential field cannot be used to continue the aeromagnetic data to the marine surface because of the limited continuation distance. An iteration method for the downward continuation of potential field with a much larger continuation distance has been developed, which can continue the aeromagnetic data to the marine surface and get the marine - magnetic chart with the same scale as the aeromagnetic data. This downward continuation method will greatly raise the ef- ficiency of marine - magnetic investigation. The principle of the iteration method is presented. The method is demonstrated on synthetic models and real aeromagnetic data. Also, the error brought by continuation is discussed. The efficiency of the iteration method for the downward continuation of potential field is compared with the fast fourier transform （FFT） method, the former is much better than the latter.

Effects of Cotrimoxazole Prophylaxis Initiation and Discontinuation on Mortality and Attrition Rates among HIV Patients Who Initiate ART in Southwest China:An Observational Cohort Study

Combination antiretroviral therapy(ART)reduced AIDS-related mortality and increased survival among patients living with HIV by interrupting HIV replication,enhancing immune recovery,and preventing the onset of opportunistic infections[1].In China,ART has rapidly been scaled up since the beginning of the National Free Antiretroviral Treatment Program(NFATP)in 2003[2].By the end of 2016,489,411 individuals diagnosed with HIV were receiving free antiretroviral treatment in China.China is firmly committed to reducing overall AIDS-related mortality and HIV incidence within the country.However,similar to other low-and middle-income countries,the NFATP is challenged by high mortality and attrition shortly after patients initiate ART[3].

Acceleration of the Stochastic Analytic Continuation Method via an Orthogonal Polynomial Representation of the Spectral Function

Stochastic analytic continuation is an excellent numerical method for analytically continuing Green’s functions from imaginary frequencies to real frequencies,although it requires significantly more computational time than the traditional MaxEnt method.We develop an alternate implementation of stochastic analytic continuation which expands the dimensionless field𝑜n(x)introduced by Beach using orthogonal polynomials.We use the kernel polynomial method(KPM)to control the Gibbs oscillations associated with truncation of the expansion in orthogonal polynomials.Our KPM variant of stochastic analytic continuation delivers improved precision at a significantly reduced computational cost.

DIRECTION-OF-ARRIVAL ESTIMATION BY CONTINUATION METHOD

In this paper, the subspace fitting models for direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation is analyzed, an effective algorithmic approach is given. As the initialization value is so critical to the global convergence, the continuation theory is also used to develop a new framework which solves the initialization problem powerfully. Some numerical evidence will be given to show that the performance of the new algorithm is very promising.
