Due to the increasing share of renewable energy, new requirements are placed on control room software. Such software is often exclusive to the supplier, but other suppliers could offer new and better methods. For security reasons, external applications often have no direct data access to control room software. Such software can provide information about the power grid via a periodic file transfer in CIM (Common Information Model) format. These files are often very large, containing complete records, delivering information not always relevant to the external applications. Extracting the relevant information required by external applications can be time-consuming, thus presenting a problem for time-critical applications. This paper presents a method allowing different applications to efficiently access the relevant data from the massive data stream contained in the CIM files. This method has been tested with a distribution system operator and clearly increases performance, allowing different applications to access the relevant data. 展开更多

Objective: This paper aims to explore the impact of optimizing details in the operating room on the level of knowledge, attitude, and practice of hospital infection prevention and control by surgeons, as well as the effectiveness of infection control. Methods: From January 2022 to June 2023, a total of 120 patients were screened and randomly divided into a control group (routine care and hospital infection management) and a study group (optimizing details in the operating room). Results: Significant differences were found between the two groups in the data of surgeons’ level of knowledge, attitude, and practice in hospital infection prevention and control, infection rates, and nursing satisfaction, with the study group showing better results (P Conclusion: The use of optimizing details in the operating room among surgeons can effectively improve surgeons’ level of knowledge, attitude, and practice in hospital infection prevention and control, reduce infection occurrence, and is worth promoting. 展开更多

Technological advances in recent years have significantly changed the way an operating room works.This work aims to create a platformto solve the problems of operating room occupancy and prepare the rooms with an environment that is favorable for all operations.Using this system,a doctor can control all operation rooms,especially before an operation,and monitor their temperature and humidity to prepare for the operation.Also,in the event of a problem,an alert is sent to the nurse responsible for the room and medical stuff so that the problem can be resolved.The platformis tested using a Raspberry PI card and sensors.The sensors are connected to a cloud layer that collects and analyzes the temperature and humidity values obtained from the environment during an operation.The result of experimentations is visualized through a web application and an Android application.The platform also considers the security aspects such as authorization to access application functionalities for the Web and the mobile applications.We can also test and evaluate the system’s existing problems and vulnerabilities using the IEEE and owasp IoT standards.Finally,the proposed framework is extended with a model based testing technique that may be adopted for validating the security aspects. 展开更多

Preventing roof fall fatalities during pillar recovery:A ground control success story 被引量:4

For decades, pillar recovery accounted for a quarter of all roof fall fatalities in underground coal mines.Studies showed that a miner on a pillar recovery section was at least three times more likely to be killed by a roof fall than other coal miners. Since 2007, however, there has been just one fatal roof fall on a pillar line. This paper describes the process that resulted in this historic achievement. It covers both the key research findings and the ways in which those insights, beginning in the early 2000 s, were implemented in mining practice. One key finding was that safe pillar recovery requires both global and local stability.Global stability is addressed primarily through proper pillar design, and became a major focus after the2007 Crandall Canyon mine disaster. But the most significant improvements resulted from detailed studies that showed that local stability, defined as roof control in the immediate work area, could be achieved with three interventions:(1) leaving an engineered final stump, rather than extracting the entire pillar,(2) enhancing roof bolt support, particularly in intersections, and(3) increasing the use of mobile roof supports(MRS). A final component was an emphasis on better management of pillar recovery operations.This included a focus on worker positioning, as well as on the pillar and lift sequences, MRS operations,and hazard identification. As retreat mines have incorporated these elements into their roof control plans,it has become clear that pillar recovery is not ‘‘inherently unsafe." The paper concludes with a discussion of the challenges that remain, including the problems of rib falls and coal bursts. 展开更多

The design of room temperature controller is taken as an example to discuss the design of fuzzy controller using common microprogrammed control unit (MCU) in detail. Based on fuzzy theory the query control tables fixed in read only memory (ROM) of MCU are established to realize the energy saving in the room temperature controller and the reasoning procedure is analyzed. The diagram of hardware design and the flow chart of software of room temperature controller are presented. One can arbitrarily control the sensor to monitor the ambient humidity of the probe in order to ensure that the data is stable and true. 木材为多孔性材料,在室内空间中,使用木质材料除了具有饰面作用外,还可以有效吸收声能,控制室内混响时间,改善音质,提高语言清晰度。本文概述了木质材料的吸声和隔声性能两方面的研究现状,并对未来的研究提出了建议。在此基础之上,总结... 木材为多孔性材料,在室内空间中,使用木质材料除了具有饰面作用外,还可以有效吸收声能,控制室内混响时间,改善音质,提高语言清晰度。本文概述了木质材料的吸声和隔声性能两方面的研究现状,并对未来的研究提出了建议。在此基础之上,总结了前人在大型建筑空间、小型办公空间、家居室内空间中声环境调控的不足之处。主要有以下3点:1)研究者多选取某一特定的室内空间类型进行声环境改善,尚缺乏对不同使用功能的室内空间声环境的规律性研究,以形成较为系统的室内声环境调控体系。2)成片的家具几何结构改变室内声环境的程度有待进一步研究验证。3)对于改变空间的形状、比例、布局的方法有待进一步研究其内在规律,为设计师、建筑师和科研人员提供参考依据。未来研究重点包括:1)通过使用木质材料对空间进行合理化布局与设计;2)处理好不均匀的声频或室内声场驻波的简并现象,需合理选择吸声构件。3)建立智能化声学仿真模型。 展开更多

基于英、德等发达国家用于解决大量髋关节或膝关节置换手术需求的通仓手术室,针对我国日益增加的肺部手术量,运用仿真模拟(Computational Fluid Dynamics,简称CFD)技术分析国外通仓手术室气流特点,通过模拟进行比选,进而对通仓手术室实... 基于英、德等发达国家用于解决大量髋关节或膝关节置换手术需求的通仓手术室,针对我国日益增加的肺部手术量,运用仿真模拟(Computational Fluid Dynamics,简称CFD)技术分析国外通仓手术室气流特点,通过模拟进行比选,进而对通仓手术室实体模型进行实测选优,研发出适合肺部手术的通仓交融手术室,已在同济大学附属上海市肺科医院手术部建成并投入运行。一年多的运行表明,通仓交融手术室在保证手术环境控制的基础上,不仅破解了高级医护人员不足的窘境,同时缩短了每台手术换台时间、加快手术周转率,提高了手术室使用效率,实现了降低每次手术成本的经济效益,以及让有限的医疗资源服务更多患者的社会效益,值得应用与推广。 展开更多

目的探讨以目标为导向的计算机教育改革-构思、设计、实施、运行(target oriented project centered authenticity enhanced reform of computer education based on-conceive,design,implement,operate,TOPCARES-CDIO)理念结合目标导... 目的探讨以目标为导向的计算机教育改革-构思、设计、实施、运行(target oriented project centered authenticity enhanced reform of computer education based on-conceive,design,implement,operate,TOPCARES-CDIO)理念结合目标导向管理在手术室新进护士教育培训中的应用效果。方法采用前后对照研究设计,选取2019年1月—2023年6月于河北大学附属医院手术室工作不足1年的60名新进护士,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组30名。对照组采用传统的教育培训模式,试验组采用TOPCARES-CDIO理念结合目标导向管理的教育培训模式。比较2组新进护士培训前后的核心能力、护理实践行为、职业获益感、技能能力、护理质量和医患满意度等指标的变化。结果培训后,2组新进护士的核心能力、护理实践行为、职业获益感、技能能力、护理质量和医患满意度得分高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TOPCARES-CDIO理念结合目标导向管理的教育培训模式能有效提高手术室新进护士的核心能力、护理实践行为、职业获益感、技能能力、护理质量和医患满意度,有利于促进手术室新进护士的专业发展和团队协作。 展开更多

基于质量控制小组管理模式的手术室护理在小儿疝气腹腔镜手术中的应用研究

目的探讨基于质量控制小组管理模式的手术室护理在小儿疝气腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月至2022年12月该院收治的100例疝气患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患儿实施基于质量控制小组管理模式的手... 目的探讨基于质量控制小组管理模式的手术室护理在小儿疝气腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月至2022年12月该院收治的100例疝气患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患儿实施基于质量控制小组管理模式的手术室护理,对照组患儿实施常规护理,2组均持续护理至患儿出院。对比2组围手术期指标水平、不良事件发生情况、生活质量及家属满意度。结果观察组患儿手术时间、住院时间[(17.24±4.96)min、(3.17±0.41)d]均短于对照组[(27.21±5.33)min、(4.68±0.45)d],术中出血量[(5.24±1.23)mL]少于对照组[(9.33±2.05)mL],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率(4.00%)低于对照组(16.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患儿护理后生活质量各维度评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属满意度(96.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于质量控制小组管理模式的手术室护理在小儿疝气腹腔镜手术中具有较好的应用效果,有利于缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少术中出血量,降低不良事件发生风险,提升生活质量,家属满意度较高。 展开更多
