The detection system integrates control technology, network technology, video encoding and decoding, video transmiss-ion, multi-single chip microcomputer communication, dat-abase technology, computer software and robo...The detection system integrates control technology, network technology, video encoding and decoding, video transmiss-ion, multi-single chip microcomputer communication, dat-abase technology, computer software and robot technology. The robot can adaptively adjust its status according to diameter (from 400 mm to 650 mm) of pipeline. The maximum detection distance is up to 1 000 m. The method of video coding in the system is based on fractal transformation. The experiments show that the coding scheme is fast and good PSNR. The precision of on-line detection is up to 3% thickness of pipeline wall. The robot can also have a high precision of location up to 0.03 m. The control method is based on network and characterized by on-line and real-time. The experiment in real gas pipeline shows that the performance of the detection system is good.展开更多
This study is concerned with probabilistic Boolean control networks(PBCNs)with state feedback control.A novel definition of bisimilar PBCNs is proposed to lower computational complexity.To understand more on bisimulat...This study is concerned with probabilistic Boolean control networks(PBCNs)with state feedback control.A novel definition of bisimilar PBCNs is proposed to lower computational complexity.To understand more on bisimulation relations between PBCNs,we resort to a powerful matrix manipulation called semi-tensor product(STP).Because stabilization of networks is of critical importance,the propagation of stabilization with probability one between bisimilar PBCNs is then considered and proved to be attainable.Additionally,the transient periods(the maximum number of steps to implement stabilization)of two PBCNs are certified to be identical if these two networks are paired with a bisimulation relation.The results are then extended to the probabilistic Boolean networks.展开更多

Unlike well-known topology control schemes, the primary design objective is to red...This paper presents a distributed and adaptive fluctuation control scheme for many-to-one routing (FCM) in wireless sensor networks. Unlike well-known topology control schemes, the primary design objective is to reduce the fluctuation which happens due to overload of sensors in a data collection tree. More specifically, an estimation model of a sensor available capacity based on the number of its neighbors is proposed. In addition, this paper proposes a parent selection mechanism by three-way handshake. With such model and the selection mechanism, it is ensured that the load of a sensor does not exceed its available capacity. Finally, an adaptive maintenance mechanism is proposed to adjust the estimation of a sensor available capacity as the network environment changes. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the scheme.展开更多
