According to nSrDNA, the three bacteria were marked at a molecule level and the system growth tree was established, ensuring the position of compound bacteria at the molecule level. IIn order to improve the performance of wireless distributed peer-to-peer(P2P)files sharing systems,a general system architecture and a novel peer selecting model based on fuzzy cognitive maps(FCM)are proposed in this paper.The new model provides an effective approach on choosing an optimal peer from several resource discovering results for the best file transfer.Compared with the traditional min-hops scheme that uses hops as the only selecting criterion,the proposed model uses FCM to investigate the complex relationships among various relative factors in wireless environments and gives an overall evaluation score on the candidate.It also has strong scalability for being independent of specified P2P resource discovering protocols.Furthermore,a complete implementation is explained in concrete modules.The simulation results show that the proposed model is effective and feasible compared with min-hops scheme,with the success transfer rate increased by at least 20% and transfer time improved as high as 34%. 展开更多

For a class of fractional-order linear continuous-time switched systems specified by an arbitrary switching sequence,the performance of PDα-type fractional-order iterative learning control(FOILC)is discussed in the sense of L^p norm.When the systems are disturbed by bounded external noises,robustness of the PDα-type algorithm is firstly analyzed in the iteration domain by taking advantage of the generalized Young inequality of convolution integral.Then,convergence of the algorithm is discussed for the systems without any external noise.The results demonstrate that,under some given conditions,both convergence and robustness can be guaranteed during the entire time interval.Simulations support the correctness of the theory. 展开更多

硝磷酸法合成磷酸铁新工艺因生产流程简单、磷源成本低、设备投资小、能耗较低、绿色环保而具有很强的竞争力。利用FactSage和HSC等热力学软件中已有的热力学数据并运用E-pH图的绘制原理,得到Fe-P-N-H_(2)O体系不同浓度、298~473 K的E-p... 硝磷酸法合成磷酸铁新工艺因生产流程简单、磷源成本低、设备投资小、能耗较低、绿色环保而具有很强的竞争力。利用FactSage和HSC等热力学软件中已有的热力学数据并运用E-pH图的绘制原理,得到Fe-P-N-H_(2)O体系不同浓度、298~473 K的E-pH关系图。研究表明,在水溶液中,磷酸铁具有较大的热力学稳定区域,能够很好地解释现有的液相沉淀法制备磷酸铁的实际操作条件。此外,从E-pH图中获得了共沉淀法合成磷酸铁的合适条件:温度为363 K左右、高氧化还原电位为0.5 V、适宜pH为1~3、浓度为0.01 mol/L,该工艺为硝磷酸体系共沉淀法合成磷酸铁提供了热力学理论依据。 展开更多

Using Crop Management Scenario Simulations to Evaluate the Sensitivity of the Ohio Phosphorus Risk Index 被引量:1

Phosphorus (P) risk indices are commonly used in the USA to estimate the field-scale risk of agricultural P runoff. Because the Ohio P Risk Index is increasingly being used to judge farmer performance, it is important to evaluate weighting/scoring of all P Index parameters to ensure Ohio farmers are credited for practices that reduce P runoff risk and not unduly penalized for things not demonstrably related to runoff risk. A sensitivity analysis provides information as to how sensitive the P Index score is to changes in inputs. The objectives were to determine 1) which inputs are most highly associated with P Index scores and 2) the relative impact of each input variable on resultant P Index scores. The current approach uses simulations across 6134 Ohio point locations and five crop management scenarios (CMSs), representing increasing soil disturbance. The CMSs range from all no-till, which is being promoted in Ohio, rotational tillage, which is a common practice in Ohio to full tillage to represent an extreme practice. Results showed that P Index scores were best explained by soil test P (31.9%) followed by connectivity to water (29.7%), soil erosion (13.4%), fertilizer application amount (11.3%), runoff class (9.5%), fertilizer application method (2.2%), and finally filter strip (2.0%). Ohio P Index simulations across CMSs one through five showed that >40% scored <15 points (low) while <1.5% scored >45 points (very high). Given Ohio water quality problems, the Ohio P Index needs to be stricter. The current approach is useful for Ohio P Index evaluations and revision decisions by spatially illustrating the impact of potential changes regionally and state-wide. 展开更多

In P2P Grid computing systems, the authorization decision is often tackled by two different trust management methods: policy-based approach, where authorization are built on logical rules and verifiable properties encoded in signed credentials, and reputation-based approach, based on collecting, aggregating and disseminating reputation among the peers. However, the overhead caused by proof of compliance on authorization and the absence of certifying authorities may negate the strong and objective security advantages of policy-based approach, whilst vagueness, complexity and inaccurate characterization caused by reputation evolution may eliminate the quantitative and flexible advantages of reputation-based approach. We propose an adaptive trust management framework, which combines the merit of policy proof and reputation evolution such that authorization is aware of not only the strong and objective security traits, but also the calculability and the availability security traits. It plays a very important role to obtain the maximum power of a solar panel as it allows an optimal use of a photovoltaic system, regardless of irradiation and temperature variations. In this research, we present a novel technique to improve the control’s performances optimization of the system consisting of a photovoltaic panel, a buck converter and a load. Simulations of different parts of the system are developed under Matlab/Simulink, thus allowing a comparison between the performances of the three studied controllers: “Fuzzy TS”, “P&O” and “PSO”. The three algorithms of MPPT associated with these techniques are tested in different meteorological conditions. The obtained results, in different operating conditions, reveal a clear improvement of controlling performances of MPPT of a photovoltaic system when the PSO tracking technique is used. 展开更多

The letter proposes a three-layer manageable media distribution network system architecture called MSPnet, which is based on Session Initiation ProtocolIll and Peer to Peer (SIP P2P) technology. MSPnet performs application-level structured DHT routing and resource location among domains and unstructured ones in domain. Except for media distribution, it can be used to support a variety of P2P applications, including video broadcasting, video on demand, VoIP, etc. MSPnet is composed of three layers, namely, the signal control layer, the management layer, and the media transportation layer. The MSPnet prototype consists of the SIP server, the management server, the media server, and the node User Agent (UA). Results from a prototype experiment in a large-scale Internet environment show that MSPnet is feasible, scalable and manageable. 展开更多

Towards Optimal Planning and Scheduling in Smart Homes

This research addresses the planning and scheduling problem in and among the smart homes in a community microgrid. We develop a bi-linear algorithm, named ECO-Trade to generate the near-optimal schedules of the households’ loads, storage and energy sources. The algorithm also facilitates Peer-to-Peer (P2P) energy trading among the smart homes in a community microgrid. However, P2P trading potentially results in an unfair cost distribution among the participating households. To the best of our knowledge, the ECO-Trade algorithm is the first near-optimal cost optimization algorithm which considers the unfair cost distribution problem for a Demand Side Management (DSM) system coordinated with P2P energy trading. It also solves the time complexity problem of our previously proposed optimal model. Our results show that the solution time of the ECO-Trade algorithm is mostly less than a minute. It also shows that 97% of the solutions generated by the ECO-Trade algorithm are optimal solutions. Furthermore, we analyze the solutions and identify that the algorithm sometimes gets trapped at a local minimum because it alternately sets the microgrid price and quantity as constants. Finally, we describe the reasons of the cost increase by a local minimum and analyze its impact on cost optimization. 展开更多

The pathogenesis of neuropsychiatric syndromes of systemic lupus erythematosus (NPSLE) is multifactorial and can involve various inflammatory cytokines, autoantibodies such as anti-neuronal antibodies, anti-ribosomal P antibodies, anti-NR2 glutamate receptor binding antibodies, anti-Sm antibodies, anti-U1-RNP antibodies and anti-phospholipid antibodies, and immune complexes (IC). Disruption of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) is integral to the neuropathology of SLE. Recently the possibility has been reported that aforementioned autoantibodies in the circulation may be strongly associated with disruption of the BBB. Each of these mechanisms might contribute to the pathogenesis of focal NPSLE (for example, cerebrovascular disease, movement disorders, myelopathy, seizures and cranial neuropathy) or diffuse NPSLE (for example, acute confusional state, psychosis and cognitive dysfunction) to varying degrees. In this review we focus on how the aforementioned autoantibodies, the BBB, IC and cytokines as well as chemokines are associated with the appearance of NPSLE. 展开更多

It was found that the (MP)_2PT promotes MMA polymerization, and the kinetics of MMA polymerization fits the radical polymerization rate equation. 目的探讨动态血糖仪(CGMS)监测在社区老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果及影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年7月河北省张家口市4个社区的120例2型糖尿病老年人作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规血糖监测,观察组采... 目的探讨动态血糖仪(CGMS)监测在社区老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果及影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年7月河北省张家口市4个社区的120例2型糖尿病老年人作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规血糖监测,观察组采用动态血糖监测,比较2组的血糖控制水平,自我管理能力和生活质量。结果干预前,2组患者的性别、年龄、病程、体重指数(BMI)和血糖控制水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖水平(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平和血糖波动水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,患者自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)评分和生存质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SDSCA和WHOQOL-BREF量表评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CGMS监测在社区老年糖尿病患者应用效果良好,可以改善老年糖尿病患者的血糖监测依从性及自我管理能力,稳定血糖水平,改善生活质量。 展开更多
